I cannot begin to say enough good things about all of these amazing women. For those that don't like a lot of detail, start here: the staff is EXCEPTIONAL! The women working here have a true love and compassion for animals. Dr. Stone is amazing. Don't think twice about bringing any of your pets here for care. They are reasonable and extremely caring. For those who care more about why I love Palm Plaza Pet Hospital and Dr. Stone and every single member of their staff, read on... My parents have been bringing all of their animals here for the past 20-something years... all of our pets have been very well taken care of. I recently had to move in with my mother for reasons I won't go into... this meant I had to bring my dog also (she's my child, literally my baaaaaby) and my mom already has her dog (both female) ... my boyfriend and I were living together with my baby and his 2 dogs (we call them the twins... 2 girls from same litter) to keep it semi-brief - we've been going thru quite a few heartbreaking obstacles... the twins have recently been more aggressive and got my older dog and my mom's dog. We took them to Palm Plaza and the crew did such an amazing job. Dr. Stone and the fantastic technician did surgery and saved my dogs life. They were quick, courteous, and extremely accommodating in our times of trouble. The entire staff is very friendly and they're knowledgeable. They have given me great instructions and more to help with our recent issue to help ensure it doesn't happen in the future. They just go above and beyond. I receive follow up calls from them just checking in... they are truly an amazing facility full of fabulous people.- Clean facility- Staff is quick, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable/helpful- Very reasonable prices- THEY CARE... they all have pets of their own and really take pride in providing an excellent level of service to your pet.

I'm so glad we chose Palm Plaza Pet Hospital to care for our pets. We recently had to have a most beloved pet put down and the doctor and staff were so incredibly kind, gentle and compassionate both to our pet and to us. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us options to choose from, supporting us in whichever we chose. The Vet gave us her personal opinion of how she would handle the situation if it was her pet, helping us feel at ease with our decision. They handled all the cremation arrangements and made a very difficult time in our lives less painful. I'm so thankful for the doctors and staff of this veterinary hospital. They price fairly and their service is top notch. You can tell they truly care about the work they are doing. I highly recommend trusting Palm Plaza Pet Hospital with your pets needs.

The staff is fantastic, from to receptionist to the vets, who treat you well and do their best to take care of you. In our case, they ran a few tests and referred us to a specialist. Even their referral was top notch.
When I explained that my brother was a vet in another state, they offered to send test results home with me so I could get his opinion as well.
I've gone to a few other vets around the valley in the 30 years I've lived here, but since coming to Palm Plaza, I'm staying with Palm Plaza.

I took my cat Lina to Palm Plaza Vet after my other Vet didn€t know how to help her, as soon Dr. Stone saw her she knew what to do and put her on a treatment that brought my strong Lina back, saving her life, I am very grateful to Dr. Stone and her wonderful staff who are always very friendly and professional. I had my first experience with them yesterday and it was A1 service all away around. I called the office on a Friday evening and they got me in the next day at 1:30pm. I called that Saturday morning when they opened hoping to get my Cody in earlier since my fur baby had a rough night, the lady was so kind to squeeze him in earlier. The whole staff and doctor were amazing! I found so much comfort while there and I was very relieved with their affordable prices. I was quoted over $600 at our normal vet and here we walked out paying a little over $100. Thank you Again for such exceptional service, I would most definitely recommend you and I will for sure be coming back!

Unfortunately I feel the need to leave a negative review. I recently moved to the AV and needed have my dog's eye checked out. I tried these guys out because they were closer to my home than other vets. My dogs also needed there shots. My first impressions, upon walking in, was this place needs a facelift. The waiting area seats are shredded and faded. The place was also a bit warm, no a/c?The vet was pleasant and there wasn't a long wait to see her. I told the vet I was worried about my dogs eye. She developed what looked like a scab on the surface of the eye. The vet looked at it, and when I say looked at it I mean just looked at it. No tools were involved. She said it was most likely a scab from a scratch and that it would heal itself in time.Both my dogs got their shots and we were on our way. The bill was a bit higher than expected since it was essentially just a visit and shots. But that really didn't bother me and I wouldn't knock any stars off for that.So my dogs eye problem persisted for a couple more months. I decided to try a different vet a bit further away. This vets office waiting room was clean and modern. No ripped seat cushions or dirty floors. The wait was short and I told the vet what my dogs issues were. Soon enough actually tools came out and we even moved to a darker room so that he could see my dogs eyes better.The doctor felt it was keratitis and that he could try to treat it with eye drops. But also suggested I go to an dog eye specialist if it could be afforded. The vet printed up some info on keratitis and gave me the drops. I went to pay and the bill was less than palm vet. And that was with tests done...eye pressure, tear test, etc.Within a week my dogs eye started to clear up and by months end it was totally gone from the surface of the eye. So I felt I didn't need to go to the specialist.Essentially I'm saying the vet is not very thorough and could have lead to blindness.

