I never write reviews. Good or bad. And I mean NEVER. If I like a place, I go back. If I dont, I dont. However, this instance deserved a review and specifically the individual I dealt with yesterday (Thursday 11/16/17) afternoon.
I have a Czechoslovakian Vlcak. Vlcak means dog of wolves in Czech. This is a dog breed, but a little closer to our furry friends' ancestors than most. I love my dog, Cyprus or Cy for short, with all my heart and he is family to me and my close group of friends. Cyprus HATES going to the vet. Maybe he senses that I am always a little nervous going there with him, maybe he just doesn't love strangers needing to grab at and handle him an a weird environment. Cant say I blame him honestly.
This obviously makes me nervous anytime I have to go in to get his vaccines updated. Well yesterday was different. I went in to get his shots, and after I put his muzzle on, the woman at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name but my attention was 100% on Cy) offered to take him in the back to gfive him his shots. No other vet has ever offered to hold his leash, let alone take him anywhere by himself without me. I objected saying I should be there in case he gets defensive like he has in the past. She confidently stated that it will be better without me because he may just be protecting me and that she would handle it better on her own. I almost couldn't get over how confident she was. Well, I reluctantly gave her the reins to my larger-than-average pup, and paced the waiting area while my roommate, who I brought as reinforcements laughed at me.
She came back in unbder 2 minutes, shots received, wolfdog gallopping about almost as if he knew he had done something special! We showered him with treats and I gave her a big hug. I had been stressing this vit for a couple days leading up to this vist due to previous encounters with past vets. I walked out feeling like I just won a marathon! This woman's confidence, willingness to try a different approach, and prefessionalsim made my day, week, month and beyond! I will be going back to ABC Vet for every and all of Cyprus' needs, and will be sure to spread the good word. He will be posting tons of praise on his social media account ( @cyprus_snow ).
Cant say enough good things about this place, and especially my angel of a receptionist / vet tech. HIghly, reccomend top anyone with a dog (I am sure all pets) of any shape, size, and personality.

First experience with them 1 year ago was great. Dr. Jordan was essentially a cat whisperer and was phenomenal with him (he can be a butthead when out of his comfort zone, I'm very aware of that).
Fast forward 1 year and I bring him in for the same issue (fleas, just needed Comfortis again). This time, the vet assistant came in to do the general checkup. He was backed up in his carrier and I couldn't get him out (mind you, she gave us no time or space to actually try. He was not freaking out yet, just didn't want to be pulled out). The vet tech immediately decides she wants to shake him out of his carrier. I'm not kidding LITERALLY SHAKE IT upside down until he would fall out. Obviously that irritated him to no end and he began to growl and hiss. Vet comes in and says she can't do the exam with him like this. She asked me how he usually acts at the vet and I told her that he did great the last time with the other lady and she was able to calm him down and do the entire exam no problem...new vet's response with sass "well I'm not her". Okay fine, whatever. She can feel his scabs and that he looks generally healthy and says she'll just say she did the exam to write him the prescription for Comfortis and she'll write me a prescription for a tranquilizer (that I would obviously have to pay for) if I ever decide to bring him back in.
Get my bill....they charged for the exam he never got and charged more than other places for his flea meds. Essentially, paid $170 for NO EXAM and 6 months of flea medicine.
Caveat: One of the front desk/vet assistants is super nice and helpful. I asked if Dr. Jordan still worked there and she said unfortunately she moved away and that the lady I saw was a fill-in.
Will 100% not be going back to them. Ever.

I was in need of a vet ASAP and didn't want to bring my dog to one of the Emergency Clinics (it wasn't a medical emergency, I just wanted him looked at right away for my own piece of mind). Did a quick search of local vets open late and ABC popped up. Charla is so sweet and you can tell she is passionate about her job. I don't remember the vet's name but she was so kind and took the time to explain the diagnosis, different options, and even things that were not going to work. Every time I go in, they remember my dog and they are just genuine and caring people. I highly recommend ABC!

This review is far too late, however I wanted to let everyone know how amazing this veterinary service is! In September of last year I brought home a kitten, Gavin. We had various visits to this center and they have always taken great care of him. Long story short, he had a bladder stone that was taking up more than half of his bladder. He had a lot of urine in his blood and was suffering. He was only 2 months old and had to go into surgery to get it removed. The veterinarian who performed the surgery was amazing! She and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make sure Gavin was comfortable and safe. They even provided Gavin with a special diet in order to insure that a bladder stone would not form again. Gavin is now almost a year old and is doing great! We have not had any issues with his bladder and he is a healthy cat. My boyfriend and I are so grateful that our little Gavin is able to be with us today. It would not have been possible without the support and care he received from the amazing staff at ABC Vet in Pacific Beach. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here for any of there veterinary needs!

