Circle Oak Rehabilitation

Petaluma, California
General Info
Circle Oak Rehabilitation in Petaluma highlights the significance of posture and micro-movements. The lowered tail in relaxed moments or the backwards step to reset each component of the model. The session starts with spatial reading: how the pet distributes its weight, how often its eyes glance around, and whether its tail is stable or hesitating. The staff needs to take diagonal approaches and assume diagonal body positions when direct approaches cause tension. They also need to use pauses instead of vocal cues in instances where animals are overly attuned to them. The first set of tools, which the pet can see, stays in place to ensure that the pet becomes accustomed to the setting before being engaged. Circle Oak Rehabilitation offers a variety of services such as diagnostics, surgery consults, pain management and response care, and mobility rehabilitation. Every treatment changes during the application. When the pet changes its body posture or gaze direction (which is referred to as “flattening”), the trainer returns to an earlier level (“anchors”) by walking in a certain rhythm or making specific movements until the pet calms down. Aftercare plans for owners to perform at home use visual and tactile pacing (i.e., “extend hands side arcs”), add movement contrast (“help reentry by adding visual anchors”), etc. This way, the pet’s behavior doesn’t suddenly spike at home, and the routine care continues to feel steady. Circle Oak Rehabilitation implements a harmonious combination of advanced techniques to educate and interact with pet-lovers in Petaluma, California. The team offers a range of specialized services including: Clients consistently praise the practice for its dedication and attentiveness to their pets’ needs. I brought my Reining horse to CIrcle Oak yesterday. I felt my horse wasn't pushing from his hind end quite the way he typically does. After about a month and a half of walk, trot and Prevacox daily. He seemed no better. In fact , he started really stepping short with his right hind leg. I had my Vet out and he recommended an SI shot. I made an appointment with C.O. After examining my horse the Vet (Carrie) recommended Mesotherapy. She explained the procedure and I decided to go with her recommendation. In one days time my horse is feeling much much better. Moving better then ever! I highly recommend this facility! Melinda S was also very helpful and all staff were professional and personal. I am so grateful that we have this facility so close by. Thank you Circle Oak! Read Less

I took my 10 year old quarter horse gelding here after he'd come up lame. Thinking it might be a chiropractic issue, I brought Cash up to circle oak. Turns out it was coffin joint inflammation. A quick injection and he is back to normal! They even called me three weeks later to make sure he was still all right. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I would recommend them to anyone else! I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of all staff but wanted to thank everyone for going above and beyond in sending a sympathy card after the recent loss of my mare. I had brought her in for assessment of an injury which would not allow for a comfortable life after recovery forcing me to decide to euthanize her that day. Of course reading the card made me cry, but only having met the staff twice and having them do this, was amazing! Thank you! Read Less
