There's one front desk person that does not sound the friendliest on the phone but do not let that deter you! I love Dr. Miles! I was sick of going to the vet and being told my dog needs all this extra stuff... various shampoos and medications were all too much. Almost seems like they are trying to take your every last dime. NOT this place!!! Dr. Miles is honest and caring and she treats every dog like it is her own! Recently I got a puppy from Barkworks in Riverside and was referred here for her first visit. I was nothing but happy with the service. I arrived early as normally there is always a wait with vets even by making an appointment and to my surprise, they saw me early. I was very happy with the Dr. and I didn't feel like I was being sold at any time. Even though we live 20+ miles away, I am actually considering making this place our normal vet. We HAD a contract with Banfield for our other dog and absolutely hate them so I was a little on guard expecting to be sold things I didn't need. Over the past twenty five years, Dr Watson and his staff have gone above and beyond in caring for my cats and dogs. He once saved a cat that we believe had been dipped in a dog flea dip.
