They really take care of my dogs as if they were their own. Dr. Choi is a very good doctor and his staff is always very pleasant! My dog Bandit hates going to the Vet and they spend extra time comforting him and giving him extra hugs. I took my 2 cats in for a check up, nail trim and blood work . Unfortunately for Dr Choi and company my cats were the loudest, meanest and roughest cats they've seen and heard for a while. oh my gosh, i've never been more impressed with a veterinary visit. Usually, my dog and I both dread it a little. My dog is a barker and usually takes a while to warm up to people. I was super amazed at how much patience and dedication Dr. Choi and his staff members have! Dr. Choi took the time to get my dog to relax and trust him. Absolutely love this place! Dr. Choi and his wife are amazing people and truly care about your pets. His staff is A++++. A few months ago I took my beloved Kitty, Othello into his office which turned out to be a tooth ache. They did blood work as a normal procedure and unfortunately he came back as having Kidney Failure. This will be a continuous journey, but as of now he is in good health and we are maintaining his kidney function. Even when he had to stay a few days with them his staff was so gentle and caring with my kitty. They even sent me pictures and provided me updates on his little "spa" stay! I've been brining my dogs here for about a year now. I love that Dr. Choi provides exceptional care that meets my budget. Even when we had a terrible scare of pancreatitis, when I told him I would not hospitalize our baby because of the cost. He then (without judgment or hesitation) gave me all the supplies I needed to take her home and care for her myself. He even triaged my call personally later that day when I called. I am happy to report my baby Cavalier King Charles, Charlie is doing well a year later and I trust anything he recommends to keep her and my other Cavalier healthy because I know he has our best interest at heart. This morning, my cat got stung by a bee and I couldn't get the stinger out by myself. I've recently moved into the area and hadn't set up a new vet for him yet. Luckily, through the help of Yelp, I found Dr. Choi and his wonderful team. I called them and explained the situation and was transferred right to Dr. Choi. Once I got there with my cat, they took him back immediately, while I filled out the paperwork for new patients. Within 5 minutes, Dr. Choi came out to tell me everything was fine and showed me the stinger that they had gotten out. I was so relieved. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the place was spotless and organized and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was and how I wasn't pressured into additional treatments or products. Amazing people. My puppy had eaten a penny yesterday and had to have emergency surgery and after it was all said and done it wasn't looking good but they did everything in their power to keep him alive. He ended up passing but I give them 5 stars because they got us in fast, got down to buisness and when it came down to him not making it they stayed 2 hours after closing to do CPR and wait for us to get there. They where amazing in the situation and I will definitely be using them as my all time vet. Even though we lost an amazing puppy they did everything they could and I highly recommend them.Read Less

Our kitty was sick (not eating/drinking and vomiting bile) and a friend recommended Nordahl Pet Clinic because she said it was affordable and that the vet/staff were friendly and knowledgeable - she wasn't lying. Dr. Choi is very calm and patient and he and his staff handled our kitty with care. Dr. Choi presented us all our options (from conservative to aggressive) and provided his recommendation - he never pushed us to do anything nor did he try to sell us anything extra. Everything was very affordable; I have no doubt that other places would have charged us thousands of dollars for the same treatment. Dr. Choi and the staff remembered our Ariel and addressed her by name at each visit. Dr. Choi called us for a follow-up after each visit and took the time to answer all our questions (in office and over the phone). My boyfriend and I called in-between visits multiple times and the staff was always friendly and able to address our concerns and answer our questions (and if they didn't know the answers they asked Dr. Choi or gave him the phone directly).