So we were on vacation for spring break and we brought our terrier. Not sure what happened but she started having so very bad pain and wouldn't even walk down some steps. We looked up this vet that was close to where we were staying and got the best. The receptionist talked to the vet whom was heading home for the night (it was7pm) and she stayed to take a look at our dog. They were compassionate and caring and didn't hurry us down the road to another vet. They also did not gouge us because we were from out here f town and it was late. Couldn't of been more happy with this veterinarian would be happy to have them as our regular vet if we lived there. The vet even called the next day to make sure our dog was doing well. Our dog has made a full recovery. Thank you

Charla always has a kiss for my dog, and Dr. Sales intimately knows my dog's medical history. They've been with us through my dog's severe medical problems and have given her the best care possible! We've moved from the area and absolutely miss coming here. I can only hope we find care as great as we got here!

We recently rescued our dog, Dez from the shelter. Needless to say he is the first dog we have owned so we freak out with everything- did he eat too much? Did he eat too little? Why is he shaking his head? Did he just sneeze? ABC vet has been so caring and amazing answering any questions we need or any concerns. The staff is always so excited and friendly. Emily and Charla specifically have been a great pleasure to see. Going to the vet can be nerve wrecking but the doctors as well as these girls put our minds at ease and make the visit a pleasurable one.

Called around to find a new vet in PB. ABC was the friendliest and happy to answer my questions about service prices. When I arrived I was greeted by 2 very nice women at the front desk and after a short wait saw the Dr. who was equally pleasant. She was upfront about suggested services for my cat, but not overly pushy since I'm on a tight budget. Would definitely recommend!

Like many other vets they present service estimates that include everything under the sun and it is not prioritized by what you really must do, should do and could do if money were no object. The appointment necessary to schedule a teeth cleaning is about $500 and the teeth cleaning is over $600...so over $1000 to get teeth cleaned. If you ask about not doing any of the long list of items, there's a guilt trip of....people who love their dogs spend the money. While they do seem to love the animals and want to do the best for them, it feels disorganized and a bit chaotic. Recently they called about an issue with bloodwork but weren't prepared to discuss next steps, recommendations etc. When they called back goes later, they weren't prepared with pricing for any of the options not did they have a recommendations just a list of options. Each question was answered with...I can understand you need time to process...no, I need basic information like pricing to make a decision. Subsequently the number of call balks to change next steps was frustrating and definitely made a stressful situation much, much worse.They may be competent but confidence hasn't been instilled with my experiences to date.

I took my cat to this clinic for the first time today, he was missing for five days , so we found him among the lost pets at the SD Humane Society, he was hit by a motorcycle and it was in bad shape, so the shelter required that he got taken to a vet immediately, I found abc veterinary hospital on google maps, gave them a call, they could fit us on their schedule on the same day, there was no waiting , all the process started as soon we arrived, it was an amazing experience from the very beginning at the front desk, Dr. Jennifer Jordan it was the one who saw us and I can't even describe how amazing she was with everything, from explaining all the injuries and with the options we would have for treatment,definitely my very favorite vet from now on , will start to bring my dogs here too,I am very very happy I found this amazing veterinarian so close from home.

I went in a few days later to pick up Heartguard for our pup and the front desk staff was amazing. The facility is clean and well-maintained. We are so happy we found this clinic!

Initially, I liked this clinic.Sharla is amazing and sweet. I have an 100 lb Amer bulldog and I have now taken him there 4 times, he has been on 4 different antibiotics, and now I am sitting in the VCA emergency clinic.During procedures the vet was so scared of my dog they leapt across the room when he moved his head or growled. They were so afraid that they asked me to help hold him down while attempting to draw blood. Mind you the doctor was so nervous he was jumping across the room... And now has a needle three inches from my hand while my boyfriend headlocks our dog because the staff aren't willing to help. My dog is now in the ER, and sicker than ever. End of story. I feel like I wasted time, money, and compromised my dogs health through that clinic. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I am so scared that our dog is worse for it.

