This place has taken care of my animals for the past 30 years, 5 dogs and 2 cats and even a pair of rabbits that someone dumped at the park. It was alright as far as price $35 for an exam. I went to get my dog checked if she was in heat but rather I left really heartbroken when the vetenarian kept telling me that I was wasting my money on my paralyzed dog. My dog got hit by a car and can't walk and I have decided to keep her. I bought her own wheelchair where she can get around. He kept saying it was better to euthanize her because I was always going to keep "wasting my money" on her. I told him I have decided to keep her and I don't care to pay for her when I see she still gets happy she eats she plays, and plus I wasn't going for that reason, she was in heat and I just wanted to know if she could get spayed. I didn't go in for his personal opinion. I cried alot because he made me feel I had to kill her due to her condition, but I know im not going to something I know it's not right when I see her and she gets happy playing and living a normal life. Took my dog in and the vet gave him shoots and medication and he was getting sicker and the medication did not work so unfortunately my dog died. This place is a scam. Don't risk being your pet to this "animal hospital" if you truly love your pet, don't bring them here. Also don't be cheap and only bring your pet here because it's affordable. My dog went in having bronchitis, doctor gave him medicine saying he'd get better with in weeks. My dog was getting worse, he wouldn't eat, sleep, play, or walk. He wasn't the same anymore. We took my dog to see this doctor multiple times. A week after he has neumonia, my dog could barely breath. Doctor gave him multiple shots, and medicines, he even showed us X-rays and guaranteed my god would be healthy. My poor little dog died. I was promised that my dog would return to being the happy dog he was before, my family and I wouldn't hesitate to pay the medical bills, we didn't care the amount we spent as long as he would get better. My dog died in my own arms. My childhood, my best friend, my little one. For those who need a vet and read this, know this clinic is the worst, it's all business. They don't care for your pets, they only do this for money. If you love your pet, don't make the mistake of bringing it to this clinic. Screw this "animal clinic". Read Less

Dr. Oh and Shirley have helped us through the good and the bad and provided what we feel was the best care possible every time. If you want a Place with that small, hometown feel, this is it. charged me $50 for a check up , ok , fine . after the check up they said they will call me with the results of the tests they had taken on my cat . they never called . after waiting 2 weeks i called regarding the test results & they claimed that they told me the results were negative & nothing is wrong with my cat the same day i brought her in . ha ! no . or else i wouldnt have waited the 2 weeks , and had them do further tests on my cat to find out whats wrong with her . the help desk lady , the one who answers the calls , is very unprofessional and rude . she really started an argument with me about this matter and really hung up on me without fixing the issue or answering my questions . dont waste your time at a bootleg veterinary clinic , go spend your money at a place where the staff is happy to resolve customer problems . i really feel they just stole $50 from me bc i did not get what i went there for . now i have to go some place else where they will actually do what im paying them for . Rip off stay away,  I was quoted 98 dollars for each of my dogs to have there teeth cleaned, my wife picked them up and they charged her 823 dollars they would not give her the dogs back until she paid this place also removed 14 teeth from are small dog there was nothing wrong with most of these teeth, dr oh just removed them to run up the bill with no concern for our dog Read Less

They killed my 5 year old. They didn't have any permission to put him to sleep to perform x-rays. When I have any of my pet that have not been put under, I always have them tested to make sure they don't have any bad reaction that could lead to death. This @SS decided to do it without my permission and my cat OD just to take x-Rays? The staff has 2, one doc and one nurse! Take your pet to a vet that has a full staff so proper care and not laziness which ends in deaths. They even charged up front so I couldn't even get a refund. Lesson learned, never go to a vet that wants money up front, and that doesn't have a staff of 5 or more. I'm sure many "death accidents" happen here. TERRIBLE! This clown "fixed" my dogg last week. Had to take him back yesterday bcuz he had no stiches w an open cut. My mom picked him up for me while i was at work.
