I've been bringing my 6 year-old cocker spaniels to All Care ever since they were puppies. Dr. Sanders and Dr. Chandler are always great about answering all my questions and are very patient with my dogs, who tend to be shy around other people. The techs are also all great, patient and gentle with my dogs. A few years ago, one of my dogs had a severe double infection, and had to be kept at the clinic for a day for tests. One of the techs earned her trust and my little dog looked to her for comfort the entire day. The other techs told me how that tech had grown attached to my dog, and it made me feel so much better knowing she had been in such good hands during such a scary time. Small place, but they do a really great job with what they have. Vets are nice and generally knowledgeable, however we did once have to ask about testing for something that turned about to be positive, which the vet originally dismissed. We had a 9 o’clock appointment for our dog to get his vaccines done. We called them letting them know we were running behind.The woman said they have a 15 minute grace period and said we had to reschedule. We said we would be there in 5 minutes, she then changed her story and said the grace period is 5-10 minutes. She tells us we would have to reschedule the appointment because they have surgeries that needed to get started on. I’m confused, if we were there on time and she tells us within 10 minutes their starting surgeries. When would they have time for our dog? Then tells us that we would have to wait to be seen after the people showed after us. Poor customer service, and won’t be coming back. Read Less

Instead of kids, my husband and I chose to adopt a menagerie of furbehbehs. And because we are slightly masochistic, we tend to pick out the little gimpy ones. Since moving to Palmdale, we've been taking our wee ones to All Care Pet Clinic. We have come to know the folks at All Care quite well and, without a doubt, highly recommend them. Dr. Sanders and Dr. Chandler are both extremely caring and freakishly knowledgeable. Not only do they know what they're talking about, they give you ALL of your options - from the "let's wait, watch, and evaluate" to "I can refer you to a pet physical therapist and an acupuncturist." They will tell you what they feel to be the correct course of treatment; however, they'll also support you if you decide to go off the deep end and get your pet Reiki massage with healing kundalini crystals.I've been reading through some of the bad reviews and am saddened to see that people have not been pleased with their service. I'd like to leave a little feedback about our experiences:COST - While some procedures can be costly, I can tell ya from personal experience that they are NOT overpriced. They were far more reasonable than our previous vet in the Valley. We haven't been upsold for or pressured to treat any of our pets. The only services they push are the requisite vaccines.However, if you come in with an issue, it can get expensive. Is this an anomaly? No. ALL veterinary specialty care can be be pricey. If you don't know this, then you've been incredibly lucky to have healthy animals. As I alluded to earlier, we were blessed to have found a gorgeous Border Collie mix at a shelter about 8 years ago; however, she came to us with hip dysplasia. Over the years she developed kidney issues and a degenerative nerve disease. Her care was pricey (sweet jaysus was it). That being said, we were given options for care and it was OUR CHOICE to go the route we did. Because of Dr. Sanders and her excellent care, we were able to have 6 more months with our sweet girl. For that we will be eternally grateful.THE WAIT - This one ain't no joke. You may have to wait. Most of the time it's 10-15 minutes, but there was a time when we had to wait almost an hour. Why? Because they're tending to emergencies. We were always ABSOLUTELY okay with that (I kept thinking of the poor animal and family who had to take the appt time), but they will give you the option to reschedule. MISDIAGNOSIS - I can't even imagine how heartbreaking it'd be to have my furbehbeh misdiagnosed. I know it's bound to happen. Vets are looking to us to give them feedback on our pets behavior and not all symptoms are apparent. We, as owners, can only try to make educated guesses on who to trust for our animals' care. When I was doing research, it mattered to me that Drs Sanders and Chandler were alumnae of UC Davis - the #1 vet school in the U.S., but ya'll need to go with your gut on this one.CARE - All Care Pet Clinic provides excellent care. They do. They are compassionate and loving towards all of the adorable pups and kittehs that come into the office. How many vets do you know who will sit with you and your pup on the floor to calm worried nerves. We had many an anxious conversation with Dr. Sanders on the floors of those offices. The office staff is great too, we ALWAYS got a follow-up call the next day from Lupe or Jessica. Jessica is THE NICEST person, while Lupe is the no-nonsense sassy one. And Victoria is our angel (don't even get me started on her - she's awesome).To finish up the longest Yelp review in the world, we owe a lifetime of gratitude to Dr. Sanders and Victoria. When it was time to put our sweet baby girl to sleep, they helped us through one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Words cannot express. This review is for the clinic as a whole.  