Brought my pet here on a Saturday afternoon, he wasn't doing well at all. The staff was nice despite what an emotional mess I was. After a 600 dollar bill for blood work, the visit and antibiotics they sent us home with no answer to what the issue was. Two days later he was not improving and he was getting worse. I called and called no answer. Finally someone picked up and said they would call me back. Several hours later no call. I called again and I got their answering service. They said they were out to lunch. I said ok. I called back an hour later per the answering service. No answer. At this point my pet is on my lap and twitching and can barely open his eyes. I called again and the answering service picked up saying they leave early. I took my pet to another place where they immediately tracked down someone from the place I originally took him to to get his blood work results. They admitted him same day and hooked him up to IV's and they determined early kidney disease; thank God I took him somewhere else as he is stable now and w/ proper care will live a full life.
Although the staff was nice, nice doesn't cut it. Follow up would of been better.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Dr Sueman is a lairer, thief and cruel to my pet! He did a biopsy and my cat was returned to me with blood all over her. He said the biopsy was negative and charged me over $150.00 for an office visit and a shot. The next week when I came in,
he said the same biopsy was positive and the cat has to be put down. So he let my baby suffer an entire extra week due to his greed. In 3 visits he got $1000.00 out of me. I am warning everyone I know not to ever use this vet.

Wonderful, knowledgeable and caring Doctor Suman removed my Dog's Kidney Stones. He was extremely busy but he and the staff were friendly and first come first helped is there policy. They were fair, patient, kind and loving especially the Doctor Suman has many years of experience treating animals, surgically too. Doctor Suman knows from the symptoms you describe what is wrong with your pet, he does a thorough exam and also takes X-rays only if necessary. I trust him implicityly with my dog Hero's life.

First time coming here i had blood work done for my senior dog. First impression was a little sketched out maybe because of the area or maybe because i just never heard of this hospital. Either way we went inside and were greeted by the receptionist, my opinion changed immediately. They were kind, welcoming and we're friendly to my dog. This put me at Ease. Once I got called inside, my dog met dr suman. I want to point out I have never in my life (I have met several vets) met a doctor so caring, and HONEST like dr. Suman. Trust me once you meet him you will be like "omg he's a saint to animals" my senior dog has had a lot of problems and that being said, lots of vets and bills. We have gone to well known specialists and still didn't receive the care and love dr. Suman showed us that first visit and several more after.Thanks to his staff as well they all are great, each one loves animals just as he does. His prices are reasonable let me add. Definitely try's to help you on over the counter solutions if he can.

After 25 plus years of taking my dogs to Panorama Pet Hospital I have to say my experiences have all been good. We have been through new beginning and final days over this time. Dr Suman and all his staff have been helpful friendly and supportive in every way. I like that they care about my dogs as much as I do, I love that they treat me well even when I am in "Furmom" total panic. Dr. Suman and the staff explain what is happening and why. I also like that they are not afraid to turn you over to a specialist when they feel this is the best course for your pet. Been here before for shots and no problem but came here for a problem with one of my dogs months ago and the doctor wasn't there so they had a colleague there. He was nice but was very bad at informing me. I payed so much money and I left not knowing why my dog was sick. When he showed me the xray he was explaining very bad I just remember him saying "we cannot see what it was but you see here something is bothering him there" He gave me other options that were pricey but he also gave me an alternative to keep him hydrated that would be more "affordable". NO. the days i spent paying for this affordable alternative added up to the cost of going to a different vet and getting a diagnosis something i didn't get here just guesses. He made me buy canned foods, pills and sugar to help my dog rehydrate and that was all pointless because when I went to another vet they told me my dog cannot even digest anything that I payed pointless stuff. I got really angry at how many days and money I spent there while my pup was suffering. I guess the emotion I endured on something that could have been resolved differently made me want to review this. Wish my experience for my dog was different. I do not recommend anyone going in here if your pet is sick, have other options because if you don't money may be lost that could have been saved

Office visits are only 45 dollars. The veterinarian is very good and explains everything to you on what's going on with pet.

Looks can be deceiving... When I pulled up here I almost left. But I forced myself not to judge a book by its cover. Dr. Sumon was so kind and caring with my animals he asked questions and gave me good info. He actually CARES. Hard to find that these days. I only came in for vaccines and he gave them full check overs and asked about their overall wellbeing. He's smart and knows his stuff. Thankful to have found him. The price wasn't too bad. 174 all together for my dog and cat to both get the vaccines they needed. I'm glad I didn't leave and got my babies all taken care of before having to travel soon.

