Have taken my dog in twice for a skin irritation. Was charged a total of $800 for a series of ""Test"" both time, my dog was seen by two different vets, two of the tests were exact duplicates, all came back negative. Was given the exact same medications to give my dog each time, although it apparently didn't work the first time, sadly I trusted this vet. I lost my job, I do not have any money to treat my dog whose condition has worsened since seeing this vet! Now I can not afford to take my dog in to another vet! I am suffering, my dog is suffering and this vet has over $800 of my money for the same tests and meds, when all they had to do was read the previous treatment to see the results of the tests and meds that did not work. Instead they do the same tests and same meds. I'm not a vet, all I can do is trust them, my mistake!! Obviously I questioned the re-testing and ordering the same meds when the meds didn't work the first time, was told I needed to give my dog more of the meds, never got a reason for performing the exact same series of test. I called another vet gave the symptoms over the phone the other vet said the first thing that he'd so was order an allergy test. I physically went back to this vet and asked why they never did an allergy test, I was told I never requested it!! And that it would be an additional $400!! I still have no idea what is wrong with my dog. Either these two vets are incompetent or scammers, either case I will not go back or ever recommend them as I am sure they couldn't care less what I do, they have my $800+ dollars for doing nothing. I have no proof even that they actual performed a test. Beware of this vet. A lady who works with me took her dog in one time for a flea treatment, I think it was approx $65, thanks to a ""complication"" her dog nearly died from what they called ""anxiety"" from the treatment. It was shot for fleas! Of which the dog has had since a pup, from other vets when the lady lived in San Fran. This flea treatment ended up costing over $400 plus they recommended the dog stay over night at an additional cost of hundreds more! Read Less
