Never coming here again and I don’t recommend you bring your pet here. They had me wait for two hours just to tell me that I owe them money from 9 months ago? Yet I came 6 months ago and then again 3 months ago and they didn’t say anything then? How do I owe money for shots if you have to pay first before they give your dog the shots? why should I pay again because someone didn’t do their job right and forgot to put into the computer that I paid. I always pay cash, money isn’t the issue. the issue is they are lying, trying to scam me, and are providing POOR customer service. Save your receipts people, they might try to pull this on you and ask to see the receipts because of a mistake they’ve made. If you like too wait two hours outside in the hot (because they have a small waiting room with 7 seats), poor customer service, and rude staff then come here but I suggest you take your pet else where. I love this place and the vet, I took my dog there after he was seen at another vet 's office the other vet want to charge me 750.00 for blood work office visit and med. I took my dog to this vet they told me that my dog had back issue and that he didn't need the other medication the other vet gave. The prices here are amazing compared to the area which I live in. I paid $5 for my dogs rabies shot on a Sunday, which would've costed three times as much had I gone to my local vet. My boyfriend recommended me to this clinic, and they treated my dog with care when he had swollen tissue in his knee. The X-rays came out under $200, it was shockingly cheap. I was anticipating dropping a thousand or more when I heard X-rays were necessary.The wait is pretty long though, but I have more time than I do money, so it's worth it in my opinion. The waiting room is kind of small and you must be careful not to accidentally step on dog limbs! I park in the back because the parking in the front is a struggle to get in and out of. The customers seem to have frequented the clinic for ages, and some are eager to strike conversation about their pets as well as mine. I love this place. Read Less

By far one of the worst experiences in customee service. I had an appointment at 2:30 p.m., but I was told 2:45 p.m. Nonetheless I was checked in by 2:25 p.m. SAfter sitting in a hot room with minimal air for just under two hours and seeing countless patients come in after me and see the doctor before my cat did I started to become slighty irriated. During my wait a patient came in who was being put down she came in after me, but was seen by a vet before my cat. I did not say anything because it was only respectful to let them go first. Anyway at this time they are supposed to light a candle for a moment of silence for both the pet and the owner, but that never happened even after the owner requested for the candle to be lit. Finally, at 3:50 I check to see how much longer of a wait my cat is looking at. Turns out the nurse forgot to put in my paper work. So after finding that out she scrambled to get our papers ready and informed the vets and nurses of what was going on. I was then told I would be called soon. Instead of my cat being called next a patient who came in a entire hour after me was called instead of my cat. That was the last straw for me. So I got up again and asked what was going on and I heard the nurse who was calling the patients say there are two more appointments ahead of me and I have to wait. It really took everything in me to remain calm, so I took a step outside. When zi returned I walked up to the desk to hear the Secretary who forgot to put in my paper work say "but it isn't their fault!?". So the other secertary rearranged the order of the calling list so that my cat was next. After clearing a room I was soon greeted with a 254 dollar estimate if the test that needed to be done was negative. After speaking to a manager about the wait, because at this point it 5:00 p.m. they did the test for free, which was given to me because I demanded either that or a refund. Unfortunately, the test was positive and I had to put my cat down. Throughout this whole experience not once did I recieve an apology for the wait or any sympathy for my situation. All they are concerned about are crazy estimates after a two minute evaluation of the pet. I have anxiety and depression and I adopted my handsome cat in hopes of a stress pet and life long companion that I would love me unconditionally. I did not wake up knowing yesterday would be the last day with my prince and it hurts me to know that I had to say goodbye to him in that environment. He spent the last two hours of his life over heated in a waiting room forgotten by the hospital staff. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

