The female Dr. White Is very rude and not very nice. Our poor little guy was so anxious and distraught. Instead of letting us calm him down she made it worse by having the staff hold him down and force the situation. Now we have to medicate him when we take him in and that is best for him because she does not care. We do what is best for him. He gets so upset when we go there, we just cannot anymore. She is horrible. On top of that she charges an arm and a leg for doing Nothing. She spends 5 sec, writes a script and walks out. Read Less

This dog hospital is great they take very good of my dog even though he a bitter and a screamer.  The staff is very nice and I think anybody with a terrior or is it a terror, but I only trust them to take care of my rescue dog Rossi and Iam 68 years old and they help me.  You should make them your Cats or Dogs Veterinary Office and if they took horses I would take my 2 there, but Loomis basin takes care of them.  Go there and you'll be very happy Just once because the price is  great. We just transitioned over to Dr. White after our vet retired. Dr. White is an excellent Doctor! She knows how to put the patient at ease and work with the parents of the pet. We have two beautiful boy cats and one had to have his tooth worked on. Dr. White showed us what was going on and explained what needed to be done to set things right. This vet is next door to a pet resort that boards pets for short and long term stays. Although separate, they work together to make sure your pet is happy and healthy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that the pet resort needs a grass area. Read Less

I appreciated all the great service we have gotten from Dr. Jennifer White. Our cat that was found by my daughter was medically attended by the humane society. After a couple of days we went to see if we could adopt him. We adopted and had him checked out by West Roseville Ve Hospital for a follow up check up. One year later we had him check out again. West Roseville Veterinary Hospital is the place to take your furry family members for any veterinary or pet boarding needs. They have a pet resort next to the hospital. The staff have taken great care of both our dogs and cat. I can't say enough about their friendly staff. I year ago, we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our sweet 13 year-old black lab, and I'll have to say that they were very patient and they were there to help us through that very difficult decision. We have been taking our dog to the vet and boarding facility for years and he loves it! We have tried dog sitters, but found he doesn't eat. He loves going and they take great care of him. When he needs a little extra TLC, they take him they immediately contact us and then take right over to the vet. It's a perfect combo. Read Less

I cannot say enough about the doctors, techs and front office staff. They are not only great at their jobs, they are truly good people! It was an unfortunate circumstance that brought us there 4 years ago. Our cat was severely injured and they took such good care of him and us. I have take all 3 of my dogs to West Roseville Vet for many years. I recently had to take my Lab in to be put down. The staff was so sympathetic and caring.
