Friendly enough staff, but didn't catch heart murmur at exam, so when I went to have him fixed they didn't want to do procedure. Risky. So lost my confidence right away, since vet at a clinic caught it within a few seconds.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I've been coming here for 3 years now cause I didn't know about the loomis basin veterinary clinic which I recommend there then here. Every single time I came in for a checkup and shots they ended up adding more useless crap on my bill to jack up the price so they could make more money. The veterinarian is rude and doesn't care what you have to say cause "they know best" while other veterinarians have told me different. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! Go to loomis basin veterinary clinic

I am very disappointed. I went in with a $10 voucher. I was told they DO NOT give pain meds during the procedure unless you pay the extra $35. Which doesn't make sense due to the fact that their clien...
I am very disappointed. I went in with a $10 voucher. I was told they DO NOT give pain meds during the procedure unless you pay the extra $35. Which doesn't make sense due to the fact that their clients are coming in with a coupon because they can't afford full priced services. And it is inhumane. Not only that my kittens insicion is HUGE!! poor thing can't hardly move! When I come to pick up they tried to tell me my cat was in heat so they charged me an additional $55!!!!!!!! When she had already had her first heat not even 10 days earlier. Never going back there. Will be taking her somewhere else to get the stitches out.

I almost hate to write a good review because this place is so amazing. Like best kept secret amazing. We have boarded our dogs multiple times with them and they love them. It's really been the best experience we've ever had with boarding. The dogs love it and it's alway a pleasant experience.

Love this place. It has been in Rocklin for a long time so the inside is not as fancy as a new vet office but the doctor is very knowledge. I take my animals there every year. They help me with diets so I know what to feed them as they get older. If you are looking for a vet this is the place to go.

This place is great with animals. I needed medical attention for my cat in a hurry. They got me in, examined my cat, and she was better by the next day. Everyone was very friendly.

I've been to several vets over the years with my two pugs. Dr. Taylor and her staff have been tops in their professionalism, friendliness, and cost. So many veterinarians charge astronomical prices for their services. Dr. Taylor is very reasonably priced for excellent service, and from experience, that goes a long way. Highly recommend!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I've been coming here for 3 years now cause I didn't know about the loomis basin veterinary clinic which I recommend there then here. I am very disappointed. I went in with a $10 voucher. I was told they DO NOT give pain meds during the procedure unless you pay the extra $35. Which doesn't make sense due to the fact that their clients are coming in with a coupon because they can't afford full priced services. And it is inhumane. Love this place. It has been in Rocklin for a long time so the inside is not as fancy as a new vet office but the doctor is very knowledge. I take my animals there every year. They help me with diets so I know what to feed them as they get older. If you are looking for a vet this is the place to go.
