I've been talking all my animals to Dr B for 15 years... He's always been the best and honest. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants a doctor who cares. He has now seen me through 4 of my fur babies who have now passed from age and now I have 3...thank you Dr B for caring. Read Less

This vet has been there for us , now going on our second dog. Our 13 year old German Sheppard passed this year. I now have a baby Dalmatian and she'll be seen at the Moreno Valley Animal Hospital as well. The staff is nice, knowledgeable and I recommend this Vet. My only disappointment is always on the wait time. It's always a long wait, even with an appointment. It must be that this Vet is popular. Read Less

About two months ago I took my year and a half old dog to this vet because his left eye was red and inflamed. As we were waiting to be seen, my dog started coughing a lot. When we were finally seen, he ended up coughing up blood right in front of the vet. The vet assumed my dog might have got into some squirrel poison so he gave him some shots, a blood test, and vitamin k pills to take the next day. He said he would start feeling better soon and that the blood results would come in the next day. Hours went by and my poor dog got completely worse. We called the vet again several times with no answer. We finally got fed up and took our dog to the emergency hospital in temecula where he later died, that same day. It was too late. The blood results would have come in too late and our dog wasn't alive the next day to take the vitamin k pills he prescribed. We then called the vet again after our dog passed to inform him of the news and ask him why he didn't recommend us to the emergency hospital and he stated that he never saw the blood my poor dog coughed up. If we never took the dog to the emergency hospital and followed this vet's advice, my dog would have died even sooner. Read Less

You pay a little more about $5 than Sunnymead Animal Hospital trust me...I would rather pay that extra coz when I took my shih tzu to Sunnymead Animal Hosp for a regular vaccine her whole face was swollen that they want me to pay $35 extra for the allergy shot so it cost me $49! I have taken my MANY pets over the last thirty years (since I moved to Moreno Valley) to this animal hospital.I often tell the doc that I probably paid for his house!Doc and his staff are some of the most caring and knowledgeable caregivers I know.There is no upselling- convincing you to buy what you don't need.And Doc does not just "declare" a diagnosis - he discusses it with you and gives it a lot of thought.They really understand how much you love your pets - I've been able to attend my pet's final moments and grieve without being rushed out, as well as getting updates on their conditions when they've had to stay over.As a nurse, I understand the process of providing care to other creatures and the impact that our pets have on our lives, and the doc and his staff do too.I cannot recommend these guys more highly - they are the best!!!! I go in for a simple rabies vaccination for my 1 yr old Chihuahua and they constantly try to force me to give him unnecessary shots I have researched all of the vaccines that they say are "necessary" and the risks out weight the positives... I am very reluctant to trust them with my pet any longer if you can afford a better vet avoid this place Read Less

TERRIBLE veterinary office. I was sent numerous cards telling me that my dog needed vaccinations so I take him to the office. He is a 2 year old Labrador puppy that weighs 75 pounds and is very hard to control. I wait in the office trying to keep my dog away from all the skum bags pit bulls that are lunging at him, I get called into the office and they tell me...he needs no vaccinations, we sent to you by mistake. Ugh, annoying. So 2 years later I take our Lab back for more shots, telling the "receptionist" that I am boarding him and I need to make sure all of his vaccinations are up to date. She says ok, our dog get a few shots and we go home. I am putting away the records and getting ready for our trip and I look at the shot records and it says he needs his rabies shot! Did they not look at the whole chart?! So now I have to go BACK to the office, the day before our trip once again. Well I tell you...I will NEVER go back there again! Read Less
