There was no open appointment but they asked me to come in regardless.I was totally freaking out ,but Dr Dadwal and his team handled the situation very efficiently. The team at Curtner Pet Clinic saved our dog after she ate something poisonous. By the time we got her to the clinic she was no longer able to stand up by herself. The team took her in immediately, explained what they were going to do and told us that they would contact us in a few hours. We were certain our puppy wouldn’t make it. I have been going to Curtner Pet Clinic for several years and have found them to be very accommodating; I especially appreciate their willingness to work with cats that are 'socially challenged'. I am so happy with every aspect of my experience here. They saw us same day, and saw our dog without rushing into every test and X-ray possible. Gave my pup a bath and noticed a possible tick on her leg. I immediately messaged this Vet and the Owner reached out directly within 1 hour, I messaged the company after hours so I was very impressed to receive response around 11pm!!! He provided guidance, pricing and suggested I call in the morning to book an appointment. The next morning, I called and front desk was VERY nice and booked an appointment right away with a lot of availability! We went in and it turned out to be just a skin growth, nothing to fear and they only charged us $24!!! I've never had a Vet give us such a discount with such amazing service. Curtner Pet Clinic is not my primary clinic; however on NYE 2016 my vet office was closed and this clinic was down the street from me!. My almost 9yr old Boston Terrier was not well.  So Ella had a visit with Dr. Post and he was very thorough, suggested she may be showing some signs of pain due to a slip disc in her back and did some bloodwork and sent us home with a bottle of Tramadol for Ella's pain.  Well.. Ella's bloodwork came back negative so no infection.  Then my Primary vet suggested I schedule an appt with a neurologist.  Without doing an MRI (mainly because Ella was 9 yrs old and cost was over $5000+..and Ella probably would not have made it past the anesthesia anyway... she was diagnosed with left forebrain disease and possible IVDD.  Bostons are prone to tumors and IVDD because of their breed. So with that being said:  My roomate and I had decided to take a conservative approach to keep her comfortable and offer that alternative since the quality of life for her was not looking good... with other pain meds with the combo of tramadol, prednisdone, and gabapentin..To get to the real reason I'm writing this review is the fact Ella was all out of Tramadol one day and Dr. Post had contacted me directly to apologize for the delay since Tramadol is a controlled substance and wanted to know how Ella was doing and what the neurologist had said even though he had seen her Just the One Time!!  Dr. Post is a very caring vet and it shows in his profession!Ella is still kicking and she has another appointment set up with Dr. Post for Saturday morning to have her nails trimmed down and to have her cuts looked at on her right front paw due to "knuckling down" when she walks because her whole rt side is down to maintain her balance!Ella has been very fortunate to have very caring vets in her later stage of life.  Empathetic and Sympathetic vets with good professionalism and attitude are very hard to come by since there are so many clinics in the Silicon Valley to choose from! They quickly diagnosed my 13 year old corgi chihuahua with having a slow thyroid they gave her some hormone pills she is like the Dog when I first rescued her !!! the service was very reasonable no add-ons. The Dr that saw her was just wonderful, staff was also friendly and helpful.. I switched to Curtner Pet Clinic from a previous vet clinic and it was the best decision for my dog! Curtner Pet Clinic is warm, welcoming, and the doctors gently handle your pet with care and compassion. My dog was no longer terrified of walking into a doctor's office, and most importantly he didn't bark and cower in fear of the doctor! Aside from that, CPC was quite a bit more pricey than my previous clinic, but it was well worth it. The doctors Post and Dadwal (as well as the rest of the staff) are both very knowledgeable and they make sure to share information with you so that you know exactly what is going on. They also communicate with each other so there is no loss of information should you see both of them on different occasions. This is the third vet I've tried out, and I think this one's a winner for me. They are much more affordable than other vet clinics, but at the same time, there's no compromise in the quality of care. I was very satisfied with the care my dog (Howie) received from Dr. Dadwal and his staff. If anything, the care was even better than what I got at a more expensive clinic. I have been taking my animals here for three years now, first my elderly cat and now a young adult cat and a mischevious puppy. The staff is exceptionally friendly. They go above and beyond to accommodate their clients, they are empathetic, patient, and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their hours are great, and their location is super convenient. Efficient and caring. Easy to get to at the Plant and easy parking, and vet vaccination hours. Recommended by my neighbor and they have given me great satisfaction in treating my cat, good hours, readily educate me and answer all my questions, and try to help me stay in my budget. They carry Care Credit payment method. If my cat Kiki, didn't have "white coat syndrome" she would love to go for her visits. No unnecessary treatment is forced on you.