We took our Akita Haley in to Palm Plaza because she wasn't able to walk with her back legs, we thought she might need surgery. Dr Davie was so awesome with her she did some x-rays and blood and urine tests and all she needed was some medication. she is recovering very nicely. Haley is walking on her own the very next day after seeing the Dr. They are the most caring and friendly animal hospital I have ever been to. I will NEVER take any of our pets anywhere else

i been coming here ever seen i found out about this place from my best friend and i have to say that this is a great and comfortable place to take my pets. my animals love coming here and they dont seem to have a problem with the staff at all. they love them and the staff love our pets. everytime we visit them the visits go so will and by so fast. i dont mind coming here at all the place is nice will takin care of and really clean. the staff are nice and professional and they will answer all your questions and concerns. they take the time to make sure you understand all the instructions correctly.

so i was looking for a vet. hospital to take my lovey pet i came across this hospital that looked every nice and got my attention... i walk in the staff were really nice and professional. i was seen right away with no an appointment. the doctor was really nice and she answered all my questions and told me things about my pet that i had no idea about. now in days is really hard to find a pet hospital that are clean, nice, professional, and are willing to help you in ever way that they can and know what there doing. my pet was reacting like if she new them and for my pet to look that safe and comfortable is a BIG puls :} i can say that this hospital is a great hospital and i will be coming here from now on... i highly recommend this hospital to everyone!!!!!

I have taken all of my dogs here since the early 90's, & have always gotten kind, compassionate professional care here. The offices are clean, employees ALWAYS helpful & prices are VERY reasonable! I have taken my Service Dog to Dr R ever since he was 11 weeks old, & he's still going strong even now @ almost 11 years of age! His son has even made it through parvo with Palm Plaza's caring concern! I highly reccomend this facility to everyone that wants their pets to get better & thrive!

I had also volunteered and work here be for and still up to this day this place is still my favorite place to bring all my pets. Is will taking care of and very organize all their staff our really friendly and very helpful. They will help you in every way that they can and they will help everyone and anyone. Every single staff that works there knows how to do a great job. I can guarantee you that you will be extremely impressed with the care and services in palm plaza and their wonderful staff. For anyone that is looking for a great and one of the best pet hospitals to take their pets I highly recommend this place. Before I found Palm Plaza Pet Hospital, I tried many different hospitals in the Antelope Valley and was not very happy. Then I came across Palm Plaza and am overjoyed at the quality of care and service I get there. I am now a permanent client and would not take my pets anywhere else. The staff is very helpful & Dr Rosenaur Knows her stuff! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hospital for your pets!

