I absolutely loved my experience here. I have two rabbits, one is an elder and one is still young. I found All Care looking for a place with less expensive rates for exotic pets. Oceana costs 75 per bunny per visit (even if nothing is wrong and they just look at them) and as a working student, it's not ideal. All Care has much more reasonable prices; a two thirds of what I pay for Oceana. The staff is great! Everybody is so friendly and welcoming. When I first called, they were very helpful in helping me find the prices and procedures. Dr. Jeremy is absolutely wonderful as well. Other vets felt very distant but Jeremy feels very personal and he really cares for your pets. He considered my pets and wants to make sure they are the most comfortable. There is only one doctor since it is a small practice, so when planning for an appointment, think about it being 3 or 4 weeks later. I am definitely coming back here! We started seeing Jeremy about 4-5 years ago for our two small dogs, Clyde and Bella and no matter what the circumstances, we still find ourselves so lucky to have a great vet available to us! The staff at all care is attentive, responsive and spends time to make you and your animal feel comfortable. They will explain and answer every question you have and make sure you are informed before needing to make any decision. We have since moved further away from their office and have tried to see other vets that are closer, but whenever we try, we realize that it's worth the hour+ drive to come back to all care. [Dr.] Jeremy and the entire staff at Allcare are amazing! It is incredibly difficult trying to find a caring and trustworthy veterinarian with wonderful bedside manners. We are so lucky to have found Jeremy in the Bay Area.When we first went to Allcare, my maltipoo (Kobe) had an area of rash with hair loss. Despite weeks of topical medications, it did not fully improve. Since Kobe is already 9 yo, we feared the worst. Jeremy recommended a skin biopsy. Since Kobe was due for his teeth cleaning, he recommended saving the cost of anesthesia by completing both procedures together. Up until the day of surgery, I was still worried about my little Kobe being cut up, but Jeremy called me after I dropped him off to alleviate my fears. Results came back and it was due to a complication from his rabies vaccine (which he received from his previous vet). Jeremy was so kind and thoughtful and even called our previous vet about the situation and helped to put in a claim to the manufacturer to reimburse the medical expenses. He really went above and beyond!His bedside manners are great. Our little 10-lb maltipoo is a big brat and likes to growl at everyone. Despite his growling, he has never bitten anyone. He likes to act like a "big man". Jeremy did not seem to mind his growling and even went to him to let him lick his hand.  At our previous vet, they would muzzle him every time he went in. It broke my heart for him to be treated like a felon when he literally looks like a stuffed animal. All the staff at Allcare appear to be experts at handling patients with "difficult personalities". I have just moved to the area with my 12 year old dog. He needed some vaccines updated and has a few age related issues. The nurses and front desk staff were awesome. The vet was great! I have been a cat owner my whole life and have been to many different veterinary hospitals.  I have seen my fair share of money hungry vets, uneducated vets, aggressive vets, etc. Then I came to All Care Vet hospital, met Jeremy and finally feel like I have found the perfect doctor for my sweet cats.   The office is very clean and inviting.  Jeremy is so easy to talk to, very intelligent and makes it clear that you are in charge of your pets care and he is working with you to make the best decisions for your pet.  The staff were so friendy and kind.  Pricing was very reasonable and fair.  I also received a call the day after my kitten got a vaccine and microchip just to check in on how he was doing.  I have never had a vet clinic call to just check in after my cats had a visit.  So impressed!! First encounter:"Hi. My name is Jeremy. And I want you to just call me Jeremy. Before anything, I'd like you to know there is never a stupid question or unreasonable concern..."Before he even talked about my dog's condition, I already liked him. This place is awesome. The vet spent almost an hour talking about every aspect of my dog's health. Never had this kind of encounter before. Unlike other vets, he really took the time to explain everything in detail, even though he knows I work in the medical field (only reason he knew was cuz he asked). I didn't feel rushed, and most importantly, didn't feel like I was being force fed expensive tests and treatments. He would give his clinical recommendations, followed by, "do what you're comfortable with." He even mentioned mothers' intuition never fails. I love it! Not once did he talk like he was superior to me or that he ALONE knows what's best for my dog. Speaking of mothers' intuition, I feel like I can really trust him with my dog's life, and that's saying a lot. On a very difficult day of having to put down a sick loving member of the family, a professional and sympathetic veterinarian really makes the experience less heavy on the heart.  My beloved friend, my cat, Boomer, was really sick and miserable towards the end. They messed up my appointment never even took it called to make sure everything was set since I thought that it was odd i didn't get a confirmation call. I'm on my way and they couldn't even fit me to just remove her stitches today but Wednesday.. (it's Monday) what's crazy to me is that they made everything seem as simple as came in and it's a 5min job. So either it's a 5min job they just don't want to take or just don't care.Maybe knowledgeable people and nice but they can't go out of there way for my little pup, lost me and my little Luna we were willing to drive 2hr out our way luckily I was only half way... If there were 6 stars I would give more! Dr. Jeremy is amazing! Friendly and welcoming. I brought my 7yr old cockapoo to AllCare after finding out he had a cracked and infected tooth. My vet in San Francisco quoted me over $1500 for dental work! I came to AllCare distraught and uneasy about putting him under for the surgery. Not only did they take great care of him (and easing my concerns) but the bill was nearly 1/3 the cost of my previous vet quote!! I recently switched from my long term provider to AllCare. The office is small and very personable. Jeremy explains everything in great detail, and is very compassionate. He clearly really loves animals. The service prices are very reasonable. He is the only Vet in the practice so getting an appointment can take some planning but it will be