Let me start with this.. Rating them a two is being nice.. We've (my hubby and I) have never really had an issue with Alisal. The customer service has REALLY gone down hill, noticeably, in the last two or three months. We recently moved out of the area, and on top of that adopted our third fur baby. Since our new pup is a pup, we decided to start looking for a Vet out this way. I recently called about a week and a half ago, requesting my two animals, who were being seen at Alisal's, pet records. The customer service representative that I spoke to, Chelsea, was extremely rude and had an attitude. I asked for their records to be emailed to us, and she replied to me "I can fax them" when I told her that we did not have a fax, and requested again for them to be sent somehow via email, Chelsea sighed and put me on hold. After going back and forth with her sighing, and giving me attitude, she said they could mail our records. Great! A solution! After taking our address down, I asked for her name and she gave it to me with some hesitation, and of course the sighing. Not even two days later, ANOTHER customer service representative called my hubby saying there was a NOTE ON FILE for the records to be sent out, and asked for address. So not only did Chelsea waste my time with not taking down my info, and having to hear the signing with a polite request, she didn't even do the ONE thing that I asked as a PAYKNG customer. I do not appreciate the service given. Luckily, we (surprisingly) received their records. Lucky to not be going here anymore, I could only imagine what else other customers could have and probably have gone through. Read Less