I am so thrilled to have found ABC Vets. They have great hours for those of us that have to work. Open late during the week and open on the weekend. The staff is so funny and so friendly. It is so obvious they all love what they do! Charla was so kind and sweet. She really cares about your pet. I left with great advice and products. They have an online store to get things too. It seems that the customer and pet are #1. We come first. That's a nice feeling. I also don't feel like I paid equal to a mortgage payment to care for my cat. The prices were great too!

Okay, so, on Friday my 8-year-old Chihuahua came running down the stairs to greet me. As soon as he got to the bottom of the stairs, he started screaming in pain!!! I packed him up and headed off to the vet we've been using. Got to the office only to find that the vet had closed up shop and moved without any information!!! It was already after hours, so I kept him as quiet as possible for the night. On Saturday morning, I started trying to find a vet. Two places I called said they couldn't possibly see him before Monday. I explained that it was an emergency; they wouldn't budge. Called ABC, practically in tears. They were very kind and gave me an appointment. Took him in. The people were wonderful!!! ALL of them! They were very considerate of me, knowing I was upset because my "baby" was in pain. They were considerate of my baby, Keoki. The vet was even more understanding and caring!!! They examined Keoki and gave me some meds for him. Today, he's well on the way to recovery. The prices were far less than the vet I used to take my animals to (before the one that closed and moved). I'm retired and on a limited income. ABC is now going to be my new veterinarian for all my animals: 4 dogs and 4 cats!!! They are the greatest!!!

We are still relatively new to San Diego. Over the weekend, our 16 yr old dog developed a hygroma (this is a very large, golf-ball sized lump) on his front elbow. It scared us. And it was a Sunday!...
We are still relatively new to San Diego. Over the weekend, our 16 yr old dog developed a hygroma (this is a very large, golf-ball sized lump) on his front elbow. It scared us. And it was a Sunday! But ABC Veterinary Hospital is open for both emergency walk-ins and appointments. Dr. MacDonald was excellent. In addition to helping to comfort us about our concerns she was thorough and urged us to take it 'one step at a time'. Moreover, after we ruled out all the scary stuff, Dr. MacDonald encouraged us to think about our values and how that translates into caring for our old friend as he nears the end of life. It was wonderful to know that we will have such a caring practitioner to help guide us. Thank you ABC Vet.

Our little pug was attacked by another dog last night. We rushed her to ABC because they were close by and open late, and we are so happy we did! We walked in frazzled and terrified and our pup was shaking with fear.They took our little girl in right away and made both her and us feel at ease. Dr. Donald was very sweet and seemed to really care about our dog. She fully explained everything to us as she examined her, and fixed her up good as new in no time. The bill even ended up being almost $80 less than we were quoted. We were so impressed with the service and kindness from the front desk staff, vet techs, and veterinarian that we've decided to make ABC our new permanent vet!

Awsome place ! Awsome people ! The short story goes like this. 3 weeks prior to our San Diego vacation our dog had emergency surgery back in Phoenix. Albert was all healed and doing great. It then came time to head to SD for our 9 day vacation. On the way to SD Albert became very sick and not eating. As soon as we got in to SD my fiance did extensive searches on vets in SD and ABC Vet was at the top of the list. We took Albert in and had x-rays done and we then discovered that our lil pain in the you know what had ate something again that he shouldn't have. Do we go home and have our vet do the surgery and miss our vacation or do we put the trust in ABC ? We decided to let Dr Pesola do the surgery. We are so glad that we made that decision. Everything went terrific ! ABC rocks ! Dr Pesola, Patty and staff are amazing ! They saved Albert's life AGAIN and not only saved our trip. We are so grateful that there is a place like ABC. I highly recommend them to anyone. Hands down they were wonderful. Enough said, Kristen and I want to thank you guys for everything ! Now it's time to go home and our baby is doing great and our trip to SD was awsome ! Thank you ! Thank you ! Oh, Albert says woof woof !

I was in a very difficult bind when my dog developed an eye infection Friday night. His poor little eyes had a hard time staying opened as they were red and swollen. The next day it got worse and it was about 2:30pm when I began to worry and decided he needed to see a doctor. I called a list of places in Pb and they were all closed. I called this place and told me that they were all booked since they close at 4pm and could only see my dog until Sunday. I begged and begged and they said that I could come and hope that someone cancels. I got there and I was in luck as the 3pm appointment was running late. The staff was so friendly! They were sweet and courteous to me and my dog. The doctor was super friendly and very helpful. They got my dog drops and a cone so he doesn't scratch his eyes. He is doing better now. How awesome were they to take me in on such a late notice, treat me and my doggie with such care, and charge a reasonable price! I am very pleased!Thank you guys for helping me out on such a short notice!! You rock!!

