I called and explained that we are a military family and that we are moving to Hawaii from New York and are required to have a Health Certificate for our dog 10 days prior to travel. we had everything done that we could in New York EXCEPT the Health Certificate as it’s required 10 days prior to travel and we are here now. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and to come in between 12:30-1:30 the following day. We showed up 15 minutes early in case there was paperwork we were required to fill out. Fine. I filled out the paperwork. I was then told the Vet would be with us as soon as he could. Fine. Half an hour later the Vet came in to tell my husband that he doesn’t do Health Certificates for dogs going to islands anymore because he had sent a family members dog to New Zealand and it was a lot of work. He said that there was a lot more required than a health certificate and he didn’t want us to be disappointed so he referred us to another veterinary clinic?!?!??! My husband tried to explain that ALL we needed was a health certificate as we had already done everything else we could before we left New York. Moving across the country with your pets is stressful enough. Moving to Hawaii IS stressful. There are a million hoops to jump through and this experience added to our stress. Not only was it unprofessional but I suggest you talk to your receptionists about the services you offer to avoid wasting anyone else’s time! Read Less

Absolutely wonderful people. Courteous and caring with a sense of urgency. We took in our kitten BMO who kept catching colds and getting progressively worse...after the doctors findings bmos medical bill was just too much for us to afford after just paying a vet bill for $700 for our pitbull Brody. We pulled out everything we had left and asked what we can do with what we had, the assistant told us he'd speak to the doctor when he came back in he said look, we'll take care of everything for BMO for what you have. Best doctors! Came in with my dog who seem to have fever and was really weak. Found out what it was and she had to have surgery /: they made her strong enough to withstand surgery and they didn't give up on her. I called here very last minute and they happily informed me that if I made it in 30 min they'd take a look at my dog. I may have took longer because I walked to the hospital crying carrying my dog but they right away were concerned and walked me into a room. I explained in tears that it seemed my dog was experiencing pain on his left paw. The nurse made me feel so comfortable as I filled out paper work shaking & crying.The doctor came in checked my dog asked questions and made a diagnosis and he gave me so many options. very bad!!! I took my baby dog in cuz he had diarrhea. after waiting for a long time with no patients waiting in the lobby or inside the clinic, the voodoo Mexican female vet walked in with her high heels like she's just went to a night club last night with a hangover, making a lot of noises with her high heels, barged in the door without knocking, never introduced herself of who she was or what her name was then without explaining, used her huge finger instead of the pinky finger that was twice as big as my finger and stuck it in my little toy dog's butt. after she brutalized my baby and in less than a minute of the whole "consultation" then she walked out without explaining anything besides telling me that my baby needed hospitalization. The medical assistant then came in and said that I have to hospitalize, do all kinds of labs and would charge me nearly $1000. I asked the medical assistant to ask the "vet" if my baby can at least get some meds to take home because I wasn't ready to empty my bank account for the Mexican female vet. the med asst came back and said she would not prescribe anything unless I do everything or go some where else. The girl staff in front desk service was uncaring, rude and horrible , just like the drugged up, rough, and heartless "vet". i paid $28 for a less than 1 min consultation and without having any meds or service when I left. I'm bringing my baby back to his regular vet on Monday and he opens or to another vet today (Sunday) if he's not getting any better. " after hours animal slaughter hospital " is the worst I ever seen and I have 4 dogs and have been going to the vets for 9 years. She shows no care for animals. she's rough/brutal, rude, and all about money. i WOULD NOT recommend this horrible and dead place unless you don't care about your animal and have a million dollars in your pocket ready to burn . The day had come to put our dog to sleep. We have to praise this office and their staff. They could not have been more compassionate and caring. The tech that carried her in was so gentle and kind with her. The staff was professional and efficient in collecting the information. They prepared her and allowed us time to say our good-byes. The doctor was extremely compassionate both with our dog and with us, understanding our grief and trauma. Took my Cat Lilly in for the first time explained my issuses I was having with her. The staff was very friendly and took the time to listen to everything that was going on with her. Once I meet Dr Cassidy after looking over what was wrong with Lilly she told me straight up on what we have to do for lilly to get her better, didnt beat around the bush like previous Vets did. She ended up keeping Lilly at the hospital for about 5 days, each day I would go visit her she looked better & better each day. The procedure cost was pretty high at first but Dr Cassidy was kind enough to give me some discounts on my cats visit stay. I DEFINITELY Recommend this place to Any Cat or ANINIMAL LOVER.
