They lied to me three times And over charged me Twice. I will not take my pet here again. Dr. Cox charged me for an office call today, when it was a return to check her out after having oral surgery. They have lied about the date of her surgery, the cost and over charged for the treatments. I will not take Angel here ever again. I have paid almost $1,500., That is fine, I'd do anything for my dog. But I will not tolerate a Vet that lies. Finding a new Vet. No I do not recommend this office. Read Less

You didn't listen to a thing I said, except for the fact that I only had X amount of money. Then you stuck my dog in a metal box to die alone. Would not let me stay with her, then, wouldn't even let me have her ashes, she'll be thrown out into the ocean with a bunch of neglected, and abandoned dogs. Simply amazing! I live in Palm Desert and called around to every vet in the area that sees mini pigs and they all wanted $500 for a spay. Pedely was only $140 including microchipping. The level of care was outstanding. They even called a few days after her surgery to see how she was doing. Gemma is doing great. Eating and playing like normal the very next day. It was well worth the drive for the cost savings and the knowledgeable staff that has been working with mini pigs for many years. Highly recommended. Read Less

I had to recently have my dog put down due to cancer. Not only did they show that they cared, they were there with him to the end. They sent me a card in the mail offering their sympathy. They are the absolute best. Great price, great care. They grieved with me. I cannot express how much they understood that he was family to me. I have never experienced such great service on a personal level. Truly amazing. I recommend to everyone. They have earned themselves a customer for life. They do not push unneeded services. I have been a client of Pedley Square Vet Clinic for well over 25 years and long before the doctors there now were working there. My ex husband and I had a dog kennel and Dr. Becky was our vet. We divorced and I have remarried and Pedley Square Vet is the only vet I will use for my animals. They take extra care with you and your animal while explaining the animals needs. Dr. Bridgett Bellinger is a wonderful asset to the company and has found both medical problems with my dogs that hadn't been going on very long. Now two of my four dogs take medication and are looking like their old selves again. Thank you Pedley Vet for your wonderful service to the community. Would definitely recommend Pedley Square Veterinary Clinic to anyone new looking for a caring and affordable place to help your pet, we always recommend Pedley Square to everyone! The doctors are knowledgeable and do not rush you, they take time to answer any questions or concerns. We've had two different dogs come here for surgery, one for a broken leg that needed a pin and our second dog needed a mass removal, both were successful easy going processes considering the circumstances with the broken leg they were able to help my dog asap. The medications prescribed to the dogs after prevented infection and my dogs pain was under control well, the healing process for both dogs were smooth and successful in healing properly. I'm finally able to write about this and want to make sure no one else EVER has to go through what we went through here. We had a 17 year old dog we had to make the decision to put down. It had to be close to home as she couldnt travel far in a vehicle well. I called a few in the area and this one seemed really nice and the price was fair. We scheduled the appt for the next day I think for 4:30. My fiance had a change in his schedule so I called that AM to see if we could make it earlier to give him more time to recoup before going in. They said no problem and changed us to 2:30. We spent the day with our baby girl, feed her favorite ice cream, loved her and said our goodbyes and started to load her when we got a call from them 20 minutes before out appt asking us to come in an hour later. SERIOUSLY?!?!? Cause the doc needed to eat..... I was not happy, I said OK, but then could not just sit and wait to take her in for that, so I called back and reschedule for the next day. We go there and they were NOT NICE AT ALL!. My dog was obviously OLD with hip issues and they have a slippery floor, we brought her in the room and she was falling all over the place as we tried to hold her up. (german shep/beagle mix, not a small dog). The assistant said she would bring a blanket, never did. The vet came in and looked at her and then said she would get a blanket for her and asked the assistant for one, never came back with one. FINALLY she brought one in. We said our final goodbys and the vet came in, she had asked us if we knew what to expect, and we said yes because unfortuantly we had to put down our "puppy" 1.5 year old 3 weeks earlier due to a sudden horrific terminal illness. This was at another animal hospital, and they were great there. They put him to sleep first and then pushed the meds that put him down, it was hard but very peaceful, which we expected here. WRONG!!!! She just gave the meds that basically gave my girl a heart attack while she was awake, she started gasping for air, rapid breathing, and then whimpering in PAIN!?!?!?! She finally went and this was the most horrific experiance I have EVER HAD!!! I had her 17 years, LOVED HER, would NEVER HURT HER!! And then THIS is how she goes out?!?! IN PAIN!?!?!?! SERIOULSY, if they skip the meds to put her out peacefully, and KNOW others do this the HUMANE WAY, WHY THE HELL didnt they TELL US THIS!!!!! I have cried several nights over this and I am sooooooo, soooooo MAD at this VET! And then to top that off, we ordered the cremation package that was supposed to be individual cremation and a paw print of her, well, we got back a paw print, but it was MOST OBVIOUSLY NOT HERS!!!! And now we really dont even trust that we have HER remains. The package we got with our other dog was much nicer and it WAS his paw print. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!!
