Over the years we’ve had to take our older dogs there for their trip across the rainbow bridge 😥 and the staff actually cares not just about how the animals are doing - but also how YOU’RE doing. Love this place! They are supportive and caring I have a 'difficult' dog who bites and can be unruly around other dogs. They take care when we come in...taking him straight to the back to ensure everyone's safety. We had a teeth cleaning, nails clipped and booty glands cleaned. He ended up needing a tooth pulled which was a huge relief as he was more comfortable after. So grateful for Arden Animal Hospital!!! Read Less

Lied to twice. First i was told i couldnt do a first exam and a fix on the same day. Second, i chose here because they told me 40$ for a male fix and 60$ for a female. Actual price was over 400 for one cat fix. Thanks for wasting my time. Read Less

I have been going to Arden Animal Hospital for a long while now and will continue as their staff and service are amaxing. I just wanted to point out their recent gentleness and compassion. A little while back, we lost our cat and came in to have her put to sleep. My daughter (12) wanted to be there as this was "her" kitty. This, however was the first time she was present for one of our animals passing. The staff asked her and I if we wanted to be there and my daughter elected to remain. They then took time to explain what would happen so my daughter would not be surprised and placed us in private room so we have a little more time to say our goodbyes. GREED. After spending $450 for what turned out to be a cat cold with them last year (tests, tests, TESTS because they are profitable!) Today I called because I have a feral cat in my yard with an infection. I asked if they would work with me on the prices so that I could pay to have the cat treated. They told me to take it to an animal shelter, where it will most likely be euthanized, because they WOULD NOT treat the animal with an antibiotic shot for less than $100. I can't imagine being so heartless, and shamelessly GREEDY that you would refuse to help someone get a cat that isn't even theirs treated and would rather see that cat go to a shelter and be killed than make less of a profit on a half an hour visit. we took our new stray cat in to get all the basic tests done and some eyedrops for her. all the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and our new kitty responded very well to the doctor. I had a lot of questions she was able to answer for me, and both Hexe and I are very pleased with the visit. highly recommended! Read Less
