I just got back from taking my 16 year old Chihuahua, 1st of all the the vet walked and extremely rude, didn't say hi, introduce herself nothing, just what's going on.. I explain what was going on ...
I just got back from taking my 16 year old Chihuahua, 1st of all the the vet walked and extremely rude, didn't say hi, introduce herself nothing, just what's going on.. I explain what was going on 1st thing she asks is she spayed , I say no.She goes on to lecture me on that saying my dog most likely has cancer and I should spay her... she is extremely heartless, said it in front of my 10 and 11 year old kids , says my dogs has an abesss in her mouth didn't even look in her mouth seriously walked out , not saying anything has her assistant come in with a $4,000.00 estimate to spay my dog, give xrays, dental work, blood work ect.. I asked him she isn't even coming back to talk with me... ? He said oh well if we start with treatment she will come back in to discuss it all. Seriously very heartless I asked to just pay the $40.00 visit. I left with my mouth open in shock and crying .. having to explain cancer in dogs to my kids .. I'm shocked and sad I was treated so badly . This is my very 1st time doing a review.

My cat just passed away at other vet.The pet emergency hospital doctor say my cat have high pain ,high fever and infection ,do not feel well ,not eating after neuter surgery. My cat have neuter surgery at Well pet Vet Clinic on March 8 .March 11 midnight he start not eating and March 12 (Monday)I went to Well pet vet Clinic at 8:30am and wait until 10am,Well pet vet clinic are close.The Sign day they are open on Monday ,but I do not know why they are close.The lady next to me say her dog have appointment in March 12 Monday at 9am,they will opening soon but this not happened,they close all day on Monday.we have bring to pet emergency hospital,but everything are too late.We loss my angel.We are so sad .He passed away. It breaks our heartsWe love you my angel.If your cats and dogs need to Spay or Neuter ,Do not bring in here.I do not want other cats or dogs have same happened.The Well pet vet clinic are wrong place for spay and neuter,go to other safe Vet or hospital for spay and neuter.

They charge you for the microchip but no microchip goes in. A scan reveals no microchip. Rip off artists.

Went in for my cat to get him fixed and they not only cut his front claws past the quick they also cut his back claws without my authorization I am not satisfied with what they have done with my cat.

Horrific! And this is not about money. I would not trust them to take care of a fly! I've been around, had animals all my life. I have never known such an incompetent crew, especially the complete disregard, and rudeness of the reception staff. Please, please, think about your animals before considering this place. All animals deserve better!!

Thank you to all the staff who takes care of our dog Chico from neuter, normal check ups, now three surgeries. Youve always treated him great. I am always happily surprised when the cost is never close to the estimate. I recommend them for all animals but mostly pitbulls, they are wonderful to them!

I wouldn't have written this review but saw a comment from a lady who said they messed her dogs up when they were fixed. I've gone to Well Pet for several years - taking several pets and the 2 females who were fixed are still having problems since there surgery's. I also had another dog who had surgery for a blockage - had to take her to another clinic two days after the surgery to put her down - after spending $2500 for the surgery! There good for basic stuff - not so good for anything serious.

I have been going to Well Pet for as long as they have been in business, and even before, when Dr. Noe made house calls. Over 35 years. As far as I'm concerned, they give the best care, and have the best prices. I trust them with all my (pet) children, and would never take my ( pets) children any where else.

I at first really liked this vet office. I took my little puppy here and we saw Dr. Rose. Very sweet woman. She diagnosed her with an auto immune disease. She did a biopsy but then I was just informed it wasn't sent to the lab just done. And they try to charge you for every thing they possibly can. She I felt truly genuinely cared about my dog but then after trying to email her for months following up she finally responds saying she doesn't feel comfortable following Lilahs health condition since she doesn't work in that office as often anymore. Ok fine. Understandable. But it took months to get back? Also trying to get records is a pain. Takes a long time and have to keep calling. Also about the biopsy they performed and I paid for they had no notes on the results etc. They will try and rip you off! Be aware!

I HIGHLY Recommend these guys, I never feel like they are taking advantage of me ( I have a lot of pets) they are there for me when I need them and that's why This place is the best in town. I have taken all of my pets here, All of my friends and family also come to Well Pet. The staff there...AMAZING, the work and effort they put in for their community...AMAZING. I would never ever have to think twice about the safety of my pets while under their care. Dr. Noe is one of a kind, every single Dr. There rocks!!!

What I love most about this clinic is how they are not only concerned about how your animal feels, but how you feel as well. It never seems like you're being pushed aside here.

