I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Fling’s kindness and honesty. I had never been to this office before and unfortunately it was due to an emergency. She made Hemi (my beabull of 9yrs) and I feel welcomed and cared about. It was one of the hardest days I have experienced thus far and she helped me feel comfortable in making the best decision for him. She offered comfort to me that was beyond what she had to do but I am extremely grateful for her kindness during such a difficult time. Thank you Dr. Fling for being a genuinely sweet veterinarian and to your staff for helping my family and I get through laying our sweet boy to rest💛. Thank you for everything!

Extremely upset with this hospital. My cat, Tom, died at this hospital. Tom suffered his last week alive and this hospital is responsible for that suffering. They were supposed to send his blood sample for tests. They never sent the sample. They kept lying to me saying the results were pending. I called, went into the hospitsl in person, and they kept lying to me "results pending". My cat meanwhile awaiting these results, suffered every single day. The day he died i rushed him to this hospital since is this is where i had been bringing him. They strongly suggested Euthanasia. I agreed. As they were hurrying to get him euthanised, he took his last breathe and died on his own. Seconds later, they inject him anyways. He was already dead. They charged me for euthanizing him when he died on his own. I loved my cat. These people lied to me , made him suffer, he died at their hospital on his own
They euthanised him when he was already dead and then still charged me for euthanizing my already dead cat. WTH? Please spare the sympathy card you sent me in the mail signed by your staff. I used to suggest this lousy hospital to everyone. Never again. I was way wrong. This hospital cares only about the register and not your beloved pets. I strongly suggest another vet hospital for your pets.

She made Hemi (my beabull of 9yrs) and I feel welcomed and cared about. Extremely upset with this hospital. My cat, Tom, died at this hospital. Tom suffered his last week alive and this hospital is responsible for that suffering. They were supposed to send his blood sample for tests. They never sent the sample. They kept lying to me saying the results were pending.
