They charge me for an general exam I didn't ask. I just want the vaccines but they did another thing without asking. I felt like they are interested just in the money and not in the animals.

There is free parking, but space can be limited. Easy to find and set an appointment up. We brought our new cat for a wellness check and shots. The vet seemed in a hurry and didn't answer all of the questions we had. We asked other staff questions during check out and some we never really got answered. Staff was very friendly.

Dr. Anna Jones was my vet, and she was a gem.
She left.
I never really had any issues with this VCR.
I not only had had few checkups there with Fluffy, but got my flea pills from them.
Last week I called them and wanted to ask a medical question, did not even get a chance to ask, and this very rude woman Shareen cut me off for I don't no what reason.
She is nasty. She might be being rude to other people. Who knows.
If she does not like her job, she should get out.
I was shocked by this and I will never go back.
I asked this unpleasant woman to ask the manager Charlotte to call me, she never did.
I deserve an explanation, that is fair
You do not ignore people.
There are 2 sides to a story, but it does not always work out like this for anyone.
Obviously, this place in not running right, especially since Dr Jones left.
Don't go there.
Move on to another vet.
There are plenty of pleasant ones out there.

I have been going to VCA Bayshore for almost 10 years! They have been fantastic for all of my pets needs. Whether it's a check up or my dog or cat is sick they always take such good care of us.
I get updates from the doctors to let me know about my pets test results or just to check how they're doing.
I was really impressed how above and beyond VCA Bayshore goes for their clients - After we put our 20+ year old cat down the doctors sent us a card, which I thought was so thoughtful.