I have been using this pet hospital for a few years and until recently I have been happy. Over the past few months I have problems with multiple vets and both of my dogs. I took one pet in for her shots, the tech asked me if I wanted the bordetella. I told her I want her to have all the shots. So she asked me again and I repeated my answer. So we ended having a small argument in which I told her my dog spends a lot of time with other dogs so yes I want it. A month later my dog got kennel cough and I found out she never received the bordetella. My other pet was tested for hypothyroidism. I went in for another reason and asked about the test since I had not heard from Palm Plaza. A vet spoke to me, but never really explained anything. Told me just to give her meds and bring her back in month. So I was left a little confused. I went to High Desert today for another reason. They looked at the results from the test Palm Plaza had done and saw she has had an infection for the past three months. So either the vet has no idea or they did not even take the time to look at the results. Either way I think they should have caught that. I am very angry and I will never go back.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about all of these amazing women. For those that don't like a lot of detail, start here: the staff is EXCEPTIONAL! The women working here have a true love and compassion for animals. Dr. Stone is amazing. Don't think twice about bringing any of your pets here for care. They are reasonable and extremely caring. For those who care more about why I love Palm Plaza Pet Hospital and Dr. Stone and every single member of their staff, read on... My parents have been bringing all of their animals here for the past 20-something years... all of our pets have been very well taken care of. I recently had to move in with my mother for reasons I won't go into... this meant I had to bring my dog also (she's my child, literally my baaaaaby) and my mom already has her dog (both female) ... my boyfriend and I were living together with my baby and his 2 dogs (we call them the twins... 2 girls from same litter) to keep it semi-brief - we've been going thru quite a few heartbreaking obstacles... the twins have recently been more aggressive and got my older dog and my mom's dog. We took them to Palm Plaza and the crew did such an amazing job. Dr. Stone and the fantastic technician did surgery and saved my dogs life. They were quick, courteous, and extremely accommodating in our times of trouble. The entire staff is very friendly and they're knowledgeable. They have given me great instructions and more to help with our recent issue to help ensure it doesn't happen in the future. They just go above and beyond. I receive follow up calls from them just checking in... they are truly an amazing facility full of fabulous people.- Clean facility- Staff is quick, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable/helpful- Very reasonable prices- THEY CARE... they all have pets of their own and really take pride in providing an excellent level of service to your pet.

I'm so glad we chose Palm Plaza Pet Hospital to care for our pets. We recently had to have a most beloved pet put down and the doctor and staff were so incredibly kind, gentle and compassionate both to our pet and to us. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us options to choose from, supporting us in whichever we chose. The Vet gave us her personal opinion of how she would handle the situation if it was her pet, helping us feel at ease with our decision. They handled all the cremation arrangements and made a very difficult time in our lives less painful. I'm so thankful for the doctors and staff of this veterinary hospital. They price fairly and their service is top notch. You can tell they truly care about the work they are doing. I highly recommend trusting Palm Plaza Pet Hospital with your pets needs.

The staff is fantastic, from to receptionist to the vets, who treat you well and do their best to take care of you. In our case, they ran a few tests and referred us to a specialist. Even their referral was top notch.
When I explained that my brother was a vet in another state, they offered to send test results home with me so I could get his opinion as well.
I've gone to a few other vets around the valley in the 30 years I've lived here, but since coming to Palm Plaza, I'm staying with Palm Plaza.

I took my cat Lina to Palm Plaza Vet after my other Vet didn€t know how to help her, as soon Dr. Stone saw her she knew what to do and put her on a treatment that brought my strong Lina back, saving her life, I am very grateful to Dr. Stone and her wonderful staff who are always very friendly and professional. I had my first experience with them yesterday and it was A1 service all away around. I called the office on a Friday evening and they got me in the next day at 1:30pm. I called that Saturday morning when they opened hoping to get my Cody in earlier since my fur baby had a rough night, the lady was so kind to squeeze him in earlier. The whole staff and doctor were amazing! I found so much comfort while there and I was very relieved with their affordable prices. I was quoted over $600 at our normal vet and here we walked out paying a little over $100. Thank you Again for such exceptional service, I would most definitely recommend you and I will for sure be coming back!

Unfortunately I feel the need to leave a negative review. I recently moved to the AV and needed have my dog's eye checked out. I tried these guys out because they were closer to my home than other vets. My dogs also needed there shots. My first impressions, upon walking in, was this place needs a facelift. The waiting area seats are shredded and faded. The place was also a bit warm, no a/c?The vet was pleasant and there wasn't a long wait to see her. I told the vet I was worried about my dogs eye. She developed what looked like a scab on the surface of the eye. The vet looked at it, and when I say looked at it I mean just looked at it. No tools were involved. She said it was most likely a scab from a scratch and that it would heal itself in time.Both my dogs got their shots and we were on our way. The bill was a bit higher than expected since it was essentially just a visit and shots. But that really didn't bother me and I wouldn't knock any stars off for that.So my dogs eye problem persisted for a couple more months. I decided to try a different vet a bit further away. This vets office waiting room was clean and modern. No ripped seat cushions or dirty floors. The wait was short and I told the vet what my dogs issues were. Soon enough actually tools came out and we even moved to a darker room so that he could see my dogs eyes better.The doctor felt it was keratitis and that he could try to treat it with eye drops. But also suggested I go to an dog eye specialist if it could be afforded. The vet printed up some info on keratitis and gave me the drops. I went to pay and the bill was less than palm vet. And that was with tests done...eye pressure, tear test, etc.Within a week my dogs eye started to clear up and by months end it was totally gone from the surface of the eye. So I felt I didn't need to go to the specialist.Essentially I'm saying the vet is not very thorough and could have lead to blindness.

