Dr. Bernardini was amazing with our German Shepherd. She answered all of our questions in regards to his health, and she was very patient with him, for he was really excited for his yearly checkup. She was so sweet to him and took her time with his evaluation. Overall, the facility was clean, and everyone else was so kind. Our wait time was reasonable too.

The male doctor dr. Waigan or Wagner I believe gave my pet a steroid injection after I specifically told him that my pet had already taken a similar prescribed medication less that 2 hours prior. 15 minutes later after arriving to my house my pet has a seizure and dies. I would advise everyone to only see the female doctor. She is much more sensitive and kind and does not rush her face to face time with you. She tells you what she thinks will happen and procedure. I highly believe she would have taken a different approach or at least talked to me about what she was going to do and risk factors. I received NONE of those things from this doctor!

Dr. Weigand is amazing and part of our family. Our baby Boston has always had a great experience with him. The doctor 'Weigand'as been our doctor since we have owned even our last dog. He treats our dog like his own. We have a great amount of respect for him and will always do what we need to get in with him specifically. He does not treat us like regular vets he treats us like family and has a real concern for any issues. He makes us feel 100% confident Giacomo is in good hands.Nicole always greets us and always calls to check on our baby Giacomo. Not only is she sincere but she listened to us go on and on many times about the right food or an upset stomach. She will always do her best to help us and she ensures to check with a doctor when giving us recommendations.I would not trust my little guy with to many people but I will always trust Terra Vista!Thank you Dr. Weigand and Nicole! If you are someone reading yelp reviews I recommend 100%!!!

I'll give terra vista two stars because the customer service from the front desk staff was exceptional.I recently got a new puppy and found a tick on him so I called terra vista for the first time since they had so many good reviews and they said they would remove it for free, awesome! Less than a week later I call again because my pup threw up a couple of times (I was assuming change of diet/adjusting to new home) but wanted to rule out parvo so Ashley squeezes me in the next morning (really like Ashley).Long story short, the vet tells me my dog looks so healthy and energetic but we should run the parvo test and x-rays to see why he is throwing up and I agree. She then provides me an estimate for the first visit ($400+) WHAT. That is outrageous, so I decline the medicine, food, and stool samples to shave a little bit of the cost off and still walked away paying close to $350, Parvo test came back negative but the xrays showed he needed surgery bc he had ate some fabric from his toys but she understood I was on a budget so she recommended hospitalization for at least two days with a 50/50 chance it would work, the quote for that? $800+! I say I'll bring him back in a week to make sure he isn't throwing up anymore and she scares me by saying it needs immediate attention, it's urgent we do it now, tomorrow would be too long to wait, etc. I go home with my dog and decided to wait it out bc at the end of the day dogs are dogs and they eat anything. A week later (which was too late in her professional opinion) my puppies appetite remains normal, his bowel movements as well, and is more hyper than i could have imagined. I feel confident saying that this place cares for your pet but will also perform unnecessary procedures to gain a dollar. Definitely won't be bringing my dog back.

My experience was absolutely amazing, from the time I first went in that door to (sadly) the last time when my dog went to doggy heaven! These people are truly, truly compassionate, passionate about what they do and will work with you any way they can. They went above and beyond what I ever thought they would or could do. Dr. May is amazing. Susana, Maggie, Gabriel and everyone involved, THANK YOU so much for making our experience as good as it could have been under the circumstances, I know Max appreciated you as well !!!!!!

Iwish I would have brought him there years ago instead of vca. My experience was absolutely amazing, from the time I first went in that door to (sadly) the last time when my dog went to doggy heaven! These people are truly, truly compassionate, passionate about what they do and will work with you any way they can. They went above and beyond what I ever thought they would or could do. Dr. May is amazing. Susana, Maggie, Gabriel and everyone involved, THANK YOU so much for making our experience as good as it could have been under the circumstances, I know Max appreciated you as well !!!!!!
