The staff here is wonderful. I boarded my puppy there when my wife was in critical condition in the ICU. They were patient with me empathetic to my situation. The prices are very reasonable. I wasn’t sure how long my pup had to stay there and they just said to keep them updated as much as I could. A heartfelt thank you from my wife and I (who is now Home) to all the kind staff there. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

There were 2 girls that work in the office that we're absolutely wonderful but unfortunately the vet is the reason for this low rating. I have used this vet office for 15 plus years but have never had such a bad experience so is that vet is on staff I will never go back there. I'm sorry, I did not get his name.

Let ME start by saying that I will always swear by Pedley Veterinary Hospital. I am about 3 years late on this review, but I will never forget their service. I brought my 2+ year old rescue German Shepard in one morning around 6:00 am for multiple seizures. I waited there for hours, while they had her in that back for exams or what have you. I finally went home around 2pm to shower and eat. When I returned,I found out my baby didn't make it. They couldn't explain why. Her organs has fired and there was nothing they could do about it. I loved my 6 more than words can articulate. I came in with a Jack Daniels "savings" bottle that I put forth for her treatment. By the time that had done what they could, she was gone. I didn't even even get a chance to say goodbye. I'd like to believe they deducted my invoice because they saw how heartbroken I was to see my baby gone. I had $350 in that bottle, the treatment could've been thousands of dollars. The Hospital administrator said "we will take care of you." My bill was exceptionally reasonable. They did everything they could for my baby and I. Thank you, Pedley Veterinary Clinc. You guys will always be in my hear.

I was so relieved I was willing to pay a lot to get this done, but after all was said and done, I was only charged a fraction of what I use to pay for him.Thank you so much. I've been taking both my dogs here for about 2 years now and I have been nothing but disappointed with the service this veterinarian provides. They're over priced on literally everything from a microchip to seeing a the vet for an examination. Some of the staff is rude and they try to oversale you on whatever you may be in need of. For example I took my 60 pound male in because he had kennel cough. They tell me I need to pay around $50 for antibiotics that I need to give him twice a day for a certain period of time which is fine, but my female dog which weighs 40 pounds ended up getting the cough as well. I took her in and they prescribed me the same exact medicine, same exact miligrams but they want me to give her 3 a day.... Yet she weighs 20 pounds less than my male.. So that alone tells you they don't care about correctly resolving a sickness your dog my have. A friend of mines dog ended up getting the cough as well but when she took her dog in they told her they needed to put her under anistesia and stick a tube down her throat to see if she had something stuck in her airways... They knew damn well what was wrong with her dog.. She could have spent 50 bucks on antibiotics but she ended up spending well over $500 on this unnecessary procedure. Mind you the main vet here drives a $200,000 Mercedes... Sad to say this place is a scam.

She got her nails clipped, (she didn't like to go to the groomers) got her shots here, check ups, allergy check ups...everything. The staff knew her, she knew the staff and I miss having that comfort. We moved out of state recently to WA and finding a new vet is going to be a process for us. I bring all four of my dogs here and I've never had a bad experience. Recently my dachshund/beagle mix needed emergency surgery because she was attacked by another dog. They thoroughly explained the procedure, costs, and aftercare with me. I paid about $400 more for the same procedure/same dog at another animal hospital about a year ago which seemed more like a business who wanted to take my money rather than a hospital that actually cares about my dog's life. Thanks to them my dog is in recovery, happy and healthy! I also have a German Shepherd puppy that got his 3rd set of shots with them today and each time they treat him like he is their own pet. I always appreciate the extra care they take with my dogs. All of their staff are very knowledgable and friendly. I will be continuing to take my dogs here for years to come!