This place is near my house. Brought my baby here to get fixed. They treated my cat so well! It was very hard for me to leave her there but the older woman that works the front desk comforted me when I heard her talking to my cat. She was so loving and gentle! I highly recommend this place. The veterinarian talked me through everything how she took to the anesthesia and came out of it. And when and to give her her meds. Thankful for this place. I am so thankful to have found this place! I needed vaccines for both of my dogs for our trip to Canada, which was very reasonable. I also got one of them microchipped for under $40!!! Very cheap clinic, which means it can get busy. Brought my cat to get spayed and so far (3 hours later) everything seems fine. The reason I'm giving three stars is because whoever shaved my cat for surgery cut one of her nipples. I have come here a couple of times, like three and my experiences have not been bad or good. They are kind of mediocre. The only reason I keep going back is because of the low cost. The low cost are pretty good, but it is all a wait. I have also noticed that there are always people that work there with attitudes...I am unable to say why...but they do need to lighten up. I have a cat that I neutered here and took to get shoots, he turned out fine, but in the spot where he got a shoot- there was a scab...i do not know if that is normal. My cat did not want me touching him there until it healed... which is strange because he is usually real good about it. when he got neutered he was also kept over night without my consent or notification...this really pissed me off. I was just there on the 14th of Jan 2017 to bring in my cat for he wasn't eating due to an infection in his mouth and needs dental work , I am low income and the vet worked with me to get what I could afford and so he got a shot and antibiotics so that he could get some relieve , so far so good , he lost a lot of weight but I am giving him gravy and believe me he loves it , I was pleased with their services yes its small , but to me its worth it , my cat was attended to asap when I went into the examine room , and we as the responsible parents of our pets they need us to take care of them because they depend on us to care for them, as for the facility, they work with us and we have to work with them also being patient and understanding for all their patience they deal with on their jobs, they have been there for many many years and it has been convient for others. I have taken my cats to another vet before I started going there and the parking lot only had 6 places to park and the vets office was much smaller.Read Less

My Louise girl deserves to be in the land she lived in. I make my way there, receptionist tells me I can drop her off and I won't be allowed inside because it's invasive. Are you kidding me? I was grateful that they were open on New Year's Eve when we had to put our oldest cat to sleep. It was the first time I had been there. The staff was kind and helpful and understanding. I don't have a regular vet as my indoor cats had never had serious health problems and I had called the emergency vet and the minimum cost would have been outrageous. This place has great doctors and the best prices around the only reason I gave it three stars instead of four are because of customer service. Even with an appointment the wait is extremely long. There have been times I have waited over two hours with an appointment, because of this I started going to a different vet that is a little bit more expensive but no wait. I've been bringing my dog here for almost 2 years and I wouldn't feel comfortable going anywhere else. The team is always so friendly and very loving with the animals. If you love your pet DO NOT bring them here if they are really sick. I brought my beloved dog here because of two days of vomiting and was told he had a large mass in his belly and severe pancreatitis after just one test done. Was basically told to pay almost $1,000 up front to do other tests and hospitalize him or it's better to just euthanize him. They don't have any way to help you pay the cost in payments and just tell you to give up if you don't pay upfront. I ended up taking him to my cousins specialty animal hospital for a second opinion. Blood work was done along with a ultrasound. Long behold there was no mass felt or seen whatsoever and his pancreas was mildly irritated that medicine and a bland diet could treat. Arrowview animal hospital had me crying thinking I might lose my baby. I was so relieved that he would be just fine and I could pay anything I didn't have at the moment, in payments. I was so pissed at the same time that how many beloved pets are put down because of this places misdiagnosis and just telling people to give up if they can't pay. Took my cat to get neutered and they did a great job. Staff is nice and friendly. After his surgery they came out and gave me his medicine. I made my appointment at 4:45pm however I was really early. My puppy had diarrhea on and off for a few days. I gave them a fecal sample to send to a lab. Since I was so early the office was not full only 2 others were there. They put us in a room and a really nice assistant took our information. The doctor came in examined my puppy. He seems healthy she said, we just needed to get to the root of the diarrhea. He was put in a probiotic and an antibiotic. The staff was really busy as the whole office was packed with patients. However the receptionist was never rude or so busy that she couldn't answer my questions. I would recommend that if you make an appointment there and you can arrive early do so if there is time between patients they'll try and squeeze you in. Awesome staff for such a busy place. I love this vet! Been coming here for years and they always take care of our pets. But the only complaint I have is about the waiting area. Seats should be for owners with their pets ONLY! It'd not fair that people bring all of their family and kids with them to take up space and customers end up standing or outside. I highly recommend making the waiting area for owners and pets. There is no need for so much clutter in a small room. We can't even get to the sign in sheet or rooms because so many people are in there. Read Less

