My girlfriend and I have taken our pets here (1 dog, 3 cats, several of our different pet rats) to be seen for various ailments and finally had enough of the crappy service from the staff. The doctor we usually see, Dr. Pazzi, has always been very nice to us and our pets but she has unfortunately hired a bunch of pricks as assistants. One woman in particular, an older woman who seems like a burned-out R.E.O. Speedwagon groupie, is particularly rude to us and is not the least bit helpful.
Our dog gets a rash on inner thighs occasionally. We took her there and they did a skin culture and gave us antibiotics to help heal her thighs. The antibiotics ran out before the rash had disappeared. We paid for a second dose, which seemed to do the trick. A few weeks later, her rash reappeared. When we called to get a third dose, they told us we would have to pay for another office visit, culture and more antibiotics. After a little debate, they gave us more of the antibiotics.
Recently, we hoped to get a prescription through this vet hospital for more heartworm medicine so that we could send it in to an online site that would fill it for us. Our dog was adopted from the SPCA, was given a heartworm test there, and it came back negative. We've had her on Sentinel since then. Long story short, they vet wouldn't fill the Rx, even after showing them proof, and they were incredibly rude about it. This was after different staff members told us that it wouldn't be a problem to give us the Rx.
DO NOT GO TO THIS VET HOSPITAL. THEY ONLY SEEM TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT MONEY!!! Read Less