We took our Akita Haley in to Palm Plaza because she wasn't able to walk with her back legs, we thought she might need surgery. Dr Davie was so awesome with her she did some x-rays and blood and urine tests and all she needed was some medication. she is recovering very nicely. Haley is walking on her own the very next day after seeing the Dr. They are the most caring and friendly animal hospital I have ever been to. I will NEVER take any of our pets anywhere else

i think its lovely and cute how my pet reacted when i took her to plam plaza pet hospitl for the first time ever she was all happy and excited. she was getting alot of attention from all the staff. they were friendly and made my pet have one of the best visits in her life. she was not scared at all she has never reacted like that befor. so i knew that she like this hospital to me is a great thing for animals to like to come to the vet. and this is something you dont see all the time!!! thank you so much for giving my tinkerbell a wonderful visit of her life

i been coming here ever seen i found out about this place from my best friend and i have to say that this is a great and comfortable place to take my pets. my animals love coming here and they dont seem to have a problem with the staff at all. they love them and the staff love our pets. everytime we visit them the visits go so will and by so fast. i dont mind coming here at all the place is nice will takin care of and really clean. the staff are nice and professional and they will answer all your questions and concerns. they take the time to make sure you understand all the instructions correctly.

so i was looking for a vet. hospital to take my lovey pet i came across this hospital that looked every nice and got my attention... i walk in the staff were really nice and professional. i was seen right away with no an appointment. the doctor was really nice and she answered all my questions and told me things about my pet that i had no idea about. now in days is really hard to find a pet hospital that are clean, nice, professional, and are willing to help you in ever way that they can and know what there doing. my pet was reacting like if she new them and for my pet to look that safe and comfortable is a BIG puls :} i can say that this hospital is a great hospital and i will be coming here from now on... i highly recommend this hospital to everyone!!!!!

I have taken all of my dogs here since the early 90's, & have always gotten kind, compassionate professional care here. The offices are clean, employees ALWAYS helpful & prices are VERY reasonable! I have taken my Service Dog to Dr R ever since he was 11 weeks old, & he's still going strong even now @ almost 11 years of age! His son has even made it through parvo with Palm Plaza's caring concern! I highly reccomend this facility to everyone that wants their pets to get better & thrive!

Is will taking care of and very organize all their staff our really friendly and very helpful. They will help you in every way that they can and they will help everyone and anyone. Every single staff that works there knows how to do a great job. I can guarantee you that you will be extremely impressed with the care and services in palm plaza and their wonderful staff. Then I came across Palm Plaza and am overjoyed at the quality of care and service I get there. I am now a permanent client and would not take my pets anywhere else. The staff is very helpful & Dr Rosenaur Knows her stuff! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hospital for your pets!

I have been using this pet hospital for a few years and until recently I have been happy. Over the past few months I have problems with multiple vets and both of my dogs. I took one pet in for her shots, the tech asked me if I wanted the bordetella. I told her I want her to have all the shots. So she asked me again and I repeated my answer. So we ended having a small argument in which I told her my dog spends a lot of time with other dogs so yes I want it. A month later my dog got kennel cough and I found out she never received the bordetella. My other pet was tested for hypothyroidism. I went in for another reason and asked about the test since I had not heard from Palm Plaza. A vet spoke to me, but never really explained anything. Told me just to give her meds and bring her back in month. So I was left a little confused. I went to High Desert today for another reason. They looked at the results from the test Palm Plaza had done and saw she has had an infection for the past three months. So either the vet has no idea or they did not even take the time to look at the results. Either way I think they should have caught that. I am very angry and I will never go back.
