Dr. Frank and staff turned out to be a real disappointment. When we first started taking our pets here, it was nice that Dr. Frank seemed very thorough and his staff were friendly and competent. After a while, there were a lot of staff turnovers, medications weren't ordered on time, refunds for meds weren't given as promised and we had to take our animals to other vets for emergencies because they kept changing their hours and days they were open. The final straw was a horrible experience when we had to put our cat to sleep. Dr. Frank threatened not to do it without doing more tests even though he had already told us at an earlier appt. there was nothing more he could do and we should take him home so everyone could say their goodbyes and bring him back the following day to be euthanized. Frank is the best vet I've ever had. He explains everything and truly cares about animals. The prices beat any other pet hospital by far and some of the time he wont even charge for the visit. I don't know the circumstances of the other review here on Google but it probably sounds like the dog was almost unsavable and the owner had no intentions of paying if the dog died. Just based on their review I wouldn't trust them either. Read Less