I never write reviews. Good or bad. And I mean NEVER. If I like a place, I go back. If I dont, I dont. However, this instance deserved a review and specifically the individual I dealt with yesterday (Thursday 11/16/17) afternoon.
I have a Czechoslovakian Vlcak. Vlcak means dog of wolves in Czech. This is a dog breed, but a little closer to our furry friends' ancestors than most. I love my dog, Cyprus or Cy for short, with all my heart and he is family to me and my close group of friends. Cyprus HATES going to the vet. Maybe he senses that I am always a little nervous going there with him, maybe he just doesn't love strangers needing to grab at and handle him an a weird environment. Cant say I blame him honestly.
This obviously makes me nervous anytime I have to go in to get his vaccines updated. Well yesterday was different. I went in to get his shots, and after I put his muzzle on, the woman at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name but my attention was 100% on Cy) offered to take him in the back to gfive him his shots. No other vet has ever offered to hold his leash, let alone take him anywhere by himself without me. I objected saying I should be there in case he gets defensive like he has in the past. She confidently stated that it will be better without me because he may just be protecting me and that she would handle it better on her own. I almost couldn't get over how confident she was. Well, I reluctantly gave her the reins to my larger-than-average pup, and paced the waiting area while my roommate, who I brought as reinforcements laughed at me.
She came back in unbder 2 minutes, shots received, wolfdog gallopping about almost as if he knew he had done something special! We showered him with treats and I gave her a big hug. I had been stressing this vit for a couple days leading up to this vist due to previous encounters with past vets. I walked out feeling like I just won a marathon! This woman's confidence, willingness to try a different approach, and prefessionalsim made my day, week, month and beyond! I will be going back to ABC Vet for every and all of Cyprus' needs, and will be sure to spread the good word. He will be posting tons of praise on his social media account ( @cyprus_snow ).
Cant say enough good things about this place, and especially my angel of a receptionist / vet tech. HIghly, reccomend top anyone with a dog (I am sure all pets) of any shape, size, and personality.

First experience with them 1 year ago was great. Dr. Jordan was essentially a cat whisperer and was phenomenal with him (he can be a butthead when out of his comfort zone, I'm very aware of that).
Fast forward 1 year and I bring him in for the same issue (fleas, just needed Comfortis again). This time, the vet assistant came in to do the general checkup. He was backed up in his carrier and I couldn't get him out (mind you, she gave us no time or space to actually try. He was not freaking out yet, just didn't want to be pulled out). The vet tech immediately decides she wants to shake him out of his carrier. I'm not kidding LITERALLY SHAKE IT upside down until he would fall out. Obviously that irritated him to no end and he began to growl and hiss. Vet comes in and says she can't do the exam with him like this. She asked me how he usually acts at the vet and I told her that he did great the last time with the other lady and she was able to calm him down and do the entire exam no problem...new vet's response with sass "well I'm not her". Okay fine, whatever. She can feel his scabs and that he looks generally healthy and says she'll just say she did the exam to write him the prescription for Comfortis and she'll write me a prescription for a tranquilizer (that I would obviously have to pay for) if I ever decide to bring him back in.
Get my bill....they charged for the exam he never got and charged more than other places for his flea meds. Essentially, paid $170 for NO EXAM and 6 months of flea medicine.
Caveat: One of the front desk/vet assistants is super nice and helpful. I asked if Dr. Jordan still worked there and she said unfortunately she moved away and that the lady I saw was a fill-in.
Will 100% not be going back to them. Ever.

I was in need of a vet ASAP and didn't want to bring my dog to one of the Emergency Clinics (it wasn't a medical emergency, I just wanted him looked at right away for my own piece of mind). Did a quick search of local vets open late and ABC popped up. Charla is so sweet and you can tell she is passionate about her job. I don't remember the vet's name but she was so kind and took the time to explain the diagnosis, different options, and even things that were not going to work. Every time I go in, they remember my dog and they are just genuine and caring people. I highly recommend ABC!

