Dr. Ester Rodriguez is the best veterinarian! She's kind to your pets and, tries her hardest. No over the top prices. Staff is extremely friendly. She also has another clinic in Montclair, Blue Cross Animal Hospital. Everybody here is great. The doc and the techs are wonderful. There is a bit of a wait sometimes but the attention you get is worth it. The prices are also more than reasonable. They have taken care of my pets and also my in-law's pets. Dr. Rodriguez at Euclid-Walnut Animal Hospital or her son Dr. Rodriguez at Blue Cross Animal Hospital in Montclair are the only ones I take my pets to, outside of a middle of the night emergency. I really want to like this place because the receptionists and doctors are very friendly. However, I give this place one star because my little kitten start developing ringworm few days after I brought her here for constipation problem. I knew for a fact that she got it here since my kitten is only 4 weeks old and I had never let her go outside. It really breaks my heart to see her suffer from ringworm. Read Less

A few years ago I adopted a puppy and the puppy ended up getting really sick. The person that I adopted the dog from said that it was from the deworming medication but, I didn't believe them. I brought my puppy into see the female doctor and she is diagnosed my puppy parvo. For those of you that don't know what that is it's basically a death sentence for your dog. The doctor told me that she would try her hardest to save my dogs life and do whatever means necessary, so I left my dog in her care for five days. The doctor said that I was allowed to come and visit my dog at the end of every day so every day that I came I saw that she was steadily making giant improvements. By the end of the fifth day my dogs able to come home with me with antibiotics and medication to be taken at home for another week or so. But thanks to this  dr. I will be celebrating my dogs fourth birthday in May.    The normal Price to treat a dog with Parville can reach up into the thousands and it's not even guarantee that they'll live. Our vet bill was high but I didn't reach more than I believe six to $700 for everything. This doctor and Blue Cross which is the associated hospital to this animal clinic ( also the Delmas doctors son is a doctor there)  are the only other two veterinarians that I will go see besides Dr. Buchko in Riverside. It was my first time taking my puppy in for a cut on his wiener and I was very nervous but left feeling very satisfied that my baby was well taken care of. They saved my min pin he ate snail posion and even gave us a referals for 24hr care, discounted bill ,and gave us a rescue dog for free ,we thought our min was gonna die now he has a brother to love .,the staff was awsome Read Less

It's fine for vaccinations, but please do not take your pet here for what you think may be a serious problem. I've had 2 dogs that I've taken here and was diagnosed and nothing, then had to take to emergency vet the same day. One even had to have emergency surgery. The vet does not take any condition seriously. Don't risk your pet's life with her. Read Less

Here's a few things about the vet that you might find helpful.1) VERY low price in comparison to other vets2) Does a great job when it comes to surgeries 3) Doesn't do appointments...only does walk-ins4) Walk-ins are between 10am-12pm and 4pm-5pm5) All surgeries are done between 12pm-4pm which is why the vet office is closed during these hours6) The vet isn't the most informative when it comes to  diagnosis but she will answer your questions for the most partOverall an awesome vet and you definitely can't find a cheaper vet anywhere. I have used this vet for numerous surgeries for my dogs and they have always came home safe and sound. :) Read Less

I was told your clinic would be open the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I made the notation to bring our dog for his shots. I was reffered here after the sister clinic (blue cross in montair) didnt take walk ins. Ive taken dogs and cats here at the sister clinic awhile back and im glad they are the same caring individuals. They are also reasonably priced as well so big plus ^_^Thanks dr! took my cat in for an infection above the eye was pussy and running she said she will heal and its already been 1 month i told her to give my cat a antibotic she didnt,then my cat wasnt eating took her back the vet said she has infection gave her full blood work up antibotic when i asked for a copy of my cats blood work i stood at the counter for 15 min and the receptionist said their printer was slow another 5 min then the printer was out of ink and the vet will call you.She called 7:00 at night and told me she needed to have a shot for infected kidneys 10 days in a row to bring her in and again i asked to see a report and she said the lab had it.So i told her to email the report and she couldnt.Also she said she wouldnt do ANYTHING to my cat without my permission and she gave her a shot of vitamans and charged me 30.00 bucks.cost me 250.00 when i was done.And she is only in the office for 3 hours at a time and leaves to go to the other office and back again.DO NOT GO THERE i think she is a liar and money hungry and very unprofessional they should pull her license.