Best pet doctor in the valley . Affordable and no nonsense Doctor . Will work to figure out what is wrong with your pet unlike studio city vets who just keep taking your money while giving you the same diagnosis over and over . Both my daughter and my friend took their pets to dr S. To help them with long term ailments, mainly skin problems . They both are happy I referred them to panorama pet Hospitol all the pets are doing well thanks to Dr Suman . His staff is great and the guys that assist him in the back are so helpful and care so much for the animals . I will never go anywhere else again. Truly the best pet care !

My little female cat, Tinker Bell,had tapeworm, and some kind of problem that would cause her to have attacks 3 to 4 times daily where she would suddenly have what seemed to be trouble getting air, as if their was an obstruction in her breathing system. She meowed that strange noice only us cat owners would know in her cat carrier all the way to the pet hospital, but as soon as we arrived, and during her entire examination, she seemed down right comfortable. It turned out she was given oral meds for the tapeworm, and an injection for....ALLERGIES! No more incense, Fabreze- like sprays, etc. .. It's been 2 months, and she hasn't had one attack. The total amount due was very reasonable, and the Doc wanted a follow up call in 3 days! Wow....the reviews I read were all legit..Panoramic Pet Hospital was amazing!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Sumon. I had originally came for services for my 13 yr old dog who had a dental infection. There was also something going on where he would limp but we couldn't figure out why. He got the surgery (which was a great value compared to other estimates I got). Afterwards we noticed my dog was still not 100 %. He stopped eating and was losing weight. I couldn't stand to see him in pain and almost resorted to placing him down. Dr. Sumon did additional exams and determined he had a brain tumor. He was under medication for a year which helped him so much. This happened about 2 years ago and my dog is doing well :) He also helped my cat who got an eye infection. The cat is healed and is well :) Overall , I would recommend this vet. He truly cares about animals and customers.

I have tried several clinics in the surrounding area and understand walking out feeling taken advantage of...that has NOT been my experience here. My first visit I waited with a woman who drives from another state because the staff and Dr are so amazing and she had a dog with a long term care situation. I experienced nothing less. They have a discount immunization day and my dogs have felt completely at ease here. The pricing has been more than reasonable so I am thinking the people who said it was overpriced maybe haven't been anywhere else...

Dr. Suman and his staff are always so nice and allow me to take the best care for my dogs by not charging a fortune for their needs. I have 5 dogs that all see Dr. Suman. One needed ACL repair. One vet estimated the cost to be 3500-4500$. DR. Suman charged us 1500.00 and i could still afford therapy for my dog after the surgery. He also helped me do the right thing for my 12 year old who was suffering from brain tumors. Dr. Suman cried with me when I had to put her to rest. Ive never met a more amazing vet, who actually cares about our pets. He and his staff are genuine animal lovers and I am so very thankful to have found them.

Dingy, money hungry place. I came in with a serious emergency and all the receptionist could say is they dont treat tortoises there. She then proceeded to answer the phone and ignored me while I held my tortoise who was bleeding very seriously.
Luckily, a helpful lady had her iPhone and gave me directions to a better place. We barely made it and doctors were surprised my tortoise survived. I had my dogs vaccinated there and I will never give them my business again.

We had to take my kitty to the vet on Friday. I found this place on yelp and went based on the reviews. It's a small office, clean, with that typical veterinary hospital smell. The staff was friendly and the doctor was very friendly and informative as well. The visit cost $43.00. The damage was about $145.00 out the door. A little more than I had expected to pay but my kitty got a shot and two medications to go home with. Hopefully I wont have to go back but will if ever needed.

I dont see how other ratings or comments describe the staff being "Caring" I've been to this Vet office FOUR different times & each time I've been there the front staff seem so CARELESS, Not once that I've been there, have I heard a Hello, Good morning, How's your pet doing today, or even a Thank You after taking my money! Talk about a unprofessional- unfriendly careless staff. Not sure if they're bored of just hate their job! The Doctor always seems rushed- almost as if he times himself with each visit- regardless of the situation. His male assistant in the back seems to be more involved, helpful & has expressed way more concern over my pets health than the Dr himself! I've given this place way too many trys & dont plan on going back!

