We brought in our cat to be checked on because we noticed he was very sick and barely moving the doctor on duty felt Underneath Him and refused to give him any kind of service he said he didn't have the time mean while we were the first people there in the morning and there wasn't a soul in the place except myself and my daughter and our cat he sent us to emergency who wanted to charge us an arm and a leg. If you're a Veterinary doctor and have an office you damn well have the supplies and the time to take care of somebody's pet how dare you turn us away. I've been bring my pets here since I was a young girl. They have always been very courteous and kind. Dr Kim is very thorough and his staff is very efficient. We went to other E.R Hospitals for our Dog but none of them had the type of Care / Customer Service that This Hospital Has. This used to be a great place but the quality of care has gone down when it went under new management. The staff and the vets are kind however I've found myself spending more for less or the same service. Every time I take a pet in, the vet always recommends blood work which is over $100 a pop. The animal's results are always fine and in most cases the problem clears up with simple antibiotics (another $60). The previous owner could just look at the dog, take a temperature, I'd spend $40 on meds, $10 for a visit, and be on my way. Now I'm spending at least $200 per visit with very little answers for the same thing. For more complicated cases, after paying for multiple rounds of blood work and MRIs and meds that don't work or cause more issues, I get little to no answers about what could be wrong with my pet. The response I always get is to keep and eye on it and see what happens... When I end up finding more about my pets condition from the internet than a licensed professional, something isn't right. I'm getting more frustrated with this place while watching my pets suffer with no answers. I refuse to take my new puppy here because I'm trusting this place less and less. I've been loyal to this facility for over 20 years and I'm reluctant to go elsewhere but my pets health and happiness means more to me. Read Less

Our fourteen year old dog fell off the bed as my sister was trying to dry him from a bath. It was almost 5:00pm and we knew something was wrong because he was shaking and crying when we tried to move him or help him stand up. His normal vet was too far of a drive and we knew we would not be able to make it before they closed...so we started calling local places as we were driving on the freeway heading towards an animal hospital we knew was open 24 hours but I was given the number to this hospital when I called another animal hospital. Thankfully, when I called, we were told that as long as we made it before 5/5:30, they would be able to see us. When we arrived, they took us in right away because they knew we were on our way and they were very welcoming and comforting as my sisters, nephew, and I were in tears expecting the worse. After x-rays and being seen, the Dr. gave us his professional opinion and options to comfort our Clyde. Unfortunately, Clyde suffered a dislocated hip and because of his age and other medical issues (we were told Clyde would not live past six months when he was born because he was missing a couple of vertebrae bones) his treatment was difficult to determine. The Dr. gave him a couple of shots to calm him down and for the pain however, Clyde seemed to be suffering and so we had to make decision as a family to put him to rest. When we arrived the following day, the staff was comforting and was sad to hear that Clyde was still in a lot of pain and was not responding well to his treatment which lead us to putting him to rest. The Dr. and staff gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes and said we could take all the time that we needed. All I can say is, if you ever have to go through putting your animal to rest, I would highly recommend doing it at the Inland Central Animal Hospital. They are very affordable and friendly. They also offered a cremation package which we paid for (not too expensive either) that included our Clyde's ashes, paw print, and wood box with a personalized plate. The reason why I did not give them five stars is because they did say we would have our Clyde by the next week which did not happen. They did not call either, we had to call them and keep asking for updates for when he would be ready. We ended up getting him two weeks later, not the week that we were told. Told me over the phone 20 bucks for a check up I was charged 40 dollars and all they did was take his temperature and poke him I could have done that at home. When I got there to run all the test I thought were included in the check up was all extra and they wanted 180 for one blood test when my nice doctors office not in the hood only wants 150 for all testing. If you love your pet, this is the last place I would bring it. I took my dog in for a routine check up, she was in good shape went I took her in, and was near death when I picked her up. Not only did they almost kill her, but it cost me 400.00 dollars to get her back. As far as I'm concerned, the whole experiance was borderline criminal. I recently had an awful experience with a lady works behind the desk...she acted as if she was gonna help me with my dog over night, but she stole him from me! She works there & she's able to steal pets from people, so becareful who you give your dog to for whatever reason. Read Less

The receptionists/nurses are very caring and nice. However, the vets are pretty uncaring or not thorough with cats. I don't know why it is so dang difficult to find a vet in this city that likes cats. I took two cats to this vet in the last year and half. One cat they recommended putting it down because it was too feral for the vet to look at. The kitten got away from the vet and he wouldn't even assist me in trying to get the kitten who was hiding behind heavy equipment in the examination room. I refused to put the cat down and decided to take her to a vet a few cities away that knows how to deal with feral cats. They figured out what was wrong with her and told me how to help her recover. The cat quickly healed and now lives a very active life. The next time I had one of my cats here was actually a mistake on my brother's behalf. I recently took in a young kitten that had an a visible infection. My brother took this kitten in for me while I was at work. They didn't look at the kitten thoroughly, and just prescribed antibiotics for the apparent infection the kitten had. My brother gave her the medication, but it caused a really bad reaction that could have been avoided if the vet properly checked the kitten. As a result of this oversight, I ended up going to a different vet where my poor kitten had to have emergency surgery to remove the body part that was being affected. Because of this vet, I have to scrutinize any other vets that I choose to bring my pets to now. Read Less

They are very nice and sweet.Big enough parking space and lobby and I had no problems with my Great Dane Kelly.I didn't have to make an appointment and just walked in and saw few peaple already waiting in the lobby but it took 10 mins for me to see the vet. I went in to the animal hospital last week with my 4 month old pup since she was sick. The vet was young and gentle. He explained pretty much everything after though exam on the pup and recommended parvo test and came out positive.I decided to hospitalize my dog since it was very reasonable price. I have been going to this vet since my 8yr old dogs where just puppies and the service the doctor provides is excellent. I would not take my dogs anywhere else this doctor is someone that cares about the health of the pet. I have referred many people there before and all have liked it. I know that now the nephew has taken over Dr. Kim's office but he is really gentle and experienced too. And also it's cheaper here than other places I know about in the area per my friends reports. I went in to the office today with a puppy with broken leg. The veterinarian was so kind and he was affordable. I spent a whole day calling veterinarians offices and I was not able to afford the care. I am sorry to say I cannot think of his name but he saw us as a walk in and we left very happy. Read Less