This review is far too late, however I wanted to let everyone know how amazing this veterinary service is! In September of last year I brought home a kitten, Gavin. We had various visits to this center and they have always taken great care of him. Long story short, he had a bladder stone that was taking up more than half of his bladder. He had a lot of urine in his blood and was suffering. He was only 2 months old and had to go into surgery to get it removed. The veterinarian who performed the surgery was amazing! She and the rest of the staff did everything they could to make sure Gavin was comfortable and safe. They even provided Gavin with a special diet in order to insure that a bladder stone would not form again. Gavin is now almost a year old and is doing great! We have not had any issues with his bladder and he is a healthy cat. My boyfriend and I are so grateful that our little Gavin is able to be with us today. It would not have been possible without the support and care he received from the amazing staff at ABC Vet in Pacific Beach. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here for any of there veterinary needs!

So we were on vacation for spring break and we brought our terrier. Not sure what happened but she started having so very bad pain and wouldn't even walk down some steps. We looked up this vet that was close to where we were staying and got the best. The receptionist talked to the vet whom was heading home for the night (it was7pm) and she stayed to take a look at our dog. They were compassionate and caring and didn't hurry us down the road to another vet. They also did not gouge us because we were from out here f town and it was late. Couldn't of been more happy with this veterinarian would be happy to have them as our regular vet if we lived there. The vet even called the next day to make sure our dog was doing well. Our dog has made a full recovery. Thank you

We recently rescued our dog, Dez from the shelter. Needless to say he is the first dog we have owned so we freak out with everything- did he eat too much? Did he eat too little? Why is he shaking his head? Did he just sneeze? ABC vet has been so caring and amazing answering any questions we need or any concerns. The staff is always so excited and friendly. Emily and Charla specifically have been a great pleasure to see. Going to the vet can be nerve wrecking but the doctors as well as these girls put our minds at ease and make the visit a pleasurable one.

When I arrived I was greeted by 2 very nice women at the front desk and after a short wait saw the Dr. who was equally pleasant. She was upfront about suggested services for my cat, but not overly pushy since I'm on a tight budget. Would definitely recommend!

Like many other vets they present service estimates that include everything under the sun and it is not prioritized by what you really must do, should do and could do if money were no object. The appointment necessary to schedule a teeth cleaning is about $500 and the teeth cleaning is over $600...so over $1000 to get teeth cleaned. If you ask about not doing any of the long list of items, there's a guilt trip of....people who love their dogs spend the money. While they do seem to love the animals and want to do the best for them, it feels disorganized and a bit chaotic. Recently they called about an issue with bloodwork but weren't prepared to discuss next steps, recommendations etc. When they called back goes later, they weren't prepared with pricing for any of the options not did they have a recommendations just a list of options. Each question was answered with...I can understand you need time to process...no, I need basic information like pricing to make a decision. Subsequently the number of call balks to change next steps was frustrating and definitely made a stressful situation much, much worse.They may be competent but confidence hasn't been instilled with my experiences to date.

I took my cat to this clinic for the first time today, he was missing for five days , so we found him among the lost pets at the SD Humane Society, he was hit by a motorcycle and it was in bad shape, so the shelter required that he got taken to a vet immediately, I found abc veterinary hospital on google maps, gave them a call, they could fit us on their schedule on the same day, there was no waiting , all the process started as soon we arrived, it was an amazing experience from the very beginning at the front desk, Dr. Jennifer Jordan it was the one who saw us and I can't even describe how amazing she was with everything, from explaining all the injuries and with the options we would have for treatment,definitely my very favorite vet from now on , will start to bring my dogs here too,I am very very happy I found this amazing veterinarian so close from home.

Initially, I liked this clinic.Sharla is amazing and sweet. I have an 100 lb Amer bulldog and I have now taken him there 4 times, he has been on 4 different antibiotics, and now I am sitting in the VCA emergency clinic.During procedures the vet was so scared of my dog they leapt across the room when he moved his head or growled. They were so afraid that they asked me to help hold him down while attempting to draw blood. Mind you the doctor was so nervous he was jumping across the room... And now has a needle three inches from my hand while my boyfriend headlocks our dog because the staff aren't willing to help. My dog is now in the ER, and sicker than ever. End of story. I feel like I wasted time, money, and compromised my dogs health through that clinic. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I am so scared that our dog is worse for it.

