Paid $170 because my female cat was sneezing and coughing. They gave her a shot instead of antibiotics A month later she is still coughing and sneezing worse than before Fill in vet gave her shot and disappeared . No instructions as to what to do if she was still sick. Phone system impossible to get through to a human and recording says leave message and then says line is unavailable no matter how many times you call in. worst customer service ever in 40 years of owning cats. This vet was recommended to me by a friend at work. She said they really care about the comfort of your pet. She was right. The whole staff was incredibly friendly. It is obvious they love animals. Dr. Beebee immediately took us outside so that my "skiddish" boy could get used to him. This was a first for us. He gave me a holistic diagnosis of BL and listened to my concerns. I feel we have a solid plan to put my BL on the road to recovery. I wish the news was better, no one likes to hear a loved one is in pain. But at least I have a good idea of our options and what will be best for BL. If you want a kind, thorough diagnosis of your loved one, I recommend Dr. Beebee and his staff. Read Less

This veterinary clinic rocks!! The staff is very kind and accommodating. I could not get into my regular vet and they went out of there way to get me in. Dr. Olivera is fantastic, she is very thorough and you can tell she cares very much. I don't think I have had an exam that thorough ever. Absolutely AMAZING!!! When I called and made an appointment for my dogs the receptionist was super friendly. First impression goes a long way after meeting the veterinarian she did a great job and was very caring towards both of my dogs. Dr. Beebe and Diablo View Veterinary Hospital are a godsend. Our boxer, Tigger, had a digestive ailment that caused soft/runny stools when we adopted him. We took him to at least two, perhaps three, veterinarians who were unable to resolve the issue. We tried everything - antibiotics, new dogfood, canned sweet potatoes, etc., and were about to give up hope. But patient Dr. Beebe was able to resolve the issue with a mix of Enteric powder and a different dog food. Now Tigger (generally) has normal stool, and we are forever grateful! Read Less

Jill, Amy, and Dr. Oliveira were so sweet, compassionate and very informative. I called them at 3:55 (they close at 6) and they were able to get me an appt. right away. I came here after being treated horribly at Hillcrest Vet, and I only wish I would have called here first. They truly saved the day. They also gave me an estimate of the cost before they did anything which I really appreciated. I'll never think of going to any other vet as long as I live in the Bay Area. I have had nothing but great service since I started coming here. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. While all Vets give their recommendations and fees I feel completely in control for only doing the services I feel is necessary and can afford. There is no pressure or shaming as I have found with some other vets.   All of the Vet techs I have encountered have been very thoughtful and respectful. That gives me trust when I allow my pet to go back for examination they will also be treated with respect. Besides care trust is extremely important. I highly recommend this Vet clinic. Read Less

I will preface this review by saying I am not related to anyone, not a friend, and not a staff member.  I genuinely give Diablo View a five star review.  I have an elderly pug who has the typical hip dysplasia and now has disc problems.  She has been on medication, but I wanted to try chiropractic methods, too.     To speed up my review, I will enumerate my justifications.1) The entire staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating.  (One assistant carried my dog to my car to help me!)2) They don't guilt you into anything or make you feel like a horrible pet parent.  Nor do they lecture you.3)  They present options for care but are very upfront about costs.  I have never had a questionable charge or bill or been shocked when I check out.4)  The chiropractor explained everything clearly and non condescendingly.  He was very nice, and the price was affordable.5)  Facility is clean and well maintained. Brought my dog here and we had an excellent experience. They even sent us a card after our visit! I think we found our vet!UPDATE: I really wanted to bite my tongue the first time. But short and sweet I ended up paying more than what I signed for, knowingly the first time I visited. Well I came back today for my dog who got tapeworms(amongst other issues). I really just didn't like feeling rushed after waiting thirty minutes for my appointment to start. Since everything was so rushed I signed to X amount and when I got up to the counter and they tried to charge me $60 extra. I think the doctor just missed something when she was adding stuff together but overall a very anxious experience. This vet does have the lowest amount of stars, even though they are still good. I had to review this to let you know there are cheaper and possibly more honest vets in the area. Read Less
