Dr Prince was AMAZING with my horse who hates injections. She even took the time to reconnect with him afterwards. Truly as wonderful vet!

Find another vet.I had a negative experience with this clinic. During a pre-purchase exam for a horse, I was encouraged by the vet from this clinic to get X-rays in order to establish a baseline for documenting potentially progressive arthritis. The images did not come out ok; they were all underexposed. My local vet in the Bay Area advised me to call Dr. Horrell and make sure that he was aware of the X-ray quality (as he did not personally take them). After looking at them, Dr. Hornell claimed the images were of good quality, with the exception of 4 images which I wouldn't be charged for.No other vet seemed to agree on this, so I had to have the X-rays retaken by a reputable vet in my area. I was advised to file a complaint and sue (which I haven't bothered with). I am happy to share the "high quality" X-rays that I was charged $450 for, in case you want to see these images for yourself. Very disappointed. Read Less

Dr. Hornell came out yesterday to treat my mare for a serious puncture wound. It was a Sunday and most other vets including my regular horse vet are closed. I left a message on his phone and was so happy to hear back within 10 min. Dr. Hornell showed up less then 25 min. After speaking with him. He was very nice and friendly and explained everything going on and answered all my questions gladly. He gave me very thorough instructions on the care I would be giving after he left. I HIGHLY recommend him and have decided to switch my horses over to his care from my previous vet. Read Less
