I called to confirm my pets appointment with this grooming place and I was very surprised when the person on the phone told me that I missed my appointment and they tried to call me to a phone number that is not belong to me, Bonnie is the grooming lead and she is very rude told me to take my business somewhere else and hung me up, I couldn't believe , the way I was getting treated, to be honest I think we live in hard economy and pay for our pets is a luxury and also is a sacrifice we do for the little ones we love, the least I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, Bonnie if you have no respect for your clients i will suggest to go to a different field that you don't have to deal with customer service. The staff is friendly and professional and the clinic is clean, well maintained and patrons abide the leash and crate rules They seem to really care about the animals and remembered Redmon after only meeting him one time before . This was my first time taking my furry son Max to the Vet. He wasn't feeling well and it freaked me out. I called Harden Vet on Sunday and they tried their very best to fit me in due to the nature of my baby's urgency. The vet nurse Nikki was amazing on the phone. She was very friendly , knowledge and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions because I was so worried about my baby. She was able to schedule me the following day since my baby Max was not in immediate need of care and assured me (per doctor) that Max would be okay to come in the next day and she also gave me the 24 hr pet emergency info just in case. I came in today and the vet nurses were amazing and friendly at the front desk. It was an easy check in and the vet nurse who examined Max was also gentle with my baby. Max is usually shy and standoffish with strangers but he felt comfortable with the nurse and doctor there. Dr. Lannis Enriques was great, she checked Max out and answered all my questions. I am glad I drove the hour and 15 mins to their Vet Clinic for my baby. The cost were low for his meds. So I was happy about that too. I recommend them for all your pet needs. My English Bulldog passed away under the supposed care of this veterinary clinic. She had an operation to remove her spleen, and my family were told/recommended that we leave her there overnight so they could monitor/take care of her....Well, the next morning I was told that she passed away and I inquired if anyone was actually monitoring/watching my dog overnight and was told NO?!!!! What kind of place does a major surgery on an animal/pet that is very much part of one's family and leaves them unattended after a major surgery?! Absolutely infuriating and unacceptable!! Had my family been aware that our beloved dog would be left unattended for 14 1/2 hours - (she was left alone after they closed @ 530pm and wasn't looked at till the next morning at 8am!) Unbelievable!!! It's literally a roll of the dice, for any animal to survive that long after a major surgery without anyone actually looking after them!!! I'm absolutely heartbroken after the loss of my dog here. Had she been monitored/cared for, as they had us believe - she may still be alive today. Had I known that she wasn't going to be monitored, I would have taken her home, where she could have at least died close to family, instead of dying in a cold cage alone. Cause of death unknown per Dr Hogan, who did the operation. (Cause if death, as far as I'm concerned, was: negligence. I've been taking my animals to this vet for many years. After the absolute negligence of my dog at here, my business with them is over. Let my story be warning for the rest of you that are considering surgery for your pet(s) and plan on leaving them there under their "care". Read Less

I've been taking my dog to PetSmart for grooming for awhile now. Came across to their Yelp page and I wasn't aware that they offer grooming service, so I gave it a shot since it was only a $5 difference from what I pay at PetSmart. I called and the lady I talked to on the phone set me up with an appointment 2 days later (@ PetSmart I'd have to wait almost a week to get an appointment). It was our first time at this place and once we got inside, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I provided proof of rabies and did some lil paperwork and they were glad to take my dog right away. We were told to come in at 9:30am, and my dog was done at 1pm He looked so cute and smelled good too! Definitely coming back next time he's due for a haircut :) Read Less

We have peace of mind knowing our dog Koko is in good and safe hands. Had such a good experience here. We took our kitten in for his first grooming and he did so good. Nails cuts, fur trimmed and a shampoo he looks adorable and the price was very reasonable. This is another amazing animal place unfortunately my Lil doggy Gordito" didn't make it ..he had gotten run over several times by the same driver, I walk in with tears holding my doggy he was dieing and this hospital worked on him for 15-20 minutes straight trying to save his life ..there team did everything possible to save him and I am truly grateful for all they've done .. I had a bad taste in my mouth from previous vet experiences with other clinics I won't mention. So needless to say I was guarded when I brought my Sammy in to the hospital in a crisis state (with an exam and blood test we quickly learned his liver and kidneys were shutting down due to a nasty bacterial infection). It didn't take long to discover he was in the best hands with Dr. Loly and Dr. Sam! Both Drs were patient and thorough in explaining what was going on throughout the entire process. I have never had a vet be so patient with my dogs issues of anxiety, I love my dog but he tends to be afraid when I visit the vet for regular check ups or goes to Pet Smart, So I have avoided taking him until I have to. But when a vet is willing to exam him on the floor to help make my dog more comfortable, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the efforts they will go to for our family member! Harden Ranch Veterinary Hospital has become a second home to our furry family members. They have always treated us and our pets with sincere compassion and professionalism. Prince has been under the care of Harden Ranch Veterinary Hospital since we adopted him as a pup from the Salinas Animal Shelter. Prince did not have a very good start, the shelter staff said he looked like he was being trained to be a fighting pit bull. His ears had been cut down to little stubs and he went into hyper mode when in the presence of other dogs. Regardless, the hospital staff has always treated this difficult patient with kindness and understanding. Special thanks to Dr. Boczar, who attends to him. She can examine him, take his temperature and even blood and Prince does not even move. Sunday appointments are very helpful, as he does not have to come in contact with any other animals. I do note care for reviews that are not true!! I not only take my dog here but my grandfathers pets as well. The staff has always been friendly and professional. They have always made me feel welcome. The vets are awesome very personable. Then there are the boarding facilities!
