It was a regular Wednesday. Mom fed us, I viewed the birds through the window, I napped, had a combie, nothing special. Then without any warning, I was picked up and put in my carrier. Bummer! I protested vocally, as I was loaded into the car. This action usually means one thing...going to the VET !!! So then we arrived, at the VET. (I know the building, and the bumpy ride in the wagon.) When it was our turn, the Vet and helper checked me all over. They were checking for signs of Arthritis. They took me to the back, for a blood sample and x rays. I did not like that because Mom was not with me. I was somewhat anxious. Then they wrapped me in a towel and took the x rays, which are pictures of my insides. I was good, I behaved nice, no scratching. Then they brought me back to Mom and my carrier. We went home and I got a bonus lunch and treat. Of course, DumDum kept hissing at me because I smelled funny. All and all it was OK. The staff were very nice and complemented me on what a good boy I was. Mom and the Vet talked a lot about me. I felt, kinda special. I know I will have to go back sometime. It is not my favorite thing to do, but NCC makes it seem, well, not so bad. Oh, I got a good report, no Arthritis! YeahMeow!! I do get to eat as much as I want to. I hope this review is helpful to other cats. Usually a visit to the Vet, means you are taken care of. That's a good thing. Anyway, Mom said I was old enough to write my own, review. MarcelRead Less