Have taken every dog that i have ever had there. Wonderful vets and it a bit of a wait on thursdays for shots b cuz its cheaper those days but if you go on a different day you should be fine.... This place is horrible! I dropped my puppy off at 9am to get his surgery. I get a call at 8:00pm saying to pick him up. That they couldn't do the surgery. Two weeks ago my dog had fallen ill. After taking her to the vet ER it turned out she had a hernia and infection in her uterus requiring surgery. One of the places we took her was Arrowview Animal Clinic, where the receptionist was a bit rude, but I brushed it off as my pet's health was more important. Once the doctor charged us 25 dollars just to look at our dog and tell us what we already knew, she told us she'd do the surgery but that our dog "probably wouldn't make it," giving us a thin percentage of her survival, as if she'd already given up on saving our dog. Needless to say after being up since 1am and already having spent 500 dollars on the vet ER and consultations this was extremely disappointing. Once we decided we were going to spend the 1200+ dollars to save our dog it was clear to me I wasn't about to take it back into this clinic and give them my money where the vet had already sentenced this little dog in great pain to death. We took it to Loma Linda Animal Hospital Inc where the difference was night and day. They were friendly, caring and reassuring, unlike the people at Arrowview Animal Clinic, who legitimately don't seem to care all that much about animals. The veterinarian at Loma Linda Animal Hospital looked at our dog, told us with great confidence what needed to be done and worked with us when it came time for the bill. I'm happy to say our stray-turned-family member made it through her surgery and is doing much better now. I'm glad we didn't have our dog's surgery here and I implore any of you who care about your pet's life to seriously consider going elsewhere. It seems like all the positive reviews on this place are re: grooming and that's probably the best they can hope for. I'd give it a zero star if I could. Read Less

I tried going there yesterday for the first time. I had made a 3pm appointment and was there on-time. When I got to the vet office it was packed and there was standing room only. The room was full of dog owners, half of which didn't even have their dogs on lashes, and the amount of barking in there was deafening. When I checked in prior to my 3 pm appointment time I was told to wait with the barking dogs. When I asked how long it would be the receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and said "it's going to be a while". I asked her of it was going to take over an hour and she said "probably". I told her that I can't wait that long and that's why I made the appointment and she acted like it was no big deal and carried on doing what she what ever does at work. I have a sick 7 month old kitten and I can't wait with her in that room with all those barking dogs.And I had prior arrangement that had to attend at 5. I had even left work early and used up three hours of my vacation time to make the appointment. Judging by the attitude of the receptionist, appointment timing is not very high on the list of properties at Arrowview animal clinic. I wasted my personnel time, my vacation time (which literally cost me money) and my kitten has to go one more day without treatment. I would not recommend this vet.Read Less

I went here as a walk-in so I was waiting for over 4 hours which is understanding because they have to take the appointments first. But I brought by dog here because she had a bump on her head and it was getting bigger and they told me that she had to have it removed so they can see if it was cancer. The price for the surgery was reasonable but what I didn't like was that my dog had to stay there over night and when I called the night before they told me that her surgery had already been done and I could pick her up first thing in the morning. But they lied and called me the next morning and told me that she wouldn't be ready till the afternoon because they really hadn't started on the surgery yet so they lied.  When I got there in the afternoon to pick my dog up from her survey, I walked up to the front desk and the receptionists didn't even acknowledge me until 5 minutes later which I thought was rude. So when I finally was acknowledged 1 of the recipient just took my final payment and didn't even let anyone know that I was waiting to pick my dog up. When I noticed that there were other people there to pick up their pets who arrived after me, I had to go up and let them know then she finally brought my dog out. Read Less

The technicians are great at this place, but what brings the entire place down is the front desk service. I stood in front of the desk so I could check in and explain my issue, they literally looked right through me, never made eye contact or said they would be right with me. We only went here because this is where my cat had been before we adopted her. My cat has had a cloudy eye since before we adopted her. A doctor from this facility told the original owner that she was blind, now we have come to find out that she's not. Not only that, the new doctor said my cat may have treatable cat herpes which may have caused her eye to become cloudy from scar tissue. This is so upsetting... Why didn't the doctor from a year ago treat this sooner?It was a small building which smelled inside. I understand it's an animal clinic but it smelled strongly of wet dog possibly because there was a kennel in the back. Also, the waiting area was so small that my cat was right next to big dogs and small barking dogs, which stressed her out.We had an appointment but it still took over an hour to get less than 10 minutes with the doctor. This was not the same doctor who saw our cat about a year ago. This doctor was really nice and seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. We would have liked him to treat our fur baby but we did not like or trust the cleanliness of the facility. They take walk ins but you may have to wait all day to see a doctor. Also, office visits are pretty cheap compared to some, $20. It isn't a terrible place to take our pet, but I don't recommend for your fur baby. Read Less
