Dr. Bath is very straightforward and not about trying to make money off of his clients. The prices are reasonable. And treatment is always in the best interest of your pet. Thanks for everything you've done with my pet family. Sorry for the star mishap.

If I could give zero I would. Be very careful using this animal hospital. We asked for a certificate for our dog to fly to Europe and they proceeded to give us the wrong certificate multiple times. Even with calls from the USDA, they never accepted responsibility for the incorrect certificates or the fact that we had to get the entire process redone right before our flight. No compensation, no apology and till the very end they placed blame on us. And even had the audacity to YELL at my husband in their office. Yell you guys!? Who does that?! This office can not be trusted. Be very careful! The staff he hired did their best but the Dr. is outrageous, to say I’m upset is an understatement. And if anyone wants to question the validity of this review I’ll gladly email all the incorrect versions of the certificates they tried to give us, all the way up to the morning of our flight. Worst customer service ever!

I took my 15 yr old Zoey and she was in distress. It was an emergency situation and very emotional. The vet was a rude insensitive human. As we laid her to rest he did not explain that she might take a few last breaths or gasp. So we my sweet Zoey took three I was scared. The vet snapped at me and acted like I was offending him. Don't ever go there if you need compassion or help in one of the hardest choices we have to make as (pet) famaily members. Worst experience ever!

I'm lovin' it.My dear fur baby got sick from a UTI which exacerbated to an kidney infection really quickly. I brought him here since this place was close and all of my family & relatives' & friends' fur babies come here. All 3 of my cats have been here for various reasons from vaccinations, to flea treatments, to just a check up. Recently, I took my Simba here because I had noticed he wasn't eating or drinking. The little one was just hovering over his water barely dipping his face in. I looked it up on Google and an abundance of people said that it had to do with nausea and blockage. I immediately called up Bloom Plaza, got an appointment to come in, brought Simba in and we were quickly on the way to figuring out what's wrong with him and the process to come. It turns out he had a UTI that quickly exacerbated. He was getting worst really fast and had to stay for surgery. Then post surgery he still wasn't able to urinate on his own and had to stay over for a check up. Due to this condition, when I came back it was suggested he stay another couple days just in case as he still wasn't urinating on his own and needed a catheter. He was starting to eat and getting stronger!! I was allowed to go visit him for a bit in the back where he was staying for observation while supervised. The back was really clean and tidy for anyone who is curious. Nothing is out of place - nothing to worry about in that manner. Excited little me to see my excited little one standing up and moving. He wanted to just jump at me and go home. I was really scared walking in to visit him as he was really, really weak when I left him there and we're almost never really apart. Then came the moment where I got to take him home. Days later, full of anxiety and fears. Scared that something might happen while he's home. Worst, what if something happened while I was work and he was home alone?! I was given a set of instructions on how to administer his medications, what I should pay attention for, what I should do if certain things occur, etc. I'm really glad that all the tests that were performed were done in a timely manner. Simba had the tests going in to know his base line and a set a week after he came home to figure out how much he's progressed. Much to everyone's surprise, he's recovered more than an ideal amount - he recovered incredibly rapidly. I was told we're lucky that he's still a young cat and that took part in his recovery [rate]. It took him a while to get from being tired and recovering, to walking, and now he's running and jumping around!! I'm really grateful for the Bloom Plaza team including Dr. Bath, Simmer, Chris, and Alyssa. While Simba was weak and wasn't really trying to eat, Alyssa spent time with him spoon feeding him so he can get some nutrients and energy. Chris called me with updates on status changes whenever it was determined. You really can't ask for a better team of medical professionals to care for your love ones.

Staff is friendly and caring. We have been taking our Dog there for many years and would not go any where else. Doctor is great, very kind and gentle. Our dog gets shook up real easy and he is fast when it comes to giving our dog his annual shots. Great and wonderful place to take your animal to. Highly recommended. Prices are very reasonable and are lower than most of the Vet's around. We like the idea that they are open 7 days a week, if something comes up on a Saturday or Sunday you don't have to rush to an emergency Vet, Bloom Plaza will get you in. Love this place and the Doctor and Staff.

Our dog was very sick - and the Vet we usually would go to was closed on Saturday's - So I found that Bloom Plaza Animal Hospital was open on Saturday's - I called before it was open and got an appointment - for 10 AM the same day ~ and our dog "Cookie" was given a check up and her issue was taken care of ~ I was very impressed with the care and the follow up calls ~ the pricing was reasonable and the care was fantastic! I will now be using Bloom Plaza Animal Hospital for any future needs!

