They were great. They gave me options as to what kind of test to run. What would be best for my cat. As well what I really had to have to make him better. The vet even took off the office visit charge. I felt like she wasn't just a vet she was an animal lover. It was not just a job to her. She sat on the floor and even played with my Jackie. The best

I have been coming here for many years. I absolutely love Doctors Powers and Frederick along with the Vet Techs and all the support staff. I have had a lot of issues with my dog for all her life. The Doctors are so compassionate (to me and my animals) and have listened and worked with me so well with many medical issues. They are able to help me keep things in perspective and they have never pushed any treatments on me. My dog is small and both these doctors always come in the room and get down on the floor to greet and examine my dog. I am always impressed with all the staff, they are so friendly, knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

I don't appreciate the fact that you guys locked the doors early for the 3rd time that I've been there a 20-30 mins before close because I can only come after work. So NOT COOL. I am completely dissat...
I don't appreciate the fact that you guys locked the doors early for the 3rd time that I've been there a 20-30 mins before close because I can only come after work. So NOT COOL. I am completely dissatisfied, and if you guys don't want my money then fine I will take my business elsewhere. We called the phone line and it said "staff meeting" but I could see the front desk person peaking out the door at me and my mom. She kept looking out and then would walk to the corner and hide. Then when we drove off I saw her watch us and go back up front. This isn't the first time like I said before that this has happened. One time I came in 15 mins before close and they said they were just about to lock up but "I guess I can help you really quick". I don't think business should be ran this way, especially us that can't go during work. So you need to change your hours then if you're going to close up early. If I could give 0 stars I would.

In addition to feeling scared and anxious for myself, my CG family, and my Sonoma County friends and neighbors - I am feeling GRATEFUL!!!! Grateful for the 6-8 fire trucks and 3 ambulances that were north bound on hwy 101 (too dark to tell where they were from). I am also grateful for the wonderful doctors that are helping and advising me on how to help Seeley. Dr. Carlston and her nurse who are working from VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County; Dr. Frederick and the VCA North Park Vet Clinic; and Dr. Pesch, Animal Healing Arts Center - I am so grateful For the care and concern you've shown us for the past month and most especially today, 11 Oct.

First visit to see Dr. Powers for our cat Magic..she spent a lot of time explaining everything we needed to know about his diagnosis & treatment of his thyroid condition. She was not only very patient explaining our questions, but very gentle to our cat...and Magic doesn't trust many people, he was very calm & trusting with her. Highly recommend taking your animal Dr. Powers.

I have had and continue to have a wonderful experience with all of the staff at North Park! They are so friendly and understanding. Almost a year ago, when I adopted my 3 year old jack russell/westie, I was having trouble housebreaking him. He was very stubborn and made me think he just couldn't control himself. After four months of diligent training and no luck, it was definitely time to take him to the vet to figure out what is wrong with his bladder!! The doctor gave me wonderful print outs from a book and I started to follow those steps. After a few weeks of patience, it had worked wonders! I even got a call back from the doctor to check in on my little guy. No accidents after that and no prescriptions needed! Thank you so much North Park! We have finally found a clinic that's right for my little pooches. I highly recommend VCA North Park Animal Hospital for all your concerns and needs!

My demanding 11 month old cat responded calmly to Dr. Jennifer which he does NOT do at his other vet. We are fans for life now :) She was great. She's super smart and easy to talk to. They also use sm...
My demanding 11 month old cat responded calmly to Dr. Jennifer which he does NOT do at his other vet. We are fans for life now :) She was great. She's super smart and easy to talk to. They also use small needles for vaccines and an inner ear thermometer instead of rectal, which is a huge plus for my cat. Plus they upload all info online so you can view your pets files, tests etc. We will be returning. You definitely have a new fan Dr Jennifer. Thank you

I have been coming here for many years. I absolutely love Doctors Powers and Frederick along with the Vet Techs and all the support staff. I have had a lot of issues with my dog for all her life. The Doctors are so compassionate (to me and my animals) and have listened and worked with me so well with many medical issues. They are able to help me keep things in perspective and they have never pushed any treatments on me.
