Services can be split into multiple visits for pets that perform better during shorter activity periods. Post-visit planning incorporates body-language guides alongside emotional response scales for patients to track at home. It is recommended that owners modify their communication patterns timing and everyday activities to support post-care decompression. The establishment of follow-up actions depends on behavioral readiness instead of fixed schedules. VCA All Our Pets Animal Hospital delivers a veterinary rhythm for pet families in Sacramento and nearby California communities that supports physical healing and emotional self-regulation without compromising clinical precision.

I've been here three times, the first two times were great. Super nice people, nice vet, and the gal who was the vets assistant was amazing. Then I had the misfortune of interacting with Kathryn at the front desk. She is the most blantantly rude, combative and disrespectful person that I have ever encountered. She obviously does not care how her behavior reflects on their business. I don't like the idea of people like her being around my dog. The other issue is they quoted me an estimate for a procedure stating in front of a witness that the estimate range shown was for the entire procedure. According to Kathryn, if my dog needs to be sedated again, I need to pay an additional $119, and will also owe for the second dose of medicine even though it states two doses included on my receipt. Lastly, when I brought her in for her second procedure they didn't have the meds so I have to bring her again for a third time. Being overcharged is one thing, being disrespected is another. There was another customer in the vet that heard everything. Thought I found a great place, but I won't go back again once my dog gets her last medicine application because of Kathryn. Read Less

We are truly grateful for Dr. Clemmer, Grace Davis and the staff at VCA. They handled the euthanasia of our dog, Maxwell, with compassion and kindness. They truly care for the animals as if they were their own, and identified with and comforted our family. I am impressed with their calm communication of what was happening, their gentleness towards our dog and how they gave us as much time with our pet as we needed before, during, and after the procedure. We will forever be thankful for our experience at VCA. They were a blessing during a very difficult time. Read Less

Everything is priced a good 20-40% higher than at other vet offices (i.e. $175 for a senior lab panel vs. $130, $113 for a protein/creatinine ratio vs. $75, $54 office visit vs. $48, $996 for surgical teeth cleaning & extraction vs. $563, etc). All of that adds up, of course, and we had to wind up taking our animals to a new place. It was too bad. I really liked the docs there.Read Less