I love Pedley Vet! Well the start of this story I was recommended by a friend to come here when I had unknowingly bought a Saint Bernard puppy who had parvo. Took him here and the staff was absolutely great with him. Gretchen is unbelievable! She took great care of him and would call me with updates of how he was doing! She even checked up on him on her day off! I am so thankful for the staff at Pedley Vet! They are the friendliest staff I've ever have come across! They were so patient with us and let us come visit him whenever we wanted! My Saint Bernard puppy is now 8 months old and is healthy as ever! I now bring both of my dogs here. And prices here are very affordable. They are defiantly in business for the love of animals and not money like some offices. My family and I have been taking our pets here for around 20 years or so. We've never had any issues and they've always done what they could to save our babies. Today I brought my 10 years old cat in because she was very ill (her walls collapsed and she pushed it out thru her rectum..very painful). I had the choice of attempting a surgery to put her back together or to put her down. I made the very hard decision to end her suffering and to put her down. I walked in sobbing, sat in the room holding onto to my baby sobbing and walked out sobbing. They were so kind to me even though I was a complete wreck. I just want them to know I appreciated their help today and their kind words. Today was in no way easy for me, but the staff really made an effort to make me feel better.As always, I'll continue to take my animals here.Thank you again for helping me and my kitty

CAUTION! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS HOSPITAL! When it comes to a serious issue you won't be able to depend on them and take my word for it. My dog had two surgeries done on his tail, the first one was to remove a mass and when we took him back two weeks later they had to amputate it because it wasn't healing right and it got infected, RED FLAG! After the second surgery his tale got infected again, mind you, he wears a cone all of the time, he is an indoor dog, and I have had to take time off of work so I can watch him like a hawk, and it still got infected. I decided to take him to another doctor for a second opinion and he said that not only did my dog need a stronger antibiotic but he also needed more stitches and a bandage needed to be applied to protect from foreign bodies getting into the incision, ALL OF THIS WAS NOT DONE AT PEDLEY VETERINARY HOSPITAL. So far we have spent close to 2 grand at Pedley due to the doctors incompetence. Not including the 200 bucks we had to spend at another hospital because we are unable to trust PEDLEY VETERINARY HOSPITAL. They are quite aware of my dissatisfaction with their conduct thus far, but that doesn't mean they can allow their receptionists to be rude and nasty to me especially after everything that I'am going through with my dog. Apart of me is scared he is going to die from this infection but I'am hoping another doctor can care enough to save his life and get him on the proper road to recovery where he belongs.

If you have ever had to seek medical help with no insurance, I'm sure you are aware of the level of care you receive... it's not good..Some people seem to have this weird perception that if vets love animals so much, why don't they just do it for free? A vet clinic is still a business. Lights needs to be kept on, rent needs to get paid. If they gave free services to everyone who loved their dogs/cats but had no money, there would be no vet clinics. How come no one ever expects mechanics to fix your car for free? They love cars, don't they?YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME NO DOUBT! WOULD NEVER EVEERERR THINGK ABOUT GOING TO ANOTHER PLACE,THANKS!

When asked how much they charge for neutering a 160 dog I was told $310.00, but interestingly enough I was just charged a little under $1,000.00 for fixing a broken toenail! When I asked how they could justify charging 3 times as much for a procedure that requires much less medical attention, I was told that I signed the estimate! The estimate was for a broken toe not a broken nail. Even in the worst case scenerio, I cannot imagine charging this excessive amount for a toenail! I was basically told that as I had signed the estimate they could charge anything for what they "deemed" necessary! They fixed a toenail!!!! God forbid that you would really need extensive medical care at this hospital - They might take your house!!! When I showed the bill to other veterinary hospitals they were amazed, one hospital told me that my dog would have had to have a much more serious injury and stayed for a number of days to be charged this much! Do not trust these people they inflate their billing to the extent that to have a manicure costs as much as 3 vasectomys!!!!!! Protect your pets from unnecessary procedures take them elsewhere and save a fortune!

My family and I have used Pedley Veterinary Hospital for years. They used to also handle large animals and used to come out and vet our horses. They doctors there are fantastic, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeble and I have NEVER had a problem. I took my friends dog in after he had half his muzzle ripped off fence fighting with another dog. They were great and took Sparky right in. My older dog had been in a family members care while I was out of state. I came back to find that he had been in a cage at another local vet for almost a week while they ran "test" on him trying to figure out what was wrong. I picked him up and took him to Pedley the very same day. With one xray they were able to tell me he had cancer. When his time came I received a card from them expressing their sympathies. I refer all my friends to them, they offer excellent care for a reasonable price.

