We're a first time pet family so we didn't know what to expect, VIntage Park Vet Clinic was awesome. We took Levi, our 8 month bichon, for a check up in July and they were awesome. Dr. Sadang was kind and very patient as he explained a lot of things that was important for us to know.  Levi wasn't feeling too well yesterday, and when I called they had immeediate openings. He had all the medication our pet needed and the speciaity food as well. The clinic is clean and well maintained. Dr. Sadang and his staff is awesome. I rarely ever leave reviews, but this Veterinary Clinic I took my cat to totally met my expectations. My 7 year old male cat, I noticed was starting to lick his bottom frequently and started to rub his bum on the carpet for a few days. I thought this was odd since he has never ever done this before. Overall experience...Staff were quite friendly, very knowledgeable, and Dr. Dennis Sadang was a PERFECT Veterinary who listened to my concerns and let me talk. I will definitely bring my cat back here for further consultations that may arrive in the future. Turns out my cat has hairballs and since I've just moved from San Jose to Sacramento, stress is also a contributing factor. Thank you Dr. Sadang and Staff for taking care of my Cat!!! Read Less

Don't take your pets here...recently brought my cocker spaniel in who started suddenly yelping and wincing in pain. At one point in the middle of the night I was rubbing his neck to calm him down. He screamed in pain. Next day I made an appt and got in fairly quick. Well the Vet didn't believe me or didn't care to listen to what I was saying. Apparently took some blood work and xrays. Charged a crazy amount and told me it was changes happening on his spine due to age. Tried to sell me these glucosamine chondroitin pills for $80/month.I was so pissed the vet wouldn't listen to me explaining where I felt MY pet, the one I know, I see every day hurt...I took him for another consult with another vet I now trust and come to find out he had a mass in his neck that was causing pain. After having it removed my dog is perfectly healthy and happy with no more yelping and wincing in pain. Suggestion to vet...all types of doctors need to listen to their patients. Or in this situation the owner of the animal. They know themselves/ their pet best and you can surely get a great deal of information if you would just LISTEN! Read Less

This place killed our cat. We took her in to get diagnosed for suspected cancer symptoms. They ran mediocre blood work and took crappy analog xrays. It took them forever to give us results that were bogus. We went to another vet who  told us they should have done "adult cat" blood work and hd xrays. By the time we got a real diagnosis it was too late. Almost two months had passed. We asked the second vet if that time would have made any difference and he said "yes". PS. This vet cost hundreds of dollars for crappy work where as the second vet was 50% less for great quality work and service. Go to Merci hospital if you have a sick pet. Read Less

Had such a great experience with the vet even tho we came in because my doggy wasn't feeling good! But the vet took care of that! It's our 1st time here n the reception/assistance made it a very pleasant for us.. They were super nice n friendly and also treated my baby very gently and was not rough with him! We have been taking our miniature schnauzer "Cruzer" to Vintage Park Vet Clinic for the past 9 years. Dr. Sadang and his staff are professional, know what they are doing, and are very caring and gentle with Cruzer. Dr. Sadang's rates are reasonable and consistent with those being charged by other vets that our friends use. I especially like the reminder cards that VPVC sends in the mail to let me know when shots, etc. are due. I highly recommend VPVC to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and affordable veterinarian. My dog was bit by another dog, I came in such a rush to the closest clinic since the hospital is about 30 mins from me. When I called I asked about service ( I was panicking) they seemed helpful. Literally paid 45$ for a 8 minute wait, the vet looked at it and said "Can't do anything about it here, we close soon, have to take her to a hospital". Now im at the hospital paying for REAL service. Very knowledgeable vet with soft hand and gentle demeanor. If you want a vet that listens to what you have to say you found him. Dr.Sadang will give you your moneys worth. We were in the examining room with him for forty minutes and all we were charged for was the price of an office visit which was very reasonable. Read Less

I took my 10 year old dog into see Dr. Sadang for a regular exam and because my dog had what I thought was a hotspot. I also had my 3 year son with me who decided he was going to be somewhat of a handful during our appt. Dr. Sadang was very kind and gentle to my dog and also nice to my son and he was extremely patience in explaining things to me even though my 3 year old kept interrupting. I am very impressed by how nice Dr. Sadang is and his staff as well. I will definitely be back but will not be taking my 3 year old next time! lol Read Less

You can rest assured that you will be taken care of by Dr. Sadang at Vintage Park Veterinary Clinic.  Our 10 year old cat Mo was very sick and we took him in to Dr. Sadang.  While we spent over $1,000 to ultimately decide that we needed to let Mo finally sleep in peace, we never felt pressured to spend that money.  He always provided very detailed descriptions of what was going on and what was the best way to proceed.  In addition to being a extremely competent vet, his soft spoken approach was very much appreciated.  On the day that we put Mo to sleep, Dr. Sadang gave my wife a very sincere hug to acknowledge her grief. As far as rates, I showed my friend a copy of our bills and she told me his rates were very reasonable.  She should know, as she has 3 dogs and 2 cats, and goes to the vet as least once a month for some strange reason.In the end, know that your pet will be taken care of and you will be treated well. Dr. Sadang is really great. I have a "difficult" dog, and he just has a way with him that makes it so I won't even try to go to another vet. His prices are fair and they provide good care. What else do you need? Read Less