It is so obvious they all love what they do! Charla was so kind and sweet. She really cares about your pet. I left with great advice and products. They have an online store to get things too. It seems that the customer and pet are #1. We come first. That's a nice feeling. I also don't feel like I paid equal to a mortgage payment to care for my cat. The prices were great too!

Okay, so, on Friday my 8-year-old Chihuahua came running down the stairs to greet me. As soon as he got to the bottom of the stairs, he started screaming in pain!!! I packed him up and headed off to the vet we've been using. Got to the office only to find that the vet had closed up shop and moved without any information!!! It was already after hours, so I kept him as quiet as possible for the night. On Saturday morning, I started trying to find a vet. Two places I called said they couldn't possibly see him before Monday. I explained that it was an emergency; they wouldn't budge. Called ABC, practically in tears. They were very kind and gave me an appointment. Took him in. The people were wonderful!!! ALL of them! They were very considerate of me, knowing I was upset because my "baby" was in pain. They were considerate of my baby, Keoki. The vet was even more understanding and caring!!! They examined Keoki and gave me some meds for him. Today, he's well on the way to recovery. The prices were far less than the vet I used to take my animals to (before the one that closed and moved). I'm retired and on a limited income. ABC is now going to be my new veterinarian for all my animals: 4 dogs and 4 cats!!! They are the greatest!!!

We are still relatively new to San Diego. Over the weekend, our 16 yr old dog developed a hygroma (this is a very large, golf-ball sized lump) on his front elbow. It scared us. And it was a Sunday! But ABC Veterinary Hospital is open for both emergency walk-ins and appointments. Dr. MacDonald was excellent. In addition to helping to comfort us about our concerns she was thorough and urged us to take it 'one step at a time'. Moreover, after we ruled out all the scary stuff, Dr. MacDonald encouraged us to think about our values and how that translates into caring for our old friend as he nears the end of life. It was wonderful to know that we will have such a caring practitioner to help guide us. Thank you ABC Vet.

Our little pug was attacked by another dog last night. We rushed her to ABC because they were close by and open late, and we are so happy we did! We walked in frazzled and terrified and our pup was shaking with fear.They took our little girl in right away and made both her and us feel at ease. Dr. Donald was very sweet and seemed to really care about our dog. She fully explained everything to us as she examined her, and fixed her up good as new in no time. The bill even ended up being almost $80 less than we were quoted. We were so impressed with the service and kindness from the front desk staff, vet techs, and veterinarian that we've decided to make ABC our new permanent vet!

Awsome place ! Awsome people ! The short story goes like this. 3 weeks prior to our San Diego vacation our dog had emergency surgery back in Phoenix. Albert was all healed and doing great. It then came time to head to SD for our 9 day vacation. On the way to SD Albert became very sick and not eating. As soon as we got in to SD my fiance did extensive searches on vets in SD and ABC Vet was at the top of the list. We took Albert in and had x-rays done and we then discovered that our lil pain in the you know what had ate something again that he shouldn't have. Do we go home and have our vet do the surgery and miss our vacation or do we put the trust in ABC ? We decided to let Dr Pesola do the surgery. We are so glad that we made that decision. Everything went terrific ! ABC rocks ! Dr Pesola, Patty and staff are amazing ! They saved Albert's life AGAIN and not only saved our trip. We are so grateful that there is a place like ABC. I highly recommend them to anyone. Hands down they were wonderful. Enough said, Kristen and I want to thank you guys for everything ! Now it's time to go home and our baby is doing great and our trip to SD was awsome ! Thank you ! Thank you ! Oh, Albert says woof woof !

I was in a very difficult bind when my dog developed an eye infection Friday night. His poor little eyes had a hard time staying opened as they were red and swollen. The next day it got worse and it was about 2:30pm when I began to worry and decided he needed to see a doctor. I called a list of places in Pb and they were all closed. I called this place and told me that they were all booked since they close at 4pm and could only see my dog until Sunday. I begged and begged and they said that I could come and hope that someone cancels. I got there and I was in luck as the 3pm appointment was running late. The staff was so friendly! They were sweet and courteous to me and my dog. The doctor was super friendly and very helpful. They got my dog drops and a cone so he doesn't scratch his eyes. He is doing better now. How awesome were they to take me in on such a late notice, treat me and my doggie with such care, and charge a reasonable price! I am very pleased!Thank you guys for helping me out on such a short notice!! You rock!!
