You know... I want to give them a good review because I like Dr Kennedy but I just can’t. Our cat was there 2+ days and every time we spoke to a vet they had a different diagnosis. They are sooooo expensive whenever they said a vet would call us... they didn’t. We had to call on our own every time to follow up. The night crew is grumpy (I guess cause they’re working nights) and they seem very, very unorganized. When we got home with the medication that they gave us it was different than the medicine originally recommended AND there was not even enough of the medicine that they did give us to match the instructions. Every time they said they’d start treatment we’d check in hours later and they had JUST started the treatment. THEN they finally told us they still weren’t sure how to help him so before they could charge us for day 3 we took him home with still no improvement and a hefty bill and BAD taste in our mouth for this place. SO expensive. So inconsistent. So unhelpful. SO slow. There’s better places... don’t go here. Read Less

This place is just trying to make you spend more money then you have to. I took my kitten there that had a upper respiratory infection and the total price was $700 for everything. I couldn’t afford it so I went to the valley and found a way cheaper place, I told them how much they were charging me here and they just laughed saying how they’re just taking advantage of people and he didn’t need all those things. My husband & I discovered All Creatures a few years ago when one of our kitties was having a medical emergency around 10pm and we needed a 24 hour vet. We’ve now had to take 2 cats in for various emergencies throughout the years & we absolutely love All Creatures! We always feel 100% comfortable having to leave our babies overnight. The staff is always very attentive & you can tell they genuinely care about the wellbeing and treatment of our pets. My husband & I both work in the pet industry and I have vet tech experience so we’re very particular about where we’ll take our pets for care. Brought in my very sick older dog suffering with gastrointestinal issues. She was examined and then they suggested a plan of action and cost estimate. She was there for 2.5 days. They kept me updated on her treatment and progress. They took time to answer questions and explain how she was doing. She is now recovering at home and they have called to check on her progress . They have continued to answer my telephone questions. I was very pleased with her care, and the staff including the receptionists, technicians and the extremely knowledgeable veterinarians. Our dog Tyson has been ill for several days and late yesterday evening he could barely walk. I called the Vet Center which is open 24 hours and we took him in. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Zack was very good with Tyson and made us all feel at ease. The doctor knew Tyson was suffering from a bad skin allergy and ear infection and provided a good diagnosis and medication which helped right away. Today, Tyson is much improved, eating, and finally able to walk down the stairs without limping. He appears almost back to his normal self, but we are keeping a close watch on him. I gave a 4 star because the prices are just as high as other animal clinics, but I guess that is to be expected. Read Less

My cat was really sick late in the evening and my normal vet was closed. I figured I would have to be up all night with her and wait to take her in the morning. Then I found All Creatures Veterinary Center online and called. They told me to bring her in right away. The receptionist, vet tech and doctor were all so nice. The office was really clean and homey. We were taken to a room right away and she was examined by the vet tech and then the doctor came in just a few minutes later. He offered many options and didn't push expensive and possibly unnecessary treatment. I was expecting a very high bill for after hours treatment and was surprised how reasonable the prices were. I recently had a bit of an emergency on a Saturday evening with our 1 year old Golden. I didn't know where to turn to have our pet looked at so I turned to Yelp to see if there was a 24-hour vet in the area. That's how I discovered All Creatures Vet Center. I figured it would cost an arm & a leg to show up at 11 pm on a Sat and probably not even see a real vet, but what was I to do, our dog needed immediate attention. So I went to All Creatures and I must say I was glad I did. First, the center is beautifully decorated and very pet AND person friendly (coffee ready to go). I hardly had to wait before an actual vet came in and checked on our dog. Wow, a real vet at 11:30 pm on a Sat night. The staff was also amazing, everyone from the receptionist to the vet techs. This place is great. But of course all this great service comes at a price, right? NO! I was amazed at how reasonably priced everything was. Again, truly amazing how affordable the visit was. Money well spent! I highly recommend this vet center to anyone seeking treatment for their pet, especially for the late night emergency vet visits. Read Less