Seriously, SERIOUSLY, Dr. Suman is THE BEST vet EVER. My little guy has some allergy issues and as a result has frequent ear infections. I found Dr. S because when we moved to Van Nuys this was the closest place with good yelp reviews, so I gave it a shot when my dog started going for that ear again. I just got home from another visit, after a failed attempt at going to the dog dermatologist, and Dr. Suman was SO NICE. I felt a little guilty about "cheating" on him because he remembered my dog and the treatment he had previously prescribed. He is funny and personable and I believe that he really cares and wants to do a good job. They took me without an appointment and when I was super early for the time they told me to come in they took me immediately. Dr.Suman has a long-term plan for my dog's treatment and confidently speaks about the next steps. He is also understanding when it comes to financial hardships and listens when you decline a treatment because of money--he even offered me alternatives when I said I couldn't afford something. As long as I live in Los Angeles I won't go to another vet.

I highly recommend Dr. Suman and his hospital Panorama Pet Hospital. I have been going there for more than 8 years. During the time I had to relocate so I had taken to my two cats(now they are deceased) to other vets in my neighborhood, however, after losing one of my cats, I decided to take another cat to Dr. Suman again and I thought it was a great decision making. My cat was recently euthanized after one year of treatment for kidney failure. When he was diagnosed as this condition, he worked with me to choose what would be the best treatment for my cat with my budget(since I had limited budget), and sure enough my cat lived, spent time with me for a year! It was really sad although I knew the time would come, the staff at the clinic as well as the doctor was really supportive and even treated me(and my friend who was there with me) with deep sympathy and compassion, and let me have as much time as I needed to heal the grief on the spot(I found out there were few people waiting to see at the waiting room, but he let us to grief at one of the exam room!) After few days, a card was sent to me...it was a condolence for my cat. How thoughtful is that! When I lost my cat at another vet, they did not even do anything like that. Not only their caringness, but also his knowledge in this field seemed really good as well. He explains many things regarding to your pet's condition, he gives you suggestions or recommendations for that too. On the top of that, he has a really good sense of humor. Also staff members were nice and professional(I have heard about the person who answers phone out-of-business hour was not so good though) as well. Now I am still in grief for my cats but if I am ready I will absolutely take my cat(s) to their clinic again!!

Brought my pet here on a Saturday afternoon, he wasn't doing well at all. The staff was nice despite what an emotional mess I was. After a 600 dollar bill for blood work, the visit and antibiotics they sent us home with no answer to what the issue was. Two days later he was not improving and he was getting worse. I called and called no answer. Finally someone picked up and said they would call me back. Several hours later no call. I called again and I got their answering service. They said they were out to lunch. I said ok. I called back an hour later per the answering service. No answer. At this point my pet is on my lap and twitching and can barely open his eyes. I called again and the answering service picked up saying they leave early. I took my pet to another place where they immediately tracked down someone from the place I originally took him to to get his blood work results. They admitted him same day and hooked him up to IV's and they determined early kidney disease; thank God I took him somewhere else as he is stable now and w/ proper care will live a full life.
Although the staff was nice, nice doesn't cut it. Follow up would of been better.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Dr Sueman is a lairer, thief and cruel to my pet! He did a biopsy and my cat was returned to me with blood all over her. He said the biopsy was negative and charged me over $150.00 for an office visit and a shot. The next week when I came in,
he said the same biopsy was positive and the cat has to be put down. So he let my baby suffer an entire extra week due to his greed. In 3 visits he got $1000.00 out of me. I am warning everyone I know not to ever use this vet.

Wonderful, knowledgeable and caring Doctor Suman removed my Dog's Kidney Stones. He was extremely busy but he and the staff were friendly and first come first helped is there policy. They were fair, patient, kind and loving especially the Doctor Suman has many years of experience treating animals, surgically too. Doctor Suman knows from the symptoms you describe what is wrong with your pet, he does a thorough exam and also takes X-rays only if necessary. I trust him implicityly with my dog Hero's life.