worth it.I have two dogs and one is very hard to handle sometimes. Jeremy and his staff are very patient with her, and it is greatly appreciated.I do not have a cat but have seen a number of folks in the waiting room who do, when I have been there.If you appreciate one on one attention, then this is the Vet practice for you. I was recommended by my cousin to come to all care vet and its the best decision I've ever made for Pache (My cat).I called and made a appointment. The receptionist was very polite on the phone and helped me immediately. Pache and I came in and once we get there they greet us. They saw me holding Pache and right away they asked if they can carry her, so it would be easier for me to fill out the paperwork. She got so much love at this vet from all the employees and Dr. G. Kisses and hugs constantly. I love how they're animal lovers. They actually care about your animal like they were there own child, which really amazes me. Everyone here is the best, they have so much knowledge about cats and dogs. Pache that day received her rabies shot and feline shots. My dog had her teeth cleaned by Dr Grossbard. Now her teeth are white and shiny, with no plague and tar tar. I was happy with the results. I was told to fast my dog 12 hours before the procedures. Did as i instructed. Took her for a long walk before the visit. She emptied most of her waste in her intestine before coming in to the office. Only one more thing would make this visit perfect: she had streak of poo around her butt when she was picked up. I believe she was nervous when they administered anesthesia or injection on her. Dont know how this happened. Luckily, i have yoga pad on my car seat. She was ready for shower after she came home anyways so no big deal. Vet assistants and receptionist are both helpful and caring. So my first experiences here were good. I got a dog vaccinated and examined, a cat vaccinated and spayed, another kitten that I fostered examined, and finally our own kitten examined (the vet at that time was really wierd) . Personally I loved Dr. G. Today I got our kitten neutered and feel ripped off. Brought in a coupon for a $30 neuter. Opted for, what I was told, the pain meds at $59 and $18 for antibiotics. My hubby loves his kitten so I went for it. Picked him up and brought him home. Realized they didn't give me the meds. So I called and went back for them. And to my wonderful (not) surprise, they tell me that the antibiotics were not necessary. But the $59 is not refundable because it was part of a package to cover the I.v., fluids, and catheter. Wait, how is that not part of the neuter cost at $30? And if it wasnt, shouldnt they have told me that this a.m.? And because it wasn't the girl who ran the front desk when I dropped him off, the girl Wouldn't help me. After years of decent service, I will never ever go back. $59 is a lot of money for us, so I feel kind of ripped off now that I dont even have the pain meds I opted for. I took a pet rat here and was not at all pleased with the visit. When handling my rat the vet simply forced him into whatever position he needed. My previous vet was much more gentle and actually took a moment to let my rat get acclimatized to him. Worse though, the vet said his teeth were too long and needed to be trimmed. I asked him how the procedure worked and he described it as not too different from trimming one's nails, just slip a tool around the teeth and snip. When they brought my rat back from this supposedly quick and simple procedure he was bleeding profusely from the mouth, which the vet dismissed as not a big deal. The vet hadn't mentioned any possibility of bleeding when I'd asked him about the procedure, which honestly makes me think they just messed it up. Finally, it was more expensive than my previous vet, for a similar visit (both were for respiratory problems). Probably because my previous vet didn't perform this dubious teeth cutting procedure, so essentially I paid extra to put my pet through additional pain and stress. Read Less

THEN YOU NEED TO CHANGE TO ALLCARE NOW! i've never waited more than 5 minutes to see dr. grossband and his staff are the BEST in pacifica. i've been to pacifica pet and linda mar and am sick and tired of the wait time, lack of prompt service and waiting for a call back. i knew i had to change vets. AND THEN CAME ALLCARE - what a relief. the staff is marvelous and remembers me when i call and come in. checking out - less than 5 minutes. another great service is splitting any pills you're pet will be taking. i especially like when they cut them in 1/4's, cuz when i do it i make a mess. when transfering to Allcare dr grossband took the time to read my dog's file from my previous vet. and he read it from beginning to end (about 60 pages). then he sent me an email giving his impressions and suggestions moving forward. he makes sure you understand everything, you can ask any question without being rushed for the next paitient. the best is the cost saving way he practices medicine - just llike your own phyisican - he starts with the least invasive and if that doesn't work he gradually increases or changes the treatment plan. you're dog has a limp? he'll figure out what the limp is by watching him walk, using the same procedure a your doctor would use on you - by touch, movement and the information you provide. then he asks pertinent questions you might not know would be specific for the ailment. HE DOES NOT order xrays or any other tests unless there absolutely no other altermative. so for THE GREATEST VET SERVICE AT THE BEST PRICE - ALLCARE IS THE PLACE TO GO Read Less

I have had a great experience at Allcare Veterinary. Everyone there was extremely helpful, caring, and patient. I was nervous about putting my elderly dog through the stress of surgery and anesthesia, but Dr. Grossbard and his staff all took extra time to explain everything to me in great (but very understandable) detail. They never got annoyed with my millions of questions and concerns, and thoughtfully kept me posted frequently throughout the entire process. I needed to get my cat into a vet's office early in the day 8 AM and I stopped at one business and found they didn't have doctors there that early, even though they were open. I noticed this veterinary hospital and thought I would try my luck. I was so happy with Dr. Jeremy Grossbard's excellent explanation of my cat's malady and what treatment options he recommended that we pursue that i decided he would become our veterinarian. He calls me with lab resutls, even on Sunday. I can come and pick up the special food he recommended for my pet's condition. Everyone in the office is super nice and very accommodating. I just love this place. My cat has responded well to the treatment and we are continuing this course of therapy.
