If I could I would give everyone who works there a million stars instead of just five out of five. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. My vet worked with me knowing I have limited funds. And my dog who's named Bear loves no only going there but everyone who works there especially the temp. vet Dr. Sanchez and tech Trent. Thank you to everyone you are all "Bear's Angels". And you are very close to my home which makes it so easy for me considering I have to walk.

Eh. Dr tried prescribing my cat things she didn't need. No one was really genuine or seemed to care about my financial situation or the care of my cat. Wouldnt recommend. First visit is suppose to be free, and then the Dr tried to charge me 60$ and I told her that the first visit is free (like it says on the site) then she tried to ask for a coupon? And tried to charge me 200$ for my cat who had a simpel eye infection... Bought the eye medication that was only 20$ and my cat is perfectly fine. They only want money. What a shame.

I took my recently adopted rescue cat here with a voucher to cover a general check up. They advised me she needed a long list of treatments and vaccines that pertain to an outdoor cat(she is indoor only and my only pet). I initially suspected she had an ear infection. They confirmed this and explained that she needed $445 worth of care. They made me feel like a heartless troll because I asked that she simply be treated for her infection. They claimed to have cleaned her ears, which were still dirty when I got her home, and sent me home with medication to administer myself. The visit was $260. I noticed the medication only mentioned dosage for DOGS! My biggest complaint is that they refused to actually show me how to administer the medication and that her ear infection never got better only worse. She now has sores on the corners of her mouth. I cnt believe I paid $260 for dog medication and I have a sicker cat. If anyone has a suggestion on where I can take her please please share.

Tonight has been the 3rd visit to the ER for our dog because of vca Greenhaven. They are incompetent. They will lie and give you false security and your dog will end up on deaths door. They Do Not Care about your beloved pet. They will say anything to get you off the phone. The vets are all talk and the techs and front staff just want you off the phone so they will literally make anything up.

Techs and Vets are very understanding of animals and do their best to disarm them. Our vet got on the floor with our dog and gave her treats. Our dog is not the most people oriented animal, but it made my wife and I feel better. Vaccines are also half off on sundays

I discovered my newly rescued adult cat was tapeworm infested over memorial day weekend. Early Tuesday morning, after being turned away rudely by not one but two vets, I walked in to newly remodeled and hectically busy VCA Greenhaven Vet. I didn't care if I had to wait all day, I just wanted Moses to be treated. Not only did they treat him immediately (and compassionately) but they were beyond kind and gifted my 5 year old daughter with a color changing water bottle which literally made her day. Thank you to the staff here, you literally made this family's day and my kitty is looking 100% better.

They went down hill with the new vet. Brought my dog in cause he has a skin condition. The vet before was awesome, gave me the medication I needed and it worked. With the new vet she wanted to do test and didn't find anything and wanted to do more test. I was trying to save some money and order the medication online and they wouldn't make a 2 minute phone call and approve it.

This VCA Pet Hospital is just TERRIFIC! I just adopted a 5 month old yorkie a week ago. I looked up some vet places online and called around for prices. When I do research, I also pay attention to how people answer their phones and help you. Right away when I called VCA, I felt welcomed and they really wanted to help me. They stay open late Monday-Wednesdays, which makes it much easier for me since I work all day. When I brought my Little Bear in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The technician and Doctor was absolutely great! They were in no rush at all, they took their time to talk to us about vaccines and how to keep our little one healthy. The doctor even called the next day to see how our Little Bear was doing after his vaccines the day before. It was a comfortable and sweet experience! I definitely would recommend friends and family to this place! You won't regret it!

I've been a client of Pocket Animal Hospital for several years before it merged with VCA Greenhaven. I enjoy the fact that most of the same people (both vets and techs) that my dog and I are comfortable with stayed. However, the increased prices is frustrating, as well as some of the services originally provided free of charge at Pocket are now longer provided at Greenhaven; it seems like everything is now ala carte. But the services are still great, and I love how I got to keep my dog's vet and vet techs.

the prices are ridiculous, but that's not what prompted me to write this review. despite the fact that my cat was seen there a few months ago, and that i spent hundreds of dollars there fighting a high fever brought on by a sudden infection (by the way, the care they recommended would have cost thousands), they just denied this petrx prescription for standard, preventative care FLEA MEDICINE because they want him to come in for a standard check up (which, by the way, will cost you over a hundred dollars). my advice: avoid at all cost.

Tonight has been the 3rd visit to the ER for our dog because of vca Greenhaven. They are incompetent. They will lie and give you false security and your dog will end up on deaths door. They Do Not Care about your beloved pet. They will say anything to get you off the phone. Techs and Vets are very understanding of animals and do their best to disarm them. Our vet got on the floor with our dog and gave her treats. Our dog is not the most people oriented animal, but it made my wife and I feel better. Vaccines are also half off on sundays

I discovered my newly rescued adult cat was tapeworm infested over memorial day weekend. Early Tuesday morning, after being turned away rudely by not one but two vets, I walked in to newly remodeled and hectically busy VCA Greenhaven Vet. I didn't care if I had to wait all day, I just wanted Moses to be treated. Not only did they treat him immediately (and compassionately) but they were beyond kind and gifted my 5 year old daughter with a color changing water bottle which literally made her day. Thank you to the staff here, you literally made this family's day and my kitty is looking 100% better.

They went down hill with the new vet. Brought my dog in cause he has a skin condition. The vet before was awesome, gave me the medication I needed and it worked. With the new vet she wanted to do test and didn't find anything and wanted to do more test. This VCA Pet Hospital is just TERRIFIC! I just adopted a 5 month old yorkie a week ago. I looked up some vet places online and called around for prices. When I do research, I also pay attention to how people answer their phones and help you. Right away when I called VCA, I felt welcomed and they really wanted to help me. They stay open late Monday-Wednesdays, which makes it much easier for me since I work all day. When I brought my Little Bear in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. The technician and Doctor was absolutely great! They were in no rush at all, they took their time to talk to us about vaccines and how to keep our little one healthy. The doctor even called the next day to see how our Little Bear was doing after his vaccines the day before. It was a comfortable and sweet experience! I've been a client of Pocket Animal Hospital for several years before it merged with VCA Greenhaven. I enjoy the fact that most of the same people (both vets and techs) that my dog and I are comfortable with stayed. However, the increased prices is frustrating, as well as some of the services originally provided free of charge at Pocket are now longer provided at Greenhaven; it seems like everything is now ala carte. But the services are still great, and I love how I got to keep my dog's vet and vet techs.
