Awesome. We got an appointment not two hours after we called, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We took our 6 month old kitten in to get some vaccinations and to prepare to move to Japan later this year. The veterinarian printed out the process of moving a pet to Japan with the least amount of effort and quarantine time and went over it with us even though he didn't have to at all. He was very smart and very knowledgeable and made us feel very much at ease with the whole visit and the process going forward. Prices were fine, the staff helped us settle on something that was actually cheaper than I thought it would be all things considered. This place is horrible all they care about is how much money you are going to spend. They get really angry if decline any of their nonsense tests. They will charge you for tests that I believe they never did. If you love your pet don't take them there!!! Read Less

I took my pup in to get rabies shots. They did an X-ray for no reason without my consent and charged me $180 for it. They would not refund me. Thankfully, Chase was reasonable enough to do a chargeback. Also, when I got my pup back, he had fleas. The smile fades once they already get the money. Unbelievable. Read Less

This place is an absolute nightmare. Horribly rude, incompetent, and dishonest front desk staff. They are always surly and act like their jobs are a chore. Worse, they lied to my face saying they had done procedures which they obviously had not. The communication between the front desk and the medical staff is terrible. Ask a question, front desk goes to let medical staff know about the question, question doesn't get answered and I have to ask again. Ask for a specific procedure, it doesn't get done. Give feedback about the poor performance and you are met with defensiveness if not outright hostility. The management here is a disaster- don't trust your loved ones to these people. A year ago they quoted me $1600 to do a surgery on my dog. I got a 2nd opinion from another vet and they quoted me $850 to do the same surgery. Recently, I decided to give them another chance. They almost overcharged me $200 for an xray they never did. If I hadn't asked questions I would've had to pay $200 more than I was supposed to. I love this place. My cat doesn't like people and it's stressful having to take him to the vet. That's why we appreciate how friendly they are. Was our go to place to board our dog while on vacation. But, never again, after being told that they can not except a check because of the 2008 economic crisis, even after pleading that we get payed at midnight and want our dog home after being gone for five days. Now we have to pay for another day of boarding....which will be the last money they ever get from us. Economic crisis of 2008...it's 2017. Give me a break. Your loosing 7-10 days of boarding a year from us. Great policy. Oh, and to boot they dupt us out $130 for vaccinations. They should be about $45. Never again!! Read Less

I brought my cat here to get spayed after my regular vet was booked up for the month. They took very good care of her and called me with an update as soon as she was out of surgery. The next week, she got her cone off when I was at work and removed two stitches. I was able to bring her in immediately and have her examined and prescribed antibiotics. Every time I call, the staff is friendly and quick to respond. Wait time has been minimal with each visit, and all my questions get answered whether they are in person or over the phone. Read Less

During the span of 3 months. We the owners of a loving minpin on numerous occasions brought to attention our concerns. How our dog was acting in reference to her jaw movements, which seemed odd. We expressed our concerns on every visit. Though our goal was for oral cleaning. Numerous requests to flush her system due to elevated levels in her blood work, same medications with no change in her results from her blood work. Seeking a second opinion and several tests that Animal Medical Center never requested, we were sent to a specialist in Ontario. Under sedation they discovered our baby had a form of oral cancer. Hardest thing to hear knowing that for 3 months and without addressing the issue Animal Medical Center had no clue and took no steps to listen to our concerns even when they witnessed the actions we described our baby was doing. In less than 1 month our baby had the proper diagnosis she needed not by the efforts of Animal Medical Center. Sure they are nice to you, they want your money. Since they failed to properly diagnos our dog in a timely manner the tumor was too large the get proper medical treatments. The new doctors could not remove it, freeze it, or treat it with chemotherapy. Today we had to put her down. I will NEVER recommend Animal Medical Center to anyone. Their failures do not get any more severe than this. If you question what they tell you, don't wait. Get a second opinion. It my save you pets life. Don't make the same mistakes we did. He was jaundice (liver insufficiency or failure), he may have had HIV or leukemia, and was very malnourished. He had either an abscess or possible tumer behind his right eye. He was very sick and did not take any oral intact while I had him and seemed miserable. I knew what I had to do but the staff helped comfort me with the decision made to put him to rest. They allowed me to stayed with him during the whole process which was very humane. They will cremate him and spread his ashes over the ocean. The whole time I was there I was treated with respect, educated about the issues, and was show an immense amount of compassion. I was very happy with Dr. Kashak and his staff at Animal Medical Center of Redlands! I will be bring my 3 fur babies in soon to see Dr. Kashak for the first check ups. Dr. Burch is an extraordinarily lovely man that has gone above and beyond for all of us, humans included. He recommended the breed of our newest dog, as well as the breeder, and the dog has been the perfect fit and an unlikely breed choice.
