If I could give this place no stars I would. I've been coming here for 3 years now cause I didn't know about the loomis basin veterinary clinic which I recommend there then here. Every single time I came in for a checkup and shots they ended up adding more useless crap on my bill to jack up the price so they could make more money. The veterinarian is rude and doesn't care what you have to say cause "they know best" while other veterinarians have told me different. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE! I am very disappointed. I went in with a $10 voucher. I was told they DO NOT give pain meds during the procedure unless you pay the extra $35. Which doesn't make sense due to the fact that their clients are coming in with a coupon because they can't afford full priced services. And it is inhumane. Not only that my kittens insicion is HUGE!! poor thing can't hardly move! When I come to pick up they tried to tell me my cat was in heat so they charged me an additional $55!!!!!!!! When she had already had her first heat not even 10 days earlier. Never going back there. Will be taking her somewhere else to get the stitches out.