I kinda like this place I didn't like that I have to wait for over an hour and 45 minutes not only did they lose my paperwork but they had skipped me so the lady in the front said okay this is going to enter me in her computer she finally got my dog the shots well my dog got her vaccines she was on the phone the whole time I feel very hurried i felt like she didn't really care to give me customer service I had a question and I feel like I couldn't ask her anything cuz she was on the phone she didn't say here is the paper have a good day nothing the only thing that I like from this visit is that my dog got her shots

I wouldn't even give this place one star if i didn't have to. Dr. veil saw my dog today, she is rude and insensitive!! I will never be back. I do not recommend taking your dog to this vet ever!

I go here on Thursdays for a great deal on vaccines. I also take many of my rescue dogs in for spays and neuters. I have taken them to many Vets and I have very happy with Well Pets quality. She uses a new machine that helps the animal heal quicker after the surgery and it works. They also offer laser treatments of pain and inflammation. I was very skeptical at first but it really does seem to work.

I've had animals all my life and never have I placed my pets in more caring and qualified hands than those at Well-Pet. They are compassionate and skilled providers. They also serve the community by providing low cost spay/neuter and shot services. I go out of my way to have my pets seen by these wonderful people and would recommend them to everyone!

I have owned dogs my enitre life and when I moved out to California was concerned that I wouldn't find another vet like the one I had in Texas. This vet is BETTER!!! The people are friendly, caring and hardworking. The staff is there to get the job done and it done at affordable prices. They don't over charge and definitely don't do any un-necessary tests/procedures to your animals to up the bill. Dr. Noe is fabulous and very wise. The back staff, is incredible especially the two-toned and blond. From what I have seen, they are ALL there to help the animals. If you want to go somewhere where you are going to find a best friend, then this won't be the place for you. If you want a place to go where your animal will be taken care of to the fullest with reasonabe prices, this is the place for you. A vet clinic is supposed to be about the animals, right...not you!!!!

The only one with a nice attitude was the young female who was the vet's assistant (brought you to the room and did a basic routine check up before seeing the doctor). Everyone else (the front desk, the vet, the vet's other assitant in the room during the doctor visit) just didn't seem to care much, never smiled, talked amongst each other as if I weren't there, and were not very informative at all. A basic here's medicine and bye bye is pretty much all you get here. For some that may be enough. I personaly feel most of them don't enjoy what they do for a living as much as they should.

I just got back from taking my 16 year old Chihuahua, 1st of all the the vet walked and extremely rude, didn't say hi, introduce herself nothing, just what's going on.. Thank you to all the staff who takes care of our dog Chico from neuter, normal check ups, now three surgeries. Youve always treated him great. I am always happily surprised when the cost is never close to the estimate. I recommend them for all animals but mostly pitbulls, they are wonderful to them!

I've gone to Well Pet for several years - taking several pets and the 2 females who were fixed are still having problems since there surgery's. I also had another dog who had surgery for a blockage - had to take her to another clinic two days after the surgery to put her down - after spending $2500 for the surgery! I at first really liked this vet office. I took my little puppy here and we saw Dr. Rose. Very sweet woman. She diagnosed her with an auto immune disease. She did a biopsy but then I was just informed it wasn't sent to the lab just done. And they try to charge you for every thing they possibly can. She I felt truly genuinely cared about my dog but then after trying to email her for months following up she finally responds saying she doesn't feel comfortable following Lilahs health condition since she doesn't work in that office as often anymore. I have taken all of my pets here, All of my friends and family also come to Well Pet. The staff there...AMAZING, the work and effort they put in for their community...AMAZING. I kinda like this place I didn't like that I have to wait for over an hour and 45 minutes not only did they lose my paperwork but they had skipped me so the lady in the front said okay this is going to enter me in her computer she finally got my dog the shots well my dog got her vaccines she was on the phone the whole time I feel very hurried i felt like she didn't really care to give me customer service I had a question and I feel like I couldn't ask her anything cuz she was on the phone she didn't say here is the paper have a good day nothing the only thing that I like from this visit is that my dog got her shots

The only one with a nice attitude was the young female who was the vet's assistant (brought you to the room and did a basic routine check up before seeing the doctor). Everyone else (the front desk, the vet, the vet's other assitant in the room during the doctor visit) just didn't seem to care much, never smiled, talked amongst each other as if I weren't there, and were not very informative at all. A basic here's medicine and bye bye is pretty much all you get here. For some that may be enough. I personaly feel most of them don't enjoy what they do for a living as much as they should.
