They ripped us off. We bought a plan for our dog, and we didn't know whether or not we wanted to get her fixed, and they told us we could change our plan any time, but 2 months after we bought it we decided that yes, we wanted to get her fixed, (after her first heat it looked like a serial killer had covered our floor with blood!) But when we let them know we decided to fix her, they gave us a bill for nearly $3,000.00 and when I complained, they smiled and said we would have had to change it in the first 30 days..... But of course they didn't tell us that, they promised us we could change it anytime..... So they obviously planned to rip us off from the very beginning! Don't take your pets here! Read Less

Steer clear of Dr. Clark, she is not that great of a vet and is more into charging you a lot of money. She doesn't explain the charges before she orders unnecessary tests to be run.