First time coming here i had blood work done for my senior dog. First impression was a little sketched out maybe because of the area or maybe because i just never heard of this hospital. Either way we went inside and were greeted by the receptionist, my opinion changed immediately. They were kind, welcoming and we're friendly to my dog. This put me at Ease. Once I got called inside, my dog met dr suman. I want to point out I have never in my life (I have met several vets) met a doctor so caring, and HONEST like dr. Suman. Trust me once you meet him you will be like "omg he's a saint to animals" my senior dog has had a lot of problems and that being said, lots of vets and bills. We have gone to well known specialists and still didn't receive the care and love dr. Suman showed us that first visit and several more after.Thanks to his staff as well they all are great, each one loves animals just as he does. His prices are reasonable let me add. Definitely try's to help you on over the counter solutions if he can.

Dr Suman and all his staff have been helpful friendly and supportive in every way. I like that they care about my dogs as much as I do, I love that they treat me well even when I am in "Furmom" total panic. Dr. Suman and the staff explain what is happening and why. I also like that they are not afraid to turn you over to a specialist when they feel this is the best course for your pet. Been here before for shots and no problem but came here for a problem with one of my dogs months ago and the doctor wasn't there so they had a colleague there. He was nice but was very bad at informing me. I payed so much money and I left not knowing why my dog was sick. When he showed me the xray he was explaining very bad I just remember him saying "we cannot see what it was but you see here something is bothering him there" He gave me other options that were pricey but he also gave me an alternative to keep him hydrated that would be more "affordable". NO. the days i spent paying for this affordable alternative added up to the cost of going to a different vet and getting a diagnosis something i didn't get here just guesses. He made me buy canned foods, pills and sugar to help my dog rehydrate and that was all pointless because when I went to another vet they told me my dog cannot even digest anything that I payed pointless stuff. I got really angry at how many days and money I spent there while my pup was suffering. I guess the emotion I endured on something that could have been resolved differently made me want to review this. Wish my experience for my dog was different. I do not recommend anyone going in here if your pet is sick, have other options because if you don't money may be lost that could have been saved

Dr. Sumon was so kind and caring with my animals he asked questions and gave me good info. He actually CARES. Hard to find that these days. I only came in for vaccines and he gave them full check overs and asked about their overall wellbeing. He's smart and knows his stuff. Thankful to have found him. The price wasn't too bad. 174 all together for my dog and cat to both get the vaccines they needed. I'm glad I didn't leave and got my babies all taken care of before having to travel soon.

Both my daughter and my friend took their pets to dr S. To help them with long term ailments, mainly skin problems . They both are happy I referred them to panorama pet Hospitol all the pets are doing well thanks to Dr Suman . My little female cat, Tinker Bell,had tapeworm, and some kind of problem that would cause her to have attacks 3 to 4 times daily where she would suddenly have what seemed to be trouble getting air, as if their was an obstruction in her breathing system. She meowed that strange noice only us cat owners would know in her cat carrier all the way to the pet hospital, but as soon as we arrived, and during her entire examination, she seemed down right comfortable. It turned out she was given oral meds for the tapeworm, and an injection for....ALLERGIES! No more incense, Fabreze- like sprays, etc. .. It's been 2 months, and she hasn't had one attack. The total amount due was very reasonable, and the Doc wanted a follow up call in 3 days! Wow....the reviews I read were all legit..Panoramic Pet Hospital was amazing!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Sumon. I had originally came for services for my 13 yr old dog who had a dental infection. There was also something going on where he would limp but we couldn't figure out why. He got the surgery (which was a great value compared to other estimates I got). Afterwards we noticed my dog was still not 100 %. He stopped eating and was losing weight. I couldn't stand to see him in pain and almost resorted to placing him down. Dr. Sumon did additional exams and determined he had a brain tumor. He was under medication for a year which helped him so much. This happened about 2 years ago and my dog is doing well :) He also helped my cat who got an eye infection. The cat is healed and is well :) Overall , I would recommend this vet. He truly cares about animals and customers.

My first visit I waited with a woman who drives from another state because the staff and Dr are so amazing and she had a dog with a long term care situation. I experienced nothing less. They have a discount immunization day and my dogs have felt completely at ease here. The pricing has been more than reasonable so I am thinking the people who said it was overpriced maybe haven't been anywhere else...

Dr. Suman and his staff are always so nice and allow me to take the best care for my dogs by not charging a fortune for their needs. I have 5 dogs that all see Dr. Suman. One needed ACL repair. One vet estimated the cost to be 3500-4500$. DR. Suman charged us 1500.00 and i could still afford therapy for my dog after the surgery. He also helped me do the right thing for my 12 year old who was suffering from brain tumors. Dr. Suman cried with me when I had to put her to rest. Ive never met a more amazing vet, who actually cares about our pets. He and his staff are genuine animal lovers and I am so very thankful to have found them.

