DO NOT LET THE DECENT RATING FOOL YOU! Would HIGHLY suggest going to a different clinic. To begin, the Vet had our family thinking our dog had a terminal illness, which was quite traumatic, but the visit itself was terrible in its own... Poor handling of my pet, along with an aggressive tone, and cold stature, paired with a condescending attitude towards myself (the owner) from the doctor, made for a very poor experience! Seek medical help for your pets elsewhere, they will be better off, and much happier!

We used to go here when the old vets, Flom and Bell were here; so we "inherited" Dr. Farhart when she bought the practice. Our lab had a sore on his tail which she mishandled badly. She tried covering...
We used to go here when the old vets, Flom and Bell were here; so we "inherited" Dr. Farhart when she bought the practice. Our lab had a sore on his tail which she mishandled badly. She tried covering it with bandages which turned into a liquid, gooey mess. Clearly it needed to air out instead of be covered up. The tail was then amputated because she said it wouldn't heal. When our other dog was examined by her, instead of having us put him on the exam table, she cornered him between my chair and the wall, and he felt threatened by that, and let out a low growl. She then saw his black tongue (normal for his breed) and said "OH he has a black tongue, we'll have to muzzle him". He has never been aggressive towards people and has never bitten. Every time she saw him, she commented on the black tongue and muzzled him. Needless to say, we changed vets.

This is the only place I will bring my cat (Buster). Beth Farnhardt's attitude and compassion towards animals is amazing. I drive from Santa Rosa whenever Buster needs a shot or check up. She is completely understanding and their prices cant be beat. Buster has a special diet and I buy his food from them every month. They sell it cheaper than anywhere else.