Our dog Milo was very sick when we brought him in. He had advanced congestive heart failure. His heart was enlarged and his lungs had fluid inside. All the medication he was taking pretty much stopped working. Our little trooper hung on as long as he could. When was it was time, we scheduled an appointment with All Care. The staff was so helpful, accommodating and hospitable. They were very discrete and sensitive about our delicate situation. It was heartbreaking and devastating to let go of Milo. This vet is the best! I took my pitbull puppy to get spayed here and they were great! They even call to check on how your dog is doing the next day, and they schedule an appointment for a checkup in a week. This shows that they actually care about the well being of my dog. I was nervous about taking my puppy to any vet because she is a Pitbull and I know how some veterinarians in this town are with that breed, but when I brought her into the office they were all extremely generous and very helpful! It is sad to see we are not the only people who fell victim to this unethical business and their practice. Just like all the prior negative yelp comments, they constantly misdiagnose your animal and then recommend unnecessary testing and medication. Then when you come for a check-up and the problem is not resolved, they expect you to pay for further diagnostic procedures and medication. How do you misdiagnose so often (4 times in a row for us, let alone all the yelp comments) and still have your license? Yes, I am very upset about the unnecessary financial burden that that ordeal has caused because of their incompetent. Our dog Mister was attacked by a pit bull and we are so lucky we decided to call All Care Pet Clinic on a Saturday morning!  They were able to see him immediately and did everything right!  Dr. Saunders and Crystal the tech and Jessica were super friendly  and kind not only to us but to our dog!  They kept him for almost 5 hours to stitch him up etc. and he has recovered nicely.  They called often to check on him and we thought that was super thoughtful.  We had to have him checked for oozing etc during his recovery time and they were able to accommodate us almost immediately.  I'm in love with this clinic!   Thank you so much to everyone working there your care and thoughtfulness is highly appreciated!D. Going to the vet isn't something any of us typically looks forward to. Especially not our fur babies. EVERYONE here makes the trip much easier on all of us!Their attention to detail and bedside manners are superlative. Tech Victoria made my heart melt with her love of animals and her job. Lupe and Jessica were great to interact with at the front desk, they were also very concerned about our pets. I've been taking my dogs to All Care Pet Clinic for about 3 yrs. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always call to check on my dogs after an urgent visit or surgery. It's comforting to know that they care that much and take the time to make sure everything's ok. Dr. Sanders is wonderful! She's caring and compassionate. She makes her recommendations, we discuss options and come up with a plan. I trust her very much! I would recommend her to anyone who needs a great Vet. My dog was in a fight about a month ago and needed staples. I had to go to another clinic because Dr. Sanders had 3 other surgeries plus another emergency to do. I called to get some information on prices for x-rays on my dog that ate something the person on the phone was rude and not very good about translating information from the doctor. I explained the situation to her she said she would call me back because she needed to speak to the doctor. She called me back and immediately told me i needed to bring him in for surgery i asked her how she knew my dog needed surgery without looking at him or taking x-rays she said thats what the doctor had said to her then i asked her on pricing for x-rays she had said $500 which is crazy to me i have never paid that much just for x-rays. At this point i will drive an hour to my vet i have gone to for many years they know what there doing there this place has people working for them that have no idea what there talking about and through the whole conversation she kept saying i don't know i'm fairly new here. Moved into the AV and decided to come here because it was close to the house and convenient.. My dog was misdiagnosed by someone who doesn't know how to read X-rays or blood work .. She was dying so we took her to see another vet were she was diagnosed correctly within 40 min and started receiving treatment and still lives to this day.. After paying a thousand dollars here I was definitely ripped off , over charged for there non service and if I hadn't had my dog checked by a reputable vet she wouldn't have survived a week... I wish there was an option to give this place no stars at all. The woman at the front desk was totally RUDE and had a problem with attitude, lack of communication, and eye-rolling. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and they made a big deal about it, made me wait over an hour to be seen, and didn't help me AT ALL. I regret taking my pet here.I mean, 5 minutes late and they made a huge deal in front of everyone? It's ridiculous and unprofessional. Not only did they give me a hard time, the woman after me was almost 10 minutes late, and she was seen BEFORE me. Then I came here with my cousin who also just moved here from the SF Valley and we brought in a stray doggy she had found Pet Clinic scanned the stray dogs micro chip and were so kind to call the owner. I wanted to like this place, especially since its down the street from my house and next door to my groomer. Unfortunately, the service we've gotten the past few times were unacceptable.Recently, we took our chihuahua for a minor eye infection. Except within four days of administering ointment we paid 40 dollars for, her eyes were worse. We called, and to our surprise, they tried to blame the fact that she had a snagletooth as a potential reason her eyes were gooey with green boogers. Which didn't occur until we started her ointment, or took her there. They scheduled another 40 dollar appointment for the next day to see her. We ended up canceling that appointment, and paid an extra 10 to visit the AV veterinary center that night. Dr. Sandhu immediately saw the problem and told us if we had kept using the ointment her vision would have been lost. He even sent a photo of my dog to Dr. Smith who owns this establishment, because he was so upset at her care.Needless to say, they won't be seeing my pets any longer. Read Less
