Horrible..won't return calls...Dr case spent less than 10 min with my 12yr old cat who was rapidly losing weight... she and another vet that never saw him decided to refer me to a cardiac veterinarian so we could take care of his teeth even though he had a severe heart murmur. Totally ignored the fact that he was vomiting and had diarrhea I quickly went to another vet who did one ultrasound to determine that he was full of tumors and sent him home to die peacefully. Had I listen to these horrible vets he would have been put through a painful surgery for absolutely nothing! Beware don't let them torture your pet Read Less

They were recommended to me by a friend who I trusted. I have a very ill elderly cat they were kind and got me in right away but they absolutely do not return calls! After $200 worth of blood test you think they would at least tell you the results without me making three phone calls. Once I finally talked to a vet I tried to call back the next day because I was worried about his continual weight loss and was told she only works one day a week. Was also told someone would return my call this did not happen. Now I'm in a horrible spot I don't trust them have to find a new vet Meanwhile my cat is getting skinnier and very sick. Read Less

This small space is huge in heart! The staff are always patient and polite to us fur baby parents... Even the doctors on call are amazing! I love that doc really is there for the animals... I highly recommend them to anyone! Read Less

I have a 9 week old basset hound puppy that I am taking in this Saturday for his 2nd set of shots, this vet came highly recommended by several people I know. Not only is she caring for my basset hound but we moved into a home that had to feral kittens running around that no one claimed and no one would help. So I started feeding them and working with them to get them to trust me. One of them was killed by Coyotes and the other was terrified without their sibling. I named him CLYDE, he is a gorgeous long hair tabby that looks like a maine coon. Super sweet and loving and loves pets now. This doctor is neutering him for free with a voucher they obtained and helping me look for a foster home for this kitten since he is still out doors and will be after he his fixed also because I cannot take him inside. This clinic and its staff have gone WAY above and beyond what any other clinic would do to help this stray kitten Clyde. They take care of my puppy Roscoe and they REALLY CARE about animals, they are not in it to make money like other vets and clinics are. Are they fancy and modern, no, but does your pet care about such things NO!! All your pet cares about is good care...are they going to pamper you and give you wine while you wait, no, but again your pet wants good honest care. I am happy I found this clinic! UPDATE: Roscoe is done with his puppy shots and his rabies and is 5 months old now. This clinic has been affordable, very informative and super helpful. They actually helped us find homes for TWO kitties, Clyde and another cat that was an adult that showed up and no one was taking care of. THIS CLINIC IS GREAT, NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE! Read Less

They aren't salespeople trying to sell you their most expensive products and best of all they aren't hard for me to get an appointment with. Dr. Case and staff truly care about our little ones. She also works with my favorite cat adoption group, Fluffbuddies with neutering and office visits. Her prices are reasonable. They don't have all the expensive equipment that larger offices may have but that may be why they can offer quality care at fair prices. Read Less

This office is not fancy...So for those of you who want a fancy off ice with fancy prices....stay away. Dr. Case and her staff are the best. Sometimes you have to wait a while, but your pets will be well taken care of. That's the most important thing.......GREAT Staff too. Read Less

She doesn't put my pets through unnecessary procedures, she is very honest. It's easy to make appointments and prices are more than reasonable. The Dr. at this vet is so sweet. She really loves the animals and gives her full attention to the owner and pet. I never feel rushed and she is easy going and understanding. The facility smells musty and is outdated, but I still bring my Dog here when she needs a vet visit. Read Less

It's been a year since my little cat "Angel" was put to sleep because of her health just following the death of my mother.  Seven years prior my Angel  had been poisoned from a pet food recall during the same time my father had passed away.  My Angel was my "family" since I have no childen. She was close to my heart.  Angel almost died from the poisoned pet fool if it were not for the staff at Cirby Sunrise Veterinary Hospital.   I'd like to say that during the hardest times of my life, my loving Angel gave me "unconditional" love.  Dr. Case and her staff provided Angel with the best care, attention, and love for over seven years.  I will always be indebted for their professional and humane care.   I highly recommend this clinic and their staff....Joanne Read Less