The staff here is wonderful. I boarded my puppy there when my wife was in critical condition in the ICU. They were patient with me empathetic to my situation. The prices are very reasonable. I wasn’t sure how long my pup had to stay there and they just said to keep them updated as much as I could. A heartfelt thank you from my wife and I (who is now Home) to all the kind staff there. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

There were 2 girls that work in the office that we're absolutely wonderful but unfortunately the vet is the reason for this low rating. Let ME start by saying that I will always swear by Pedley Veterinary Hospital. I am about 3 years late on this review, but I will never forget their service. I brought my 2+ year old rescue German Shepard in one morning around 6:00 am for multiple seizures. I waited there for hours, while they had her in that back for exams or what have you. I finally went home around 2pm to shower and eat. When I returned,I found out my baby didn't make it. They couldn't explain why. Her organs has fired and there was nothing they could do about it. I loved my 6 more than words can articulate. I came in with a Jack Daniels "savings" bottle that I put forth for her treatment. By the time that had done what they could, she was gone. I didn't even even get a chance to say goodbye. I'd like to believe they deducted my invoice because they saw how heartbroken I was to see my baby gone. I had $350 in that bottle, the treatment could've been thousands of dollars. The Hospital administrator said "we will take care of you." My bill was exceptionally reasonable. They did everything they could for my baby and I. Thank you, Pedley Veterinary Clinc. You guys will always be in my hear.

As a last resort, I call this place, they said they would be happy to and could do him the same day (Saturday). I was so relieved I was willing to pay a lot to get this done, but after all was said and done, I was only charged a fraction of what I use to pay for him.Thank you so much. I've been taking both my dogs here for about 2 years now and I have been nothing but disappointed with the service this veterinarian provides. They're over priced on literally everything from a microchip to seeing a the vet for an examination. Some of the staff is rude and they try to oversale you on whatever you may be in need of. For example I took my 60 pound male in because he had kennel cough. They tell me I need to pay around $50 for antibiotics that I need to give him twice a day for a certain period of time which is fine, but my female dog which weighs 40 pounds ended up getting the cough as well. I took her in and they prescribed me the same exact medicine, same exact miligrams but they want me to give her 3 a day.... Yet she weighs 20 pounds less than my male.. So that alone tells you they don't care about correctly resolving a sickness your dog my have. A friend of mines dog ended up getting the cough as well but when she took her dog in they told her they needed to put her under anistesia and stick a tube down her throat to see if she had something stuck in her airways... They knew damn well what was wrong with her dog.. She could have spent 50 bucks on antibiotics but she ended up spending well over $500 on this unnecessary procedure. Mind you the main vet here drives a $200,000 Mercedes... Sad to say this place is a scam.

She got her nails clipped, (she didn't like to go to the groomers) got her shots here, check ups, allergy check ups...everything. The staff knew her, she knew the staff and I miss having that comfort. We moved out of state recently to WA and finding a new vet is going to be a process for us. I'm sure every dog owner wants that comfort. I wish you all the best in finding that for you and your dog. If your still looking for that, give Pedley Vet a try.

I bring all four of my dogs here and I've never had a bad experience. Recently my dachshund/beagle mix needed emergency surgery because she was attacked by another dog. They thoroughly explained the procedure, costs, and aftercare with me. I paid about $400 more for the same procedure/same dog at another animal hospital about a year ago which seemed more like a business who wanted to take my money rather than a hospital that actually cares about my dog's life. Thanks to them my dog is in recovery, happy and healthy! I also have a German Shepherd puppy that got his 3rd set of shots with them today and each time they treat him like he is their own pet. I always appreciate the extra care they take with my dogs. All of their staff are very knowledgable and friendly. I will be continuing to take my dogs here for years to come!