Dingy, money hungry place. I came in with a serious emergency and all the receptionist could say is they dont treat tortoises there. She then proceeded to answer the phone and ignored me while I held my tortoise who was bleeding very seriously.
Luckily, a helpful lady had her iPhone and gave me directions to a better place. We barely made it and doctors were surprised my tortoise survived. I had my dogs vaccinated there and I will never give them my business again.

We had to take my kitty to the vet on Friday. I found this place on yelp and went based on the reviews. It's a small office, clean, with that typical veterinary hospital smell. The staff was friendly and the doctor was very friendly and informative as well. The visit cost $43.00. The damage was about $145.00 out the door. A little more than I had expected to pay but my kitty got a shot and two medications to go home with. Hopefully I wont have to go back but will if ever needed.

I dont see how other ratings or comments describe the staff being "Caring" I've been to this Vet office FOUR different times & each time I've been there the front staff seem so CARELESS, Not once that I've been there, have I heard a Hello, Good morning, How's your pet doing today, or even a Thank You after taking my money! Talk about a unprofessional- unfriendly careless staff. Not sure if they're bored of just hate their job! The Doctor always seems rushed- almost as if he times himself with each visit- regardless of the situation. His male assistant in the back seems to be more involved, helpful & has expressed way more concern over my pets health than the Dr himself! I've given this place way too many trys & dont plan on going back!

The best Veterinarian ever! He is a genius! We have been taking my pets to Dr. Suman since I was 8 years old (25 years). I recommend Dr. Suman to everyone!

Seriously, SERIOUSLY, Dr. Suman is THE BEST vet EVER. My little guy has some allergy issues and as a result has frequent ear infections. I found Dr. S because when we moved to Van Nuys this was the closest place with good yelp reviews, so I gave it a shot when my dog started going for that ear again. I just got home from another visit, after a failed attempt at going to the dog dermatologist, and Dr. Suman was SO NICE. I felt a little guilty about "cheating" on him because he remembered my dog and the treatment he had previously prescribed. He is funny and personable and I believe that he really cares and wants to do a good job. They took me without an appointment and when I was super early for the time they told me to come in they took me immediately. Dr.Suman has a long-term plan for my dog's treatment and confidently speaks about the next steps. He is also understanding when it comes to financial hardships and listens when you decline a treatment because of money--he even offered me alternatives when I said I couldn't afford something. As long as I live in Los Angeles I won't go to another vet.

Great doctor. Really cares for each animal equally. He also helps u to clearly understand what is going on with your dog. Once he explains what is wrong n why it happened, he provides you with options...

Once he explains what is wrong n why it happened, he provides you with options rather than imposing an invoice on you with things you don't understand. Everything is for the best interest of your beloved pet. I would recommend this over and over!Will explain everything and charge very reasonably.He cleaned up a wound and neutered him as well. All with great care.

I highly recommend Dr. Suman and his hospital Panorama Pet Hospital. I have been going there for more than 8 years. During the time I had to relocate so I had taken to my two cats(now they are deceased) to other vets in my neighborhood, however, after losing one of my cats, I decided to take another cat to Dr. Suman again and I thought it was a great decision making. My cat was recently euthanized after one year of treatment for kidney failure. When he was diagnosed as this condition, he worked with me to choose what would be the best treatment for my cat with my budget(since I had limited budget), and sure enough my cat lived, spent time with me for a year! It was really sad although I knew the time would come, the staff at the clinic as well as the doctor was really supportive and even treated me(and my friend who was there with me) with deep sympathy and compassion, and let me have as much time as I needed to heal the grief on the spot(I found out there were few people waiting to see at the waiting room, but he let us to grief at one of the exam room!) After few days, a card was sent to me...it was a condolence for my cat. How thoughtful is that! When I lost my cat at another vet, they did not even do anything like that. Not only their caringness, but also his knowledge in this field seemed really good as well. He explains many things regarding to your pet's condition, he gives you suggestions or recommendations for that too. On the top of that, he has a really good sense of humor. Also staff members were nice and professional(I have heard about the person who answers phone out-of-business hour was not so good though) as well. Now I am still in grief for my cats but if I am ready I will absolutely take my cat(s) to their clinic again!!