We went to the 24 hour All Creatures Vet in Santa Clarita for our Yorkie. We discovered a tick on her after hiking and it was our first time dealing with one. Cheyenne answered the phone and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. This greatly contrast the experience we had at another 24 hour Vet in Valencia. Cheyenne took excellent care of our dog and was very patient with us and our dog. We will happily return should the need arise for animal care of any kind. I was unfortunate enough to have to put my 15 year old cat Anna down yesterday, and I took her here in the wee hours of the morning. Monica T. met my son and I at the door, she was sweet, compassionate and caring from the moment she opened the door for us. My heart was broke yesterday, i was a pool of a mess, as was my son! We brought our 2 year old cat in for what we believed to be constipation problems. It turned out to be much more serious than that. He had developed crystals in his bladder and his urethra was completely blocked. It was a very serious issue that he could have died from. My husband and I were obviously devastated that our fur baby was so ill. He was admitted for 48 hours for treatment and the staff was amazing. They took fantastic care of him. The techs and doctors called with status updates throughout his stay. They're been so patient with me when I call to ask questions. I have had to use two other emergency hospitals for our pets and hands down the staff at All Creatures was the best to work with. We cannot thank them enough for helping our kitty. Read Less

Until the other day - I thought this hospital was convenient for middle of the night emergencys. There staff is forever changing and your lucky to get the same DR twice - BUT Dr. Antoinella Andrietti is the one to be careful of - She threw me and my dog out 2 days ago when my dog was suffering from Pancreitis - Somehow she iagnosed a BRAIN TUMOR without doing a CT scan - and I go pissed - I reacted and asked her what shes talking about? - Then she said that Lilly was overweight and How did I let that happen.. REALLY?????? OMG - all she had to do was look at Lillys history and the fact she is not a well dog - - this person should not be a doctor- she threw my sick IN PAIN - on OXYGEN helpless dog out for us to fend for ourselves - Lilly was also having seizures - I PRAY no one goes thru what I did with this Dr. - SHE IS HORRIBLE - Medical Misconduct at its finest.Read Less

A few days ago my kitty, Dusty, got really sick. Somthing was not right, he would not go to the bathroom or eat let alone come out of hiding. I decided to take him to "Tags" where I explained to "the vet" his behavior and they took one look at him, told me it was allergies, gave him a shot and sent me and my baby on our way. No examination nothing. Well over nighthis condition got much much worse. He began fadeing and i could tell he was not going to be ok if I waited any longer. The minute I brought dusty into all creatures vet, They took immediate action, not only that but they were so understanding about financial circumstances. They helped me out so much, I can't even begin to explain my gratitude. Thank you so so so much for fixing my fur-child, thank you for not waisting my time or anytime at all for that matter in getting him back to normal. Dr. Antonella Andrietti is fabulous. She spent time explaining everything required and recommended for our two standard poodle puppies so we understood what we are doing. The next day, she spent the time to diagnose, treat and explain maladies our two adult dogs had, with explanations on future treatment and steps to mitigate or prevent more troubles. We have had 2 trips to All Creatures in the past couple months. I was very happy with the care given to my pets in each case. The first visit, we had come home late in the evening to find our cat with a terribly swollen 2nd eyelid. Even though they said we faced a 3-4 hour wait when we arrived, they were very efficient and had us out in about 2 hours. The price of the exam, eye-stain, antibiotics was very reasonable. The second visit was with our elderly dog, when we returned home from a vacation to find that our other dog had bitten him above the eye and the wound was swollen and full of infection. I was super impressed that the vet spent a ton of time examining him down on the floor where he was comfortable and really took the time to consider his existing medical issues and medications before prescribing meds. He ended up giving him an antibiotic shot instead of pills since our dog takes gastroprotectants and that would mean his antibiotics would not absorb well enough to fight the infection. Again, the cost of exam, eye stain, eye cleaning, shot and antibiotic ointment was less than I was expecting. This is a great clinic and will be my permanent choice for care that is urgent or after-hours.Read Less

I was here a week ago when my 15 year old dog decided to take a flying leap off of the couch. He was in a lot of pain, so we needed to go an after hours place. We were greeted immediately upon arriving. We soon had 3 people surrounding us to check on him with such love and care. The receptionist was leaving before we were. She stopped to check on us before she left. They were so kind and loving to our little buddy. The vet was thorough and professional. Mostly, the office and waiting areas were clean. I was recommended by a friend to take my dog in that needed attention. The lobby is very nice, clean, homey feel with very nice employees. The Vet and assistance were not like other L.A. animal clinics where everyone is a number and the vet is not personal. I drove a bit from L.A. but it was a nice drive and would recommend to any pet parent. They worked out a plan and instead a big bill of surprise found alternatives the vet was quick to help my dog and my issues. I have a private rescue and will be making more visits as I felt at home and my pet was in great care. The best part is that they are always open and do not charge for after hours fees. But, I knew it was time and on Memorial Day of 2015, I walked into All Creatures and asked them to help me put her down. She was born with a birth defect and I knew it was a matter of time. She was a happy kitty, but I would never want her to suffer. It was time. Dr. Cull was on call that day and she and her staff were superior in their sensitivity and care for BOTH Mango and I.
