I'm the kind of pet parent that loves her dog but doesn't always bring him in for regular check-ups (don't judge, k?), and when he does need some vet love, this is my "go to" spot.Within the last few years, I've had to bring my little temperamental guy in here for a variety of reasons such as vaccinations, ear infections, not-so-annual check-ups, and this past Saturday he was brought in for a foxtail removal.Let's go back a few days... Last week I thought he had a standard ol' ear infection and I was trying to treat it at home, and ended up making it worse. I called Friday after hours and left a message to see if I could bring him in asap. They called back on Saturday and were full, but recommended some other places. Shortly after that, they called back and said they could squeeze him in at noon which was their lunch hour. Yay!!We brought him in and because he's so sassy (and also in a lot of pain) they had to give him anesthesia to even check out his ear to determine if it was an infection or foxtail. As it turned out, there was a foxtail burrowed deep in his left ear but they got it out of there. Side note: if your dog has an ear infection, use a 1:1 vinegar and water solution to clean it out - don't use hydrogen peroxide as stated on the internet....my bad!My dog is not well socialized, suffers from anxiety, and has a bite that's as bad as his bark. Even with all his issues, the folks here are always patient with him and do their best to make him feel at ease. I can't express how thankful I am for this office. You guys are so amazing and I really appreciate you letting Chopper come in during your lunch. Thank you (x100)!!!!!!!!!! Read Less