I think that it is very true that there is no holiday for the sick. When I came to the realization that my cat was sick on Saturday afternoon, most veterinary offices were closed. My fear was that he might be so sick that waiting for Monday morning might be too late. I found Bloom Plaza in the Yellow pages and I responded to Bloom Plaza's add that they were open 7 days and was able to get an appt for within the hour. Thank You for being there for Pascal.

All 3 of my cats have been here for various reasons from vaccinations, to flea treatments, to just a check up. Recently, I took my Simba here because I had noticed he wasn't eating or drinking. The little one was just hovering over his water barely dipping his face in. I looked it up on Google and an abundance of people said that it had to do with nausea and blockage. I immediately called up Bloom Plaza, got an appointment to come in, brought Simba in and we were quickly on the way to figuring out what's wrong with him and the process to come. It turns out he had a UTI that quickly exacerbated. He was getting worst really fast and had to stay for surgery. Then post surgery he still wasn't able to urinate on his own and had to stay over for a check up. Due to this condition, when I came back it was suggested he stay another couple days just in case as he still wasn't urinating on his own and needed a catheter. He was starting to eat and getting stronger!! I was allowed to go visit him for a bit in the back where he was staying for observation while supervised. The back was really clean and tidy for anyone who is curious. Nothing is out of place - nothing to worry about in that manner. Excited little me to see my excited little one standing up and moving. He wanted to just jump at me and go home. I was really scared walking in to visit him as he was really, really weak when I left him there and we're almost never really apart. Then came the moment where I got to take him home. Days later, full of anxiety and fears. Scared that something might happen while he's home. Worst, what if something happened while I was work and he was home alone?! I was given a set of instructions on how to administer his medications, what I should pay attention for, what I should do if certain things occur, etc. I'm really glad that all the tests that were performed were done in a timely manner. Simba had the tests going in to know his base line and a set a week after he came home to figure out how much he's progressed. Much to everyone's surprise, he's recovered more than an ideal amount - he recovered incredibly rapidly. I was told we're lucky that he's still a young cat and that took part in his recovery [rate]. It took him a while to get from being tired and recovering, to walking, and now he's running and jumping around!! I'm really grateful for the Bloom Plaza team including Dr. Bath, Simmer, Chris, and Alyssa. While Simba was weak and wasn't really trying to eat, Alyssa spent time with him spoon feeding him so he can get some nutrients and energy. Chris called me with updates on status changes whenever it was determined. You really can't ask for a better team of medical professionals to care for your love ones.

Dr Bath is Wonderful!! Been going there several years. My Cocker Spainel had Surgery today. He's doing great. Dr Bath has done surgery on my othe baby too.

I've been taking my dog here for a few years now. He never had anything major. Mainly vaccinations. Friendly staff prices I thought were reasonable.

We went here because our normal vet was closed, and we thought our golden was sick. Staff was very nice. I believe the assistant did her best to comfort us.

I've finally found the vet for our Mal-Chi mix dog... they did really great in resolving our dog's allergy problem. I like Dr. Bath than the other vet that they have, just a preference.

Staff is friendly and caring. We have been taking our Dog there for many years and would not go any where else. Doctor is great, very kind and gentle. Our dog gets shook up real easy and he is fast when it comes to giving our dog his annual shots. Great and wonderful place to take your animal to. Highly recommended. Prices are very reasonable and are lower than most of the Vet's around. We like the idea that they are open 7 days a week, if something comes up on a Saturday or Sunday you don't have to rush to an emergency Vet, Bloom Plaza will get you in. Love this place and the Doctor and Staff.

Our dog was very sick - and the Vet we usually would go to was closed on Saturday's - So I found that Bloom Plaza Animal Hospital was open on Saturday's - I called before it was open and got an appointment - for 10 AM the same day ~ and our dog "Cookie" was given a check up and her issue was taken care of ~ I was very impressed with the care and the follow up calls ~ the pricing was reasonable and the care was fantastic! I will now be using Bloom Plaza Animal Hospital for any future needs!

I think that it is very true that there is no holiday for the sick. When I came to the realization that my cat was sick on Saturday afternoon, most veterinary offices were closed. My fear was that he might be so sick that waiting for Monday morning might be too late. I found Bloom Plaza in the Yellow pages and I responded to Bloom Plaza's add that they were open 7 days and was able to get an appt for within the hour. Thank You for being there for Pascal.
