Second time taking my pet here for vaccinations and both times I had a great experience. They even came out to my car since it was easier for my Great Dane. There vaccines were the cheapest I found and would recommend them for it. Read Less

I've heard a lot of negative things from different people on line about this place and aimed towards the staff and I'm the type of guy who has to see for myself. I don't know if the negative people are just a bunch of idiots or have to complain about everything but my encounter was amazing. I liked the Vet and how he treated my kitty for his dental but the secretary was terribly rude. As I sat waiting for my cat I listened how she was talking to an elderly gentleman and she was terribly rude. Then when I went up to pay my $300 for my kitty's dental she wasn't friendly at all. Never a "thank you" or anything. I have never been to a Vets office with such a rude secretary and because of her I would NOT go back to this office. I told her I thought she was very rude also. The Vet Tech was also nice and I could tell liked animals. The secretary on the other hand looked disgusted at every animal that came through the door. It's a shame if the Vet is good but ppl do not return because of the secretary. I left the office hoping to not have to return just because of her and how she treated me and others. Read Less

I've been here before to get my dogs vaccinations. All went well. So I had confidence when I went to drop off my dog for teeth cleaning. They said to drop him off around 8 so we did and to pick him up around 3. I get a call to come pick up my dog around 2 only to find out they did no teeth cleaning at all. I still had to pay for the blood work. They don't even want to neuter my dog or have him groomed????Seriously?? Read Less

Don't know how this place has a 4.4 star rating. Worst place ever. I can forsure say this place just cares about the money and not your pet. Took my dog in because she had a scab on her head, the doctor just took a little look at it and told me it was absolutely "NOTHING". Didn't take a sample of it or anything. Two days later I had to take my dog to an emergency animal hospital because what she had got really worse and actually found out it was a hotspot and had already accumulated bacteria. I got my American Bullies ears cropped here. I gotta say I was kinda of iffy about getting his ears cropped in general, but found this place one of the few that actually crops and decided to roll the dice and do it here.  I was booked right away. Showed up they got me checked in, hours later picked up my pup. And I gotta say I am more than pleased with the crop very clean  neat cut and healed quick. My pup showed a bit of discomfort the first day after that he was like nothing. Stayed on the med as recommended and all turned out well. For other types of services not sure how there treatment is this is the only thing I've been here for. But if if your looking for a good ear crop. I highly recommend this place. Read Less

He really explains what is going on with your pets thoroughly, the staff is very caring & it is a clean & loving environment. Although Perris Valley Vet Clinic is not my normal vet I took my dog there today for an emergency surgery for an ear hematoma.  She is there now, and I will pick her up this evening.  My vet's office was closed today for clinic maintenance but I was able to reach him and asked for a referral.  He referred me here.  I must admit that after reading their Yelp reviews I was apprehensive, but I'm glad I took here there.The staff (I met 3 of them) couldn't have been friendlier and the Veterinarian was quite personable.  We discussed my dog's general health and condition. he did NOT smell like alcohol, and was not rude to me or rough with my dog.  On the contrary, he was professional and compassionate and I feel confident that her surgery will be successful and she will come home tonight in fine condition.  If that is not the case I will certainly follow up with an update.  It is an older clinic that could probably use a face lift, but no doubt the prices would have to increase to cover spiffing up the place.  Personally, I prefer reasonable prices and good service over a fancy smanchy clinic!Yelp is a great tool for those who use it honestly.  And for those seeking to discredit, whatever their agenda, it can unfortunately be used as a weapon.  Please use it responsibly. Dr. Hopek is the only vet I've ever been 100% satisfied with, for years now. You can tell they care about the animals here, they are no nonsense and very compassionate. Their groomer Diane is also great! Always does a fantastic job on my pomeranian mix. My dogs love everyone here and I love knowing they're in good hands! Dr. Charles Hopek and all his staff are Very Caring and professional. We recently lost our family dog due to lymphoma (non curable) and he was strait up what was best for our cherished and beloved pet Isabella. After our pet's passing, the whole staff personally signed a sympathy card. The arrangements for our beloved dog were done with total care and came out much better than we expected plus ahead of schedule. My wife and I would like to thank the entire staff. and give 5 Stars.
