Just received this today....although it was amazing, it broke my heart. I can't believe they did this. Is it possible to go anywhere else. They love their patients. Also remember that when you see the bill, the Dr went through years of school and they need to support themselves including the staff and the roof over their head. Losing my dog was the hardest thing I'll ever have to cope with. She was my world and I loved her so much. I haven't been in my backyard because of her. Only enough time to take care of my chickens. I hope I feel better soon! Deepest love to you guys for being so sincere. I'll never forget this and neither will Daisy

Holly and Dr. Kayser are the best. Memorial Day Weekend and my puppy Chapito got a fishing hook stuck in his cheek. Everyone was closed except for Ramona Animal Hospital, thank God. They immediately took my puppy in and had us back camping in less than an hour. We are extremely grateful they were open and for all they did. Thank you, you girls rock!!!!

I took my dog to the vet because she was peeing blood and they said it was a blatter infection and took a urine sample and they forgot to send in the sample to see what was wrong she kept peeing blood so we got a second opinion from a vet down in El Cajon and turns she has kidney stones it cost me half of what it cost at this place in Ramona all in all horrible experience won't go back

I have to say my experience was perfect. First time there and exactly what I expected from the visit with our dogs. The staff was very nice and easy to work with, along with Dr. Kayser. She explained everything very thoroughly. The office was fresh and clean. Will definitely keep coming here.

Been going here for quite awhile but changed to the other vet in town thanks to HOLLY the rude ass receptionist. Wife called to change an appointment time and was treated extremely rudely by HOLLY, who took a very condescending tone and demanded explanations of why we couldn't keep the previous time. She also raised her voice and was extremely unproffessional about the entire thing.We're paying customers, when we can be there is when we can be there!Do not go here unles you like being treated like DIRT.

We took our two boxer mixes to Dr. Kayser the first time because of proximity to a family member's house in Ramona. Now we drive from Cardiff to Ramona Animal Hospital for all their vet care because we can't imagine going anywhere else.Dr. Kayser is nothing if not thorough and invested in our pets' healthcare. She's really proactive about addressing potential issues before they become big ones, and is always making suggestions on how to make our pets healthier and happier (note: this does NOT mean she's pushing meds; we're talking advice on how to treat dog allergies at home, how to treat dental issues with diet changes, etc). Our boy was recently diagnosed with a Mast Cell tumor after we noticed a lump in the loose skin of his neck, and Dr. Kayser leveled with us, recommending surgery as an immediate treatment because she fully knew how unpredictable MCTs can be. Wasting no time, she got him in as soon as possible for surgical excision, and took full advantage of the loose skin in the area to get nice wide margins. After the surgery, she explained to us exactly why she sent the biopsy tissue to her preferred lab, and that she wanted to see her post-op patient every day for the next 3-4 days to change bandages and monitor for signs of infection. On each subsequent appointment she showed us the old bandages (some may think it's gross, but we wanted to be involved and informed) and explained what to look for as the healing process progressed. When the pathology report came back, she actually celebrated with us as we read through the findings that told of his excellent prognosis (low-grade, non-invasive tumor). He has healed up very well and is back to his normal, cancer-free self! Dr. Kayser clearly holds herself, her staff and her contract laboratories to a very high standard, and it shows in the quality of her work. That she manages to do all that while charging reasonable prices as well is just icing on the cake. In addition, the entire staff both knows and loves our dogs (almost as much as we do), and are always a pleasure to work with. And, most telling of all, our two brats LOVE everyone there too!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Kayser and her staff. We have taken our animals to her since 2006. All the staff have always been caring and concerned for our animals. Most recently, I had to take my cat in day after day for some intestinal problems. She was about 13 years old and never had been to the vet. She was skittish with strangers at home and I was worried that she would freak out when taking her to Ramona Animal Hospital. But she was surprisingly at ease and showed her sweet side almost right away. For over a week Dr. Kayser and her staff did everything they could to heal her, but in the end she had tumor inside her rectum that caused her bowels not to work properly. The staff's kindness and care until the end amazed me. Thank you so much.

I am have always felt that the vet was a a scary place for dogs but here my dogs a pretty excited to come. They get extra attention and treats. They do not push products on you. The only thing i have been offered is something called the puppy pack which saves me 100 or so dollars. I like that they board dogs for you while you go shopping, i saved me a trip to the gas station if I had to take the dogs back to the Estates and then drive back to Kmart. This is going to be or dogs vet office for along time to come.

My dog was limping bad. Went to the Adobe Vet joint and they want to charge you fee's before even being seen. Went here without appointment and seen immediately. Dr. was fantastic. Extremely good exam given WITH step by step description of everything thing they were doing. She even warned me OFF going overboard on step that were not necessary. Never seen a vet do that. Staff very professional. Best of all, my dog liked them too. Highly recommend them and won't hesitate to go to them in the future. Cost was tons under any other vet I have been to also.

They were nice and fit us in even though we didn't have an appointment. I was still a bit scared about the price so i was careful to ask them if what they were doing was an additional cost. It turns out that I was pleasantly surprised. Great service and the person that helped us care more for our pet and our wallets than their bottom line. They get five stars in my book.

Staff very professional. Best of all, my dog liked them too. Highly recommend them and won't hesitate to go to them in the future. Cost was tons under any other vet I have been to also.

They were nice and fit us in even though we didn't have an appointment. I was still a bit scared about the price so i was careful to ask them if what they were doing was an additional cost. It turns out that I was pleasantly surprised. Great service and the person that helped us care more for our pet and our wallets than their bottom line. They get five stars in my book.
