All I needed was a call to tell I wasn't going there. Tried to ask a question and kept getting cut off. Customer service skills are lacking.

Took my golden retreiver that has a skin condition to get examined and was told he had fleas, and he wouldn't listen about his health history. then was given a bill to get blood work done that costed ...
Took my golden retreiver that has a skin condition to get examined and was told he had fleas, and he wouldn't listen about his health history. then was given a bill to get blood work done that costed 300$!and wanted to charge me 20$ just to stick the needle in him to draw the blood. Needless to say the last time i will go here and dont recommend him to anyone.

If I could give this heartless establishment zero stars I would. We came in at opening with a cat with a broken leg and while there were told there was no doc or nurse and not given any other informat...
If I could give this heartless establishment zero stars I would. We came in at opening with a cat with a broken leg and while there were told there was no doc or nurse and not given any other information apparently no one but a haughty overweight receptionist with zero empathy and an attitude was there to be as unhelpful and downright rude to even yell at us across the parking lot . Never going back

Best place for surgery. Brought my dog with an emergency kidney stone of quarter size. Doctor stayed after hours to do the surgery and saved my dog.

This place is terrible i brought in a kitten that was hurt and they said it was paralyzed the kitten healed like new this guy is a wack job dont use
