I have only taken my pup for shots here but the shot clinic they have on Saturdays is wonderful. The girls are very informative and most importantly you can get your pup their shots for a discounted price. One that wont hurt your wallet. Read Less

Good place. They don't procedure trap you like some vets. (IE keep diagnosing minor problems like Ear mites continuously) Friendly staff, good lead veterinarian. Uncomfortable waiting are (no padded seats) but waits aren't long enough usually for it to become unbearable. Read Less

The doctor was insensitive and we question his diagnosis. We had our dog examined by another doctor who contradicted the information and while looking over our dog noticed a couple of things that the doctor from Nuevo Road Animal Hospital did not. Their doctor basically called us liars, was insensitive to our concerns, and in general had a do not care attitude. We have been receiving care for our dog and he has ultimately passed away. Had we listened to the doctor at Nuevo Road Animal Hospital, he would have died on the surgery table then and we would not have had the opportunity to say our good byes and spending the last weeks of his life making him happy and comfortable.By far, this was the worst experience in a healthcare environment, human or animal, that we have experienced. After 14 years of bringing my pets there, I know they consistently provide the best service and care in the area. Our loving old dog Kadie had become unable to walk from old age. After months of tending her we thought it best to put her to sleep to stop her suffering. The staff and Doctors at Nuevo Animal Hospital were absolutely marvellous in the care for our beloved Kadie and for our feelings. We have had one of our other Dog Diego cared for by them and were impressed by the remarkable cleanliness of the facility and genuine care the staff has for our pets. Really you would never know you were in an animal hospital it is so clean. Not even a smell of pets, simply amazing. Pricing is far more affordable than the Doctor we had been using also. I took my 6lb Chihuahua here for the first time after I moved to California. She already had her first set of shots in another state. The staff was great at getting her records... it was last - minute... My dog had gone into her heat for the first time (9 mo) and was FREAKING out. They saw her asap and surgery was scheduled after a short 5 minute visit, which happened to be the very same week of her first heat. I'm so thankful. You can't even see a scar from her surgery area. i will never go here again. i took my dog on saturday because she was not eating and was very lethargic. the dr examined her did x-rays and blood work $500 dollars later and didnt find anything and she was foaming and bleeding in her mouth still and we took her to another vet in riverside and they found a lodged bone in the back of her mouth. if dr examined her correctly before taking all my money like the one in riverside examined her she wouldn't have suffered a week! i will never go back and i dont recommended them ever. Sadly my dog Mouse died. He lived a ling 16 years. The lady that assisted us made everything so much easier because she showed so much empathy and concern. this review is strictly for the Saturday One-Stop Vaccine Day.  My dog needed Bordatella & DHPP (adult dog version of Parvo shot).  They had a tent set-up outside.  I forgot which one is orally administered.  Anyways.....my dog got her shots in under 5 mins.  I really love this One-Stop Vaccine Day they have going.  I hope they continue doing this for years on end....thumbs up! We have been taking our blue nose bully here for boarding as well as veterinarian exams and procedures since our blue nose was a puppy. The staff is very friendly and have taken great care of our Kosmo, we are very happy that we found a great place to board our dog. I have been spending a lot of time here lately, more than ever and I have been coming here for years. I have a Australian Shepherd / Border Collie that is 11 and just had 2 fatty tumors removed along with his teeth cleaned. I have a new member of the family a Siberian Husky and a 6 year old Pembroke Corgi I received last year when my dad passed. The office has been great, the staff is friendly and the Dr. has been very informative as well. No where else would I go for my family members. Also the groomer is the bomb and my pets love her. I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic and their service. AVOID THIS PLACE, they will charge you  like they are in bell air crest, and on top will be rude , They charge alot and will be rude to you, that's nothing They refused to give me the doctors report over my dog, and won't give me the prescription because they wanted to sell me some pills for $120 a total of 30 pills, after a big arguments, I  show them the califonria code, that enforces  the doctors to privide with the prescription and dotor report, or else you can report them, finally I went to wallgreens and the pills costed me only $13 dollars all  total. I see why they didn't want to give me te prescription, they wanted to over charge me for medications. I finally took my dog to another place and they treated my dog  for the right symtons  please avoid this place unless just saying. Read Less

I've been bringing my dogs to this location for I would guess, around 10 years at least.  The staff has always been very friendly and service has always been quick. My most recent experience was this past Saturday 1/23. I was there for a total of 45 minutes, in which my dog was evaluated and received pain injections. The doctor has always seemed as if he really cares about my pets and is very thorough in examining them. The prices are a little high, but in my opinion most vets are. The vet gives the techs a course of treatment and they return with a quote. You have the opportunity to decline what you don't feel is necessary at the moment before signing to agree on payment. Horrible horrible!!! They are over priced !!! They charged me 1500 for two days of parvo treatment. They wouldn't give my dog until I paid the full amount. My poor dog was crying and depressed and because my card had issues they kept him over night and charged me. My poor dog was crying and shaking and they wouldn't give him to me.
