They have NO idea what they are doing. They are very kind, but don't know what they are doing other than basic vaccinations and nail clippings. After my 6 weeks of hell with them, I heard horror stories from FIVE other friends about this place. Do not take your babies here.

All the Veterinarians here are amazing. I've been coming here since 1997 and over the years, have entrusted my 9 dogs and 4 cats to their care. Sharon and Susan in the front office are great too!

I was able to book a same day appointment online and once there, they treated my precious puppy like one of their own.

We have been clients since we first moved here in 2009. Rachel and Amy have been there through all of Tank and Killbassa's needs and in the last few weeks of Tank's life last year, we could not have had a more supportive and compassionate group of people to help us through that difficult time. Both Rachel, Amy and staff worked tirelessly to find a way to help Tank and finally keep him comfortable. We will always be grateful.
Today we are bringing home our newest member of our family, a little rescue pup from Milo Foundation, and I have already booked an appointment for her to see the folks at Tender Care. :)
I highly recommend them for all of your pets needs. They truly care about animals AND people.

Gentle, caring and professional. We have taken all of our pets there for many years and the depth of treatment has always been provided with a consistent amount of patience as well as professional concern. They take the time to make you part of the process , thoroughly explaining the situation and discussing options with you in the room during the exam. Very comforting.