I love Pedley Vet! Well the start of this story I was recommended by a friend to come here when I had unknowingly bought a Saint Bernard puppy who had parvo. Took him here and the staff was absolutely great with him. Gretchen is unbelievable! She took great care of him and would call me with updates of how he was doing! She even checked up on him on her day off! I am so thankful for the staff at Pedley Vet! They are the friendliest staff I've ever have come across! They were so patient with us and let us come visit him whenever we wanted! My Saint Bernard puppy is now 8 months old and is healthy as ever! I now bring both of my dogs here. And prices here are very affordable. They are defiantly in business for the love of animals and not money like some offices. I will be sticking with Pedley Vet and recommending them to all my friends and family! Thank you staff and Drs at Pedley Vet for always taking good care of Goliath and Bentley! My family and I have been taking our pets here for around 20 years or so. We've never had any issues and they've always done what they could to save our babies. Today I brought my 10 years old cat in because she was very ill (her walls collapsed and she pushed it out thru her rectum..very painful). I had the choice of attempting a surgery to put her back together or to put her down. I made the very hard decision to end her suffering and to put her down. I walked in sobbing, sat in the room holding onto to my baby sobbing and walked out sobbing. They were so kind to me even though I was a complete wreck. I just want them to know I appreciated their help today and their kind words. Today was in no way easy for me, but the staff really made an effort to make me feel better.As always, I'll continue to take my animals here.Thank you again for helping me and my kitty

CAUTION! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO THIS HOSPITAL! When it comes to a serious issue you won't be able to depend on them and take my word for it. My dog had two surgeries done on his tail, the first one was to remove a mass and when we took him back two weeks later they had to amputate it because it wasn't healing right and it got infected, RED FLAG! After the second surgery his tale got infected again, mind you, he wears a cone all of the time, he is an indoor dog, and I have had to take time off of work so I can watch him like a hawk, and it still got infected. I decided to take him to another doctor for a second opinion and he said that not only did my dog need a stronger antibiotic but he also needed more stitches and a bandage needed to be applied to protect from foreign bodies getting into the incision, ALL OF THIS WAS NOT DONE AT PEDLEY VETERINARY HOSPITAL. So far we have spent close to 2 grand at Pedley due to the doctors incompetence. Not including the 200 bucks we had to spend at another hospital because we are unable to trust PEDLEY VETERINARY HOSPITAL. They are quite aware of my dissatisfaction with their conduct thus far, but that doesn't mean they can allow their receptionists to be rude and nasty to me especially after everything that I'am going through with my dog. Apart of me is scared he is going to die from this infection but I'am hoping another doctor can care enough to save his life and get him on the proper road to recovery where he belongs.

If you have ever had to seek medical help with no insurance, I'm sure you are aware of the level of care you receive... it's not good..Some people seem to have this weird perception that if vets love animals so much, why don't they just do it for free? A vet clinic is still a business. Lights needs to be kept on, rent needs to get paid. If they gave free services to everyone who loved their dogs/cats but had no money, there would be no vet clinics. How come no one ever expects mechanics to fix your car for free? They love cars, don't they?YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME NO DOUBT! WOULD NEVER EVEERERR THINGK ABOUT GOING TO ANOTHER PLACE,THANKS!

When asked how much they charge for neutering a 160 dog I was told $310.00, but interestingly enough I was just charged a little under $1,000.00 for fixing a broken toenail! When I asked how they could justify charging 3 times as much for a procedure that requires much less medical attention, I was told that I signed the estimate! The estimate was for a broken toe not a broken nail. Even in the worst case scenerio, I cannot imagine charging this excessive amount for a toenail! I was basically told that as I had signed the estimate they could charge anything for what they "deemed" necessary! They fixed a toenail!!!! God forbid that you would really need extensive medical care at this hospital - They might take your house!!! When I showed the bill to other veterinary hospitals they were amazed, one hospital told me that my dog would have had to have a much more serious injury and stayed for a number of days to be charged this much! Do not trust these people they inflate their billing to the extent that to have a manicure costs as much as 3 vasectomys!!!!!! Protect your pets from unnecessary procedures take them elsewhere and save a fortune!

My family and I have used Pedley Veterinary Hospital for years. They used to also handle large animals and used to come out and vet our horses. They doctors there are fantastic, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeble and I have NEVER had a problem. I took my friends dog in after he had half his muzzle ripped off fence fighting with another dog. They were great and took Sparky right in. My older dog had been in a family members care while I was out of state. I came back to find that he had been in a cage at another local vet for almost a week while they ran "test" on him trying to figure out what was wrong. I picked him up and took him to Pedley the very same day. With one xray they were able to tell me he had cancer. When his time came I received a card from them expressing their sympathies. I refer all my friends to them, they offer excellent care for a reasonable price.
