After a bad experience at the animal emergency hospital, I was scared and didn't know who I can trust my dog with. I brought her in to Valley Animal Hospital, and they were wonderful. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. P did an amazing job with my dog's emergency c-section and spay. Jackie and the rest of the staff worked their magic and made sure all 5 puppies survived. We can't thank you all enough for everything. I highly recommend this place...not only do they have great staff but their prices aren't ridiculous and they'll work with your finances.

I was even given additional information for my other fur baby and was put to ease on my concerns. Also, the cost of the visit, meds, and tests that were ran was very affordable.

I brought Nyx (my cat) in on Monday the 20th because she fractured her jaw, and Dr. Duprez did surgery and it didn't take too long but they kept her overnight to make sure she was ok so she can come home the next day. After she got done she called me and said that Nyx will be fine.. She is doing a lot better now. I am going to continue bringing my pets here, this is the only place that I trust. Thank you so much for helping my girl.

Valley Animal Hospital in one of the greatest pet hospitals I have been associated with. I've had 4 dogs that have been patients there. Whether they were needing surgery, needing grooming, or just maintaining good health, I've never had a negative experience. The reason I have given Valley Animal a 5 star, is that the Dr. DuPrez has done such an incredible job with my fur babies. She, and her entire team, are very caring, and seem to really care about everyone's animals.

I have been a client for over 7 years. When the previous owner/ vet retired I wasn't sure about staying but Dr. DuPrez is good with my animals it is noticeble that she cares. I have 3 dogs, 4 cats and even some strays that I have taken there. The staff is friendly the doctors are great and the price for an office visit is reasonable. Available appointments are not to far off if one is not available for the same day which is great.

They are AMAZING!! we have been coming to them for the past year and I have never loved a vet as much as I love them. They helped us through kennel cough, through an eye scrach, a vaginal pollop, and knee surgery. The vets are VERY capable and so are the vet techs. The staff is friendly and for my two dogs there is no place I would take them. I love that their pricing is not ridiculous like some off the other places around. They try to give you great service and will even call you to check on your pet. The follow through is wonderful. I love they are willing to give you honest oppions even if it is... We could do the surgery, but I suggest we wait and see. I never leave feeling like we don't have a plan in place. And rechecks are less then my copay. Having delt with them through almost a whole knee replacement on one of my dogs. They are the only vet I will go to now. Hands down best vet ever.

Dr. Duprez at Valley Animal Hospital, goes above and beyond to make you and your pet feel comfortable and calm, answering any questions you may have about diagnosis, medications, or any recommended procedures. Your pet's appointments never feel rushed and it's obvious that she and her staff have a genuine love of animals.
I've been to a few other vets in the Inland Empire, and Valley Animal Hospital is the only place that I trust taking my cats to. Dr. Duprez and her staff, are not only friendly and helpful, but also extremely competent and caring. Plus, their prices are more than reasonable. I had a very bad experience at a different vet who had misdiagnosed my cat with a lot of different ailments, and because of that, was a bit leery of starting over with a new vet, but I have absolutely no regrets going to Dr. Duprez. If you go there, you won't regret it!

My wife and I adopted puppies 2 weeks ago and we were concerned they had bad kennel cough. The staff was very nice and Dr G. Was great as well patiently answering our questions. We went there based on a recommendation from a friend at church and they will be our vets for Sofie and Henry. They are very reasonably priced as well.... Which was important to us at this time. They actually wanted to treat our dogs not see us and send us off like others told us they would do over the phone.

I was even given additional information for my other fur baby and was put to ease on my concerns. Also, the cost of the visit, meds, and tests that were ran was very affordable.

I brought Nyx (my cat) in on Monday the 20th because she fractured her jaw, and Dr. Duprez did surgery and it didn't take too long but they kept her overnight to make sure she was ok so she can come home the next day. After she got done she called me and said that Nyx will be fine.. She is doing a lot better now. I am going to continue bringing my pets here, this is the only place that I trust. Thank you so much for helping my girl.

Valley Animal Hospital in one of the greatest pet hospitals I have been associated with. I've had 4 dogs that have been patients there. Whether they were needing surgery, needing grooming, or just maintaining good health, I've never had a negative experience. The reason I have given Valley Animal a 5 star, is that the Dr. DuPrez has done such an incredible job with my fur babies. She, and her entire team, are very caring, and seem to really care about everyone's animals.

Doctor Bowers is awesome with our animals. For our dogs Roxy and Buddy bear she gets right on the floor with them. She let Roxy lick her face. She is so good with Oreo kitty also.

I have been a client for over 7 years. When the previous owner/ vet retired I wasn't sure about staying but Dr. DuPrez is good with my animals it is noticeble that she cares. I have 3 dogs, 4 cats and even some strays that I have taken there. The staff is friendly the doctors are great and the price for an office visit is reasonable. Available appointments are not to far off if one is not available for the same day which is great.

They are AMAZING!! we have been coming to them for the past year and I have never loved a vet as much as I love them. They helped us through kennel cough, through an eye scrach, a vaginal pollop, and knee surgery. The vets are VERY capable and so are the vet techs. The staff is friendly and for my two dogs there is no place I would take them. I love that their pricing is not ridiculous like some off the other places around. They try to give you great service and will even call you to check on your pet. The follow through is wonderful. I love they are willing to give you honest oppions even if it is... We could do the surgery, but I suggest we wait and see. I never leave feeling like we don't have a plan in place. And rechecks are less then my copay. Having delt with them through almost a whole knee replacement on one of my dogs. They are the only vet I will go to now. Hands down best vet ever.

Dr. Duprez at Valley Animal Hospital, goes above and beyond to make you and your pet feel comfortable and calm, answering any questions you may have about diagnosis, medications, or any recommended procedures. Your pet's appointments never feel rushed and it's obvious that she and her staff have a genuine love of animals.
I've been to a few other vets in the Inland Empire, and Valley Animal Hospital is the only place that I trust taking my cats to. Dr. Duprez and her staff, are not only friendly and helpful, but also extremely competent and caring. Plus, their prices are more than reasonable. I had a very bad experience at a different vet who had misdiagnosed my cat with a lot of different ailments, and because of that, was a bit leery of starting over with a new vet, but I have absolutely no regrets going to Dr. Duprez. If you go there, you won't regret it!

Review on my Cat. Made an appointment to get my male cat fixed n get all his shots. He was a champ going in and when I got him back he was still the same good cat. That's really what I wanted, they treated him with care. I didn't get much help answering my list of questions on what I should do after but they were busy which made the visit feel rushed. But my cat came back happy

I just say do you want to go see jeff and the girls can't get fast enough in the car. I feel very confident in the team and the doctor's. They have only one intrest at heart is making right decisions for your pets.

My wife and I adopted puppies 2 weeks ago and we were concerned they had bad kennel cough. The staff was very nice and Dr G. Was great as well patiently answering our questions. We went there based on a recommendation from a friend at church and they will be our vets for Sofie and Henry. They are very reasonably priced as well.... Which was important to us at this time. They actually wanted to treat our dogs not see us and send us off like others told us they would do over the phone.
