I took my dog to see Dr. Glassmaker because my veterinarian was unavailable. The office looks great from outside, quite beautiful outside, huge wooden doors, the landscaping is very well kept too. Once inside, same, looks great, wood everywhere, very clean looking, BUT, STUFFY and HOT. There's a smell, you know, a veterinarian office smell lurking in the air, but, it's okay, after all, it is a place where animals are treated.I loved Dr. Glassmaker from the MOMENT he walked in the exam room and lifted my dog UP on to a table so that he could get a really good look at her. He examined, diagnosed, treated and loved on her. Dr. Glassmaker is elderly, he speaks very loudly, and he is not screwing around with a bunch of unnecessary over-priced testing. He told me his diagnosis, told me if it turns out he's wrong, bring my dog back and he'll treat her at no charge.WHAT??? No charge?? Huh? Are you kidding me??? This is like - I don't know, back in the days of good ol' Chuck Galvin. A vet who is there for the love of animals, and not just to take every cent you have saved. SHOCKING!I'm glad my vet was out yesterday so that I could meet Dr. Glassmaker. Kind soul and said "God bless you honey" before he left. I don't think I've paid under $100.00 for the vet in three years. Thank you to friends who suggested I go to see him. Read Less
